“I've loved Long John Silvers since I was a kid. I even worked at one as a teenager. This LJS is your only choice in Cleveland. The next closest one is in Elyria. The food and service is great, but I fear they are having staffing problems as it's rarely open in time. They also often have the dining room closed forcing you to go to their Walk up window. No matter the weather. I was just there the other day. It was freezing and snowy. I did choose to stay and get my food and the staff were fast and courteous, but if I wasn't hungry and strapped for time, I probably would have gone somewhere else. Overall though great food, good service.“

“It’s impossible to say how good it is there. The food is always top notch. Any item on the menu is executed with care and technical skill. The service is always fantastic. A neurologist friend took me here many years ago as a graduation celebration from nursing school. I’ve been coming back ever since, and I’ve never had a disappointment for a night or meal. “We have enjoyed Delmonico’s twice now and they do not disappoint! Exquisite Dining! Absolutely delectable dishes! The Lobster Bisque is made with love and the feature, Japanese Wagyu was absolutely divine! We ordered the Béarnaise sauce but the steak did not need it at all! I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such a divine cuisine! Definitely recommend! I wish we lived closer!“

“First time having real Indian food and I was blown away. The hot had flavor, not just heat. So many sauces and chutneys, they even have an all you can eat lunch buffet daily that I’m so coming back for. Small restaurant but what charm the atmosphere had. 18 years in business and I can see why.“

“We ate at the downtown location last night. I’ve eaten here a few times and I’ve always loved it. This visit was my best to date. We ate at the bar and Khadija (sorry, if misspelled) was our server. She was excellent and very attentive while also respecting our privacy. Also, the chairs at the bar are the comfiest seats my cheeks have ever sat on at a bar! 🤭 Now the food…we had Soul Rolls, which have never let me down yet! Yummmm. Then we shared fried catfish, smothered pork chops, house potatoes, candied yams, and Mac n cheese. Delicious!! 🤌 The quality and quantity for the price cannot be beat. I said, where is my bill and he says if you don’t trust me, then I’ll print it out. He prints out my bill, but when I went to the register, it was a different amount. Make sure you take cash or they charge you an additional 3%.“

“Stopped in for the Saturday steak special was not disappointed. The steaks were delicious sides are huge you could swap the baked potato for anything, you get a side salad too, we also had cheese curds. Service was good. It was packed the bar is a bit tight but worth the wait.“

“I went extremely pregnant and I was helped immensely. Of course my baby wanted the catfish dinner. I am glad they had a side that was veggie (green peas) but it was super bland. Could have been cooked with garlic and butter . The catfish was EXTREMELY DELICIOUS! They do it the southern style with cornmeal. I asked for the less sodium option. Bone in so you know it was real and fresh. I was able to get goat meat, porgy and salmon here too. Wait the $10 bag of abt 20 pieces of chicken quarters 🫡🫡🫡 . Everyone is super sweet and helpful. Location it’s a bit out there but well worth the trip!“

“Our first time at Bubbakoo's - we chose the Broadview Heights locaiton - was stellar from start to finish. We weren't familiar with the menu at all and the person putting our bowls together was really helpful and even suggested pairings and offered to let us take as many sauces home on the side so we could try different ones and see which we liked best. Everyone on staff that day was kind and welcoming and gave us exactly what we asked for.

We went to the South Euclid location a couple weeks later because we wanted to try some different stuff and the experience was exactly the opposite. Very cold, not friendly, not very welcoming, a lot of sighing when we asked questions, and they wanted to upcharge for every sauce we wanted on the side.

We won't be back to the South Euclid location, but we'll definitely return to Broadview Heights so long as the vibe remains as good as it was on our first visit.“
