“Good location, decent parking and friendly staff. Willing to make complicated drinks based on dietary needs with little fuss. Outdoor space is ample and indoor seating is spacious and not cramped.

“I work next door it's so easy to order on my phone and walk one door over to pick it up. Almost always ready by the time I get there. When I get two of the exact same drinks, one is usually more bitter than the other but it's okay bc I just give that one to my husband. I feel for them when I walk in and there's a line and a whole bunch of mobile order people waiting to get their stuff. Must get overwhelming.“

“The only Starbucks remotely close to me I can get a correctly made Cafe mocha. They have actual baristas here not just drink pourers like at the location near me.

I drive 20 minutes there to get a decent drink. When the Colerain location is 2 minutes from my house. Don't go to Colerain location. Absolutely terrible“

“Feels silly to write a review for a Starbucks because, well… it's Starbucks. It's a corporate coffee chain, and each product you get will taste exactly the same every time. That’s kind of the point. Still, I think this one deserves a shoutout.

Since school started back up, I’ve been coming to this location to study and get homework done. Over the past few months, it’s honestly started to feel like a second home. The iced matcha latte always hits, the Wi-Fi is fast and free, and the music’s consistently good.

Big shoutout to Denni! last week, I had a small issue with a drink, and today she bought my drink for me and apologized without me even bringing it up. That felt like a genuinely kind gesture and a really pleasant surprise. I already thanked her in person, but she deserves another thank-you here.

Side note: The only change I’d love to see inside would be a small standing desk option. Nothing fancy, even a cheap one from IKEA would do. Since I’m here for hours a few times a week and already work a sit-down office job, it’d be nice to have the option to switch it up. Just a suggestion!“

“I've been coming to this Starbucks for at least 3 years and have consistently found staff the most joyful I've ever encountered. Love that they have so many regulars coming through, too. As another reviewer said, this place feels like a neighborhood coffee shop, not a mega-chain. The outdoor seating is mostly shaded and pleasant even in the heat of summer.“

“I always have a million questions when I come to Starbucks. This time I was confirming what kind of foam comes on the pumpkin cold brew because a different location gave me a caramel, salted foam and I wasn't expecting that on my drink.

They were very nice and explained what kind of foam should have been on my drink and when I got to the window expecting to pay, they took care of it for me.

Not only were they very nice about helping me make sure I get my drink correct. They took care of it, even though it was a different locations error.

“I ran in 6 minutes before closing to order drinks for myself and my co-workers at the hospital. Lucas was very nice and did not seem to be upset that he was going to be making 5 drinks right before closing when most items were already washed and put away. He also held the door for me as I was leaving with all of the drinks. I appreciate his positive attitude and behavior! The drinks were made perfectly as well!“

“My review update. Team works well ❤, and i enjoy my coffee! Check the video how to find this hidden Starbucks! The worst cashier at Starbucks who may spoil your coffee joy or a day!)) I've had some unpleasant experiences with a particular cashier with glasses at this Starbucks location every time, and unfortunately, my latest encounter was the worst. When I requested an 'espresso ice shake with soy milk,' she responded with a contemptuous look and asked with an eye roll, 'What's that?' I tried to explain that it was a drink with a similar name, but her unhelpful attitude made me feel uncomfortable. Luckily, another barista intervened and clarified that what I wanted was an 'ice shaken espresso.' To make matters worse, the cashier then began gossiping about me in front of me while I was still standing at the counter. It was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. Another issue I face with this particular staff member was her impatience when I ask her to repeat or clarify something, even though I understand that accents can be challenging to understand. Additionally, I found it ironic that she was critical of my Asian accent when her own African-American accent was not always easy to comprehend. Overall, I was disappointed with the poor customer service and rude behavior displayed by this staff member. I hope that Starbucks can provide better training and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and kindness, regardless of their accent or background. This particular staff member may spoil your coffee experience, so beware“

“The staff is very friendly, fast, and efficient. One person name Daniel was working today by himself and there was a long line waiting to order drinks. He was taking orders and making drinks so quickly without any mistakes or complaints. I had forgotten about the line be being long and before I realized it was my turn to order.“

“the girls here know what they're doin.they remember my drink they never get anything wrong and if they did they would rectify the mistake immediately. the only reason I don't always go here is because they don't always participate with the deals starbucks has which they don't have to. the other starbucks on colerain by 275 always finds a way to mess up my 7$ coffee and never makes it right. always a problem. and they have yet to rectify anything. oh well never going there again“

“I have been going to this location for years now, and they were usually pretty good at making drinks, but for a couple of months now, I have been going before work, and the drinks have been very nasty. I usually get the blended Frappuccino, and every time I've gotten it, it just tastes like coffee and ice blended with nothing else added. That is not how you make a caramel, Frappuccino! I don't think I will be going back to this location anymore. I will still give it 5 stars for the simple fact that some of the staff is amazing . But the person making the drinks seriously needs to be retrained on how to make the Frappuccino. I hope they fix it because I spend alot of money here and it's not right for drinks that cost almost 10 bucks to be made wrong especially when you need it for a pick me up before starting a work day.“

“I've been coming here a few days a week before work for a while. They are always open on time, and even if they don't have certain items in stock sometimes, they are very friendly and just doing their best. The manager who I assume runs this location (at least in the mornings) is a very nice lady and is always prepping, cleaning, and greeting customers. They always make my drink right and wish me a nice day, it's very welcoming. I don't write reviews often but they are so nice here! ✨?“

“I have had some of the best Starbucks items there and some of the nicest service. There are always challenges and it's location in a Kroger's in a college area doesn't quite have the atmosphere but if you're looking for your Starbucks fix and you're near University of Cincinnati this is a good place to grab it while you get some grocery shopping done also or just walk down Short Vine afterwards.“

“Terrible service! I ordered 3 summer skies drinks, to be made w the coconut milk, not lemonade, and I was handed 2 made w lemonade and 1 w milk, you can clearly see the difference, then when I let them know there was a mistake, I was lied to and told the coconut milk had separated!?! I then had to go inside and tell them that was a lie because you could clearly taste the lemonade in the drink, and see the pulp from the lemons in the cup!?! I had to ask multiple times for them to remake my drinks, then finally was given the correct drink. Baffled!?! I have never posted a negative post on Google mind you!?! This is a first! My daughters and I are constantly getting Starbucks and this store is the only one we have received bad service at. Smh...“

“The employees are so sweet and nice I tried to give them a tip but they didn’t have a jar. They dealt with some not great customers extremely well especially those without masks. One guy didn’t have a mask and I kept moving away from him, the cashier could tell I was uncomfortable and asked him politely to go get a free mask from up front. They are so efficient and friendly I wish I was friends with them. Please treat these employees with respect and gratitude.“

“Today I had the best experience ever at a Starbucks in a very, very long time. I had came in all flustered as I hadn't had my afternoon coffee yet today and was rushing in and out as I was already late for my activities later that day. However, when ordering I had encountered the kindest, sweetest, most humble souls today while ordering. Especially barista's named Meghan, Audrey and Ava, they were super helpful with me today as I don't really know much about coffee or what I really want on some days. They were very communicative, as telling me what the menu pertains such as different espresso's and lattes! Who knew there were so many?? When coming into Starbucks I just get so overwhelmed with how many options there are and they had calmed me down and helped me pick out what had fit me. As it turns out, they were right!The cleanliness of the area was spotless too, I was very impressed with the cleaning crew (if there is any) or maybe the baristas who had been keeping the place tremendously swift and excellent!Overall, they were so quick with my order, and very swift with other customers that I had noticed when I had came walking up and waiting for my order as well. “I come to this Starbucks inside Krogers at 4477 Kenard Ave. Cincinnati Ohio, almost every morning between 6am-7am and, this was one of the WORST! places to get coffee from. The staff here have poor customer service they’re not friend or welcoming and, are unbelievably slow with no sense of urgency for the customers. They’re never prepared or have a full inventory of products and, the employees don’t know anything about the services that Starbucks offers. I asked for assistance from an employee when I was trying to pay for my order online using the Starbucks app and, I was having trouble but the employee couldn’t help me because she didn’t know how. The app kept charging my account $25 for a $6.80 order. This was very frustrating and time consuming without any help from the employee. I won’t be coming back again“

“I loved Starbucks. I say loved because unfortunately I can't drink it anymore. When I could though, I'd have a frappe 1, maybe 2 times a year, if then. Now, my son enjoys the frappe I used to get. He buys himself 1 with his allowance every so often. The service is always great at this location.“

Every time I visit Cincinnati, this Starbucks on Colerain is a must-stop for me — and for good reason! The baristas here are incredibly happy and upbeat, creating a fun yet relaxing vibe that’s just perfect. I was greeted warmly, with plenty of smiles, which set such a positive tone for my visit.

My order was for here, and they had it ready in no time — fast service without sacrificing quality. I went with my go-to Flat White, and it was absolutely spot on — smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced.

The overall mood inside feels inviting and uplifting, making it an ideal spot to unwind with a great cup of coffee. If you’re ever in Cincy and need a place to recharge with some good energy (and amazing baristas), this is the spot to be!“

“i had such a rough day, so i stopped by starbucks just hoping for a little caffeine and peace of mind. the baristas absolutely went above and beyond; they wrote the sweetest, most encouraging messages on my drink and food bag, and it genuinely turned my whole day around. like, i almost cried right there at the counter. 🥹 the people working in the stores are truly the heart of this company, and they deserve the world for how much care they put into what they do.

that being said, it’s honestly sad how amazing the baristas are while the ceo and corporate side have been awful lately. the workers are the ones carrying this brand on their backs, and they deserve so much more credit (and better treatment). huge love to the store team though, y’all are the reason people keep coming back. 💚“
