“I've never eaten in store cause of food allergies. But Jeni's ice cream is so good it is worth two days of severe discomfort and diarrhea and if you disagree, then you have two brain cells and they're fighting for third.

Dietary restrictions: It's gluten free, some of it is lactose free but lactose allergy is for quitters and we don't do that.

Parking: In back at least 30 good spots

Kid-friendliness: It's an ice cream store...they cater to children mostly. So there's nothing bad in there.

Wheelchair accessibility: I mean it's alright. There are quicker ways with steps. You will have a slightly longer journey (6-8 seconds) than everyone else“

I think solid is a great way to describe it. From memory, a tad pricey, but, seemed like the kind of ice cream parlor that would be more on the expensive side. I want to tell you that if you want to try something good, visit this place. Everything is delicious, but especially the famous mangonada. It's my favorite, I love that mango flavor and I haven't been able to find a flavor like it. And in fact I had the opportunity to meet the very kind owner of the place. I told her how much I liked mangonadas and I asked her to sell me some plastic containers so I could bring fried mangonadas to Boston. And it arrived in excellent condition. “Great unique flavors for cookies that you won't find anywhere else. They keep things fresh by rolling out a new rotation every week or so. It's a must try for cookie fans and those cookies are humongous so don't eat before you go.“

“Whit's in New Albany, OH is my favorite Whit's for frozen custard & Pies. I go there often and enjoy the friendliness of the owner & the staff. The freezer's are always filled with so many varieties. It's hard to make a choice. I buy several of my favorites & take them to my family, out of town - who are not lucky enough to live close to a Whit's. I still don't know if they are excited to see me or the Whit's custard :-) but we all enjoy it. Family I'll be bringing some to you soon!“

I'm impressed by how tart nebula berry was but it wasn't to our taste.

Ice cream is lovely and has a very clean finish but melts quickly.

The service was friendly, but could have a bit more forwardness by welcoming you as you come in the door and asking if you have ever been there and offering assistance with how everything works, rather than the customer feeling confused and having to ask. The atmosphere is clean and seems well managed, it just needs to be a bit more polished. It is a bit pricey, however, in the correct demographics it will do well. If the flavors of the week were posted in the window with a large bold font, so it can be seen while driving by it would bring more traffic through their doors.“

Perfectly grilled to medium/well. Shoestring fries were great. Chocolate shakes, hand made, were to die for. This was the best burger ever. Better than Five Guys….better than anybody’s! You will not be disappointed. If you live 50:miles away, I promise it’s worth the trip.“
