“I didn't go inside this visit but have been inside before and the atmosphere at this Dunkin is absolutely amazing. The workers are always so friendly and full of energy. They're always slammed but they definitely do not take long to fill people's orders whatsoever. Definitely keep the drive-thru line moving and quickly! Drink was made fast and it was delish!“

“Every time I come here, I get what I expect- its good, its consistent, and if a mistake is made (even if its my mistake!) they always make it right! I will say sometimes the wait is long, but I won't take stars off because when 300 people all want special drinks at 8am Mon morning, I expect to wait! This location is a million times better than the location in Green (Massillon Rd). All the employees have always been super nice and everyone is always working hard when I go there in the mornings. Keep up the good work!“

“*shout out to Rachel* Went to This dunkin today and got a Blueberry Iced latte. I had it in cold brew before and it was delicious. Well.. latte form tasted like straight coffee and cream. I thought they forgot the flavoring. I could not turn around for I was on my way to take my son to childrens hospital. On the way back I stopped In and let them know and i did still have it with me. Rachel went above and beyond to help me out, she replaced it and made sure it tasted right. She made sure my service there was a great one. Thank you!“

“Was here today while the line was busy and long but the lady who rang us out was very upbeat and joyful and nice. Was quick with our order when she got to the register. Provided us with an extra donut for waiting during the change. The coolata we ordered was good along with the strawberry sprinkle. Thank you to a good quick experience in a busy time! I did not get the lady’s name who rang us out but kudos to her!“
