He is a pleasure to work with, he knows his job and does it very well. The servers were so kind and worked so hard while keeping a smile on their faces at all times. And the food...it was incredible. I am a picky Italian when it comes to Italian food and Alesci's has some of the best Italian food in Cleveland. Everything tasted fresh, homemade and authentic and my guests LOVED the food which makes me that much happier. This is the second wedding that Alesci's catered for me. I have 2 more kids to marry off and will no doubt be calling on Alesci's again! 5 stars on all accounts.“

This had led to a complaint to the supervisor and she took care of the situation in a very humble and respectful manner. “From the time I walked in, until the time I walked out we witnessed and experienced the best fast food experience I’ve had in my life. A young gentleman named James helped us out when we went and ordered and was extremely nice and professional. After we received our food another young gentleman whose name we did not get stopped and asked us how our food was as a manager would do if you were at a high end restaurant which was great. As we ate our food we noticed that James was helping an elderly woman to her car. Me and my girlfriend both looked at each other and in unison said “ whatever they are making it is not enough”. If I were to recommend any location in Ohio it would be this location if I could give 10 stars I would.“

However, the new booths in the renovation are not only ugly and gray, lacking color and ambiance, but they have a smaller seating distance between table and seat. If you're plus size or just have a large chest, it's not comfortable.
The other thing : we were freezing inside. I don't like to eat with my coat on, and shivered throughout my meal. The food got cold fast because of this, and even the lovely manager was dealing with a chronically runny nose from the cold. Turn up the HEAT.“

“I wanted to recommend Arby's because when I went to get a few sandwiches yesterday, I came home and my order was not correct because I had all roast beefs and not my chicken Bacon and Cheddar. I called them to let them know about the situation. They told me, I could come in when I had time because I was off to work. Today I went in to Arby's and got the correct Sandwich "Chicken Bacon and Chedder. They really went beyond my expectations because they not only gave me the Sandwich but curly fries and a drink too with no extra Charge. “Have a tradition every Saturday there is a group of us that go to the drive-through window.. we are older and love the young people that work night shift. They are a lot of fun and good laughs and we tell all our friends about this Dairy Queen. Recently, there’s a young lady there with pinkish color hair that should not be dealing with the public very rude. If she is a good worker, I don’t know she should be in the back ground and not heard. Even through the pandemic, we still supported our Dairy Queen. Thank you for listening.“

“Jordin took my order in the drive thru she was very efficient and got several cars out in a timely manner. While also managing to be very personable and friendly yet professional. She helped me make a decision on which item from her own experience and also upselled the newest drink. 10/10 highly recommend. Every chick-fil-a needs a Jordin . “It's getting a facelift, and the staff are great. I helped a wedding party capture the memory tonight, and that says how synonymous this location is to the local community. I have memories I can't remember from here in high school“

“Chick-fil-A sandwiches have always been a great go to for that chicken sandwich itch. I also do love their salads as they are pretty hefty with the quantity you get in each bowl. The quality of the lettuce is also nice compared to other food chains. The waffle fries are good, but I have experienced at the Willoughby location that they will go very heavy on the salt sometimes where my family and myself just cannot eat them.

My real only complaint is the drive thru service. I would say that in my last 10 visits here, 3 of those times I was missing food. Now, it is my error for not double checking my bag, but in my defense I have been to other food establishments that I have not had issues with any of my orders exceeding at least 30+ trips. This location has dual lanes, and sometimes you can feel pressure of being in lane waiting for food when the car behind you has already been serviced. With the amount of staffing, I feel they need to have someone double check orders.

The staff though is polite and kind, which is nice. I feel the accuracy in which the orders are packed needs to be checked.

Update: I had an issue last night 3/7/25 where my order was missing a sandwich. I noticed this once I got home. I called the store with no answer. I was instructed to leave a voicemail which referenced that I would receive a call back. I never got a returned call. I went back to the store the next day and brought in my receipt showing the clerk how my order was incomplete. They remade the sandwich but referenced to me that they would only do this, this once as they only remake food same day or send me a coupon in mail. Here is my issue, if you aren't picking up the phone and are not returning my phone call as you stated you would, your establishment will not be getting $7 from me for free. I WILL receive my food. I do not want to rely on the USPS to give me a free coupon. If I have to drive back up to your store because of your error, you should be more welcoming and apologetic. Heck, give me a free fry to compensate my gas. Sadly, this left a strong bitter taste on my mouth.

The fast food industry can be very tough on stores depending on location. But you also gain high rep for service quality. Chick-fil-A usually pushes itself as setting a high bar for quality in food and service. So far, my opinion is dropping into the negative areas though as I am continuing to get bad service quality at this location.“

“I tried the chicken cordon blue and the jalapeno slider and I was thoroughly impressed. Loved it. I added bronco Berry sauce to the jalapeno slider. I'm ecstatic the potato cakes that are back for sure! Love them more than their Fry's“

“I am going through a possible gluten/wheat allergy diagnosis and am avoiding all of that to help rule out my issues. I went in yesterday to get a sub and asked for it to be gluten-free. Not only did they cut the bread in a different area, they took the time to cut fresh ingredients to avoid cross-contamination. I was incredibly pleased with their care and concern for my health. “Visiting from Canada, this is our first stop and special request for my son's 13th birthday. Immediately as you walk in, you're greeted with a welcome by all of the staff and smiling faces. The ladies behind the counter were very helpful with all of my questions. The food came out quickly and was to die for! We were checked in on at our table by a few different staff members, all of which were very friendly. The restaurant was spotless, the staff were great - 10/10! Wish we had one here in Ontario!“

They have never gotten an attitude when I ask questions about menu items (unlike other fast food places I won't name.) The food is always hot and fresh, and their chicken products are made with real chicken not processed chicken which I really appreciate!“

I really enjoyed the food here, I got a number 26 I believe. The Chicken Bacon Ranch sub in a regular size, would definitely recommend. The service was quick and easy, overall a great experience.“

“Sat in the drive thru for 25 mins. after trying to go inside, but doors were locked, even tho people were inside. Should have been my first clue to go somewhere, anywhere, else. Then after waiting all that time, I get my food and it's ice cold and the bun was stale. Disgusting. I will never go back. Can't do the Wendy's survey because, shocker, I didn't get a receipt so can't get restaurant number. Simply awful place.“

You usually do not see people like that these days!! He helped me decide on the Bacon Egg N Cheese Biscuit with a hashbrown and a medium coffee with two creams. This was my first time at this McDonalds location and seeing the young mans positivity really made my day! When he brang out my food, I asked for his name and I think he said Jake. Way to go McDonalds, and way to go Jake! He has a bright future ahead of him.“

“You come here for delicious one-of-a-kind subs not the atmosphere as it's just a take out kind of place. The food is delicious and they have lots of your favorite comfort foods to choose from. Their stuffed mushrooms are popular and so is their Italian sub with pepper relish. Prices are reasonable for this type of food.“
