“I love how this Dairy Queen’s parking lot is easiest to get in and out of because of its size. The one closest to me is so small the line is on the street on busier days. I also thought it was very cute that they had coloring books and markers out for the kids inside. It made the long line bearable for my little one. Although they were busy they were still kind once we got to the front of the line and I appreciate that. We’ll have to come back for those $3.79 specials on Wednesdays!“

He is a pleasure to work with, he knows his job and does it very well. The servers were so kind and worked so hard while keeping a smile on their faces at all times. And the food...it was incredible. I am a picky Italian when it comes to Italian food and Alesci's has some of the best Italian food in Cleveland. Everything tasted fresh, homemade and authentic and my guests LOVED the food which makes me that much happier. This is the second wedding that Alesci's catered for me. “We recently tried a variety of items at Long John Silver’s, and overall, it turned out to be a surprisingly satisfying experience. While the chain is best known for its seafood, the real standout for us was the chicken tenders.

The chicken tenders were exceptionally good—juicy, soft, and packed with flavor. They were cooked perfectly all the way through, with a crispy coating that didn’t feel overly greasy. In fact, there was only a very minimal hint of oil, which made them even more enjoyable. Every bite felt fresh and well-prepared.

Honestly, these tenders easily outperformed what you’d expect from most fast-food chains. In our opinion, they even beat Chick-fil-A in terms of juiciness and overall taste, which says a lot.

“I wanted to recommend Arby's because when I went to get a few sandwiches yesterday, I came home and my order was not correct because I had all roast beefs and not my chicken Bacon and Cheddar. I called them to let them know about the situation. They told me, I could come in when I had time because I was off to work. Today I went in to Arby's and got the correct Sandwich "Chicken Bacon and Chedder. They really went beyond my expectations because they not only gave me the Sandwich but curly fries and a drink too with no extra Charge. “I was in town camping and decided to eat out on our last night there, living off burgers and hot dogs for 3 nights straight was enough. Lol stopped in here for a hot meal and to enjoy the ac. There was a mix up with our food but the manager took care of me right away and got things straightened out.

Had to wait a few extra minutes but the manager handled things great so I don't have any serious complaint whatsoever. I'd definitely eat there again when I'm in town camping, despite the mix up I wad still pleased with my experience. They get it perfect next time I'll change it to a 5 star lol“

I'm so happy this location exists cause it's closer to Mentor than Lyndhurst and a bit better. “The staff here is always friendly and kind, and they make sure you get exactly what you want. They have never gotten an attitude when I ask questions about menu items (unlike other fast food places I won't name.) The food is always hot and fresh, and their chicken products are made with real chicken not processed chicken which I really appreciate!“

“Chick-fil-A sandwiches have always been a great go to for that chicken sandwich itch. I also do love their salads as they are pretty hefty with the quantity you get in each bowl. The quality of the lettuce is also nice compared to other food chains. The waffle fries are good, but I have experienced at the Willoughby location that they will go very heavy on the salt sometimes where my family and myself just cannot eat them.

My real only complaint is the drive thru service. I would say that in my last 10 visits here, 3 of those times I was missing food. Now, it is my error for not double checking my bag, but in my defense I have been to other food establishments that I have not had issues with any of my orders exceeding at least 30+ trips. This location has dual lanes, and sometimes you can feel pressure of being in lane waiting for food when the car behind you has already been serviced. With the amount of staffing, I feel they need to have someone double check orders.

The staff though is polite and kind, which is nice. I feel the accuracy in which the orders are packed needs to be checked.

Update: I had an issue last night 3/7/25 where my order was missing a sandwich. I noticed this once I got home. I called the store with no answer. I was instructed to leave a voicemail which referenced that I would receive a call back. I never got a returned call. I went back to the store the next day and brought in my receipt showing the clerk how my order was incomplete. They remade the sandwich but referenced to me that they would only do this, this once as they only remake food same day or send me a coupon in mail. Here is my issue, if you aren't picking up the phone and are not returning my phone call as you stated you would, your establishment will not be getting $7 from me for free. I WILL receive my food. I do not want to rely on the USPS to give me a free coupon. If I have to drive back up to your store because of your error, you should be more welcoming and apologetic. Heck, give me a free fry to compensate my gas. Sadly, this left a strong bitter taste on my mouth.

The fast food industry can be very tough on stores depending on location. But you also gain high rep for service quality. Chick-fil-A usually pushes itself as setting a high bar for quality in food and service. So far, my opinion is dropping into the negative areas though as I am continuing to get bad service quality at this location.“

“This was my first experience at pulp ever. I had never gone to a pulp location because I had never seen the point of paying for a smoothie. Earlier today, I stopped by this location due to the heat and was overwhelmed by a huge menu. I was fortunate enough to have an employee assist me in choosing a smoothie that I would enjoy. I believe her name was Evelyn but I remember distinctly that she had blue hair. This employee gave me useful advice in addition to not rushing me through. My smoothie came out quickly and tasted delicious. Truly an unforgettable experience and I will be returning to this location in the future.“

“The person serving us here was absolutely amazing. Full of life, spoke clearly, made me feel welcome and just nice to talk to (from the few exchanges we had from when I was ordering). I’m not sure exactly why I enjoyed talking to him so much, he just seemed like a great guy. I don’t know his name but I believe he looked like he was in his 40s, African American and had a nice moustache if i may add. I

“Yesterday, I came in at around 9 am for a good breakfast meal to start my day. The polite and kind young man working the cash register was very kind and helpful, with a smile on their face! You usually do not see people like that these days!! He helped me decide on the Bacon Egg N Cheese Biscuit with a hashbrown and a medium coffee with two creams. This was my first time at this McDonalds location and seeing the young mans positivity really made my day! When he brang out my food, I asked for his name and I think he said Jake. Way to go McDonalds, and way to go Jake! He has a bright future ahead of him.“

“You come here for delicious one-of-a-kind subs not the atmosphere as it's just a take out kind of place. The food is delicious and they have lots of your favorite comfort foods to choose from. Their stuffed mushrooms are popular and so is their Italian sub with pepper relish. Prices are reasonable for this type of food.“
