When I get two of the exact same drinks, one is usually more bitter than the other but it's okay bc I just give that one to my husband. Since school started back up, I’ve been coming to this location to study and get homework done. Over the past few months, it’s honestly started to feel like a second home. The iced matcha latte always hits, the Wi-Fi is fast and free, and the music’s consistently good.
Big shoutout to Denni! last week, I had a small issue with a drink, and today she bought my drink for me and apologized without me even bringing it up. That felt like a genuinely kind gesture and a really pleasant surprise. I already thanked her in person, but she deserves another thank-you here.
Side note: The only change I’d love to see inside would be a small standing desk option. Nothing fancy, even a cheap one from IKEA would do. Since I’m here for hours a few times a week and already work a sit-down office job, it’d be nice to have the option to switch it up. Just a suggestion!“

“I’ve been to this location twice now, and both times I feel like I’m stepping into a portal to the way Starbucks used to be. Back when they valued human connection and created my second home. Somehow in the midst of a ton of customers, they still find a way to see me and connect with me. I see regulars pop in and they know their birthdays and usual orders. The chatter and connection between the baristas feels warm and familial. These are truly good people who are good at what they do. I had stopped going to Starbucks for a couple years because the labor cuts and other corporate decisions turned most stores into cold transactional coffee mills. I've had some unpleasant experiences with a particular cashier with glasses at this Starbucks location every time, and unfortunately, my latest encounter was the worst. When I requested an 'espresso ice shake with soy milk,' she responded with a contemptuous look and asked with an eye roll, 'What's that?' I tried to explain that it was a drink with a similar name, but her unhelpful attitude made me feel uncomfortable. Luckily, another barista intervened and clarified that what I wanted was an 'ice shaken espresso.' To make matters worse, the cashier then began gossiping about me in front of me while I was still standing at the counter. It was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. Another issue I face with this particular staff member was her impatience when I ask her to repeat or clarify something, even though I understand that accents can be challenging to understand. Additionally, I found it ironic that she was critical of my Asian accent when her own African-American accent was not always easy to comprehend. Overall, I was disappointed with the poor customer service and rude behavior displayed by this staff member. I hope that Starbucks can provide better training and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and kindness, regardless of their accent or background. “I have been going to this location for years now, and they were usually pretty good at making drinks, but for a couple of months now, I have been going before work, and the drinks have been very nasty. I usually get the blended Frappuccino, and every time I've gotten it, it just tastes like coffee and ice blended with nothing else added. That is not how you make a caramel, Frappuccino! I don't think I will be going back to this location anymore. I will still give it 5 stars for the simple fact that some of the staff is amazing . But the person making the drinks seriously needs to be retrained on how to make the Frappuccino. I hope they fix it because I spend alot of money here and it's not right for drinks that cost almost 10 bucks to be made wrong especially when you need it for a pick me up before starting a work day.“
“the girls here know what they're doin.they remember my drink they never get anything wrong and if they did they would rectify the mistake immediately. the only reason I don't always go here is because they don't always participate with the deals starbucks has which they don't have to. the other starbucks on colerain by 275 always finds a way to mess up my 7$ coffee and never makes it right. always a problem. and they have yet to rectify anything. oh well never going there again“
“The employees are so sweet and nice I tried to give them a tip but they didn’t have a jar. They dealt with some not great customers extremely well especially those without masks. One guy didn’t have a mask and I kept moving away from him, the cashier could tell I was uncomfortable and asked him politely to go get a free mask from up front. They are so efficient and friendly I wish I was friends with them. Please treat these employees with respect and gratitude.“

With me being a full time student and working full time with long shifts, I often come in to pick up a mobile order of either a Strawberry açaí lemonade refresher, or a dragon drink! Even when they are busy, they are getting drinks out in a timely manner! I do have a crippling Starbucks addiction, but I’m fine with that at this point.

I ordered 3 summer skies drinks, to be made w the coconut milk, not lemonade, and I was handed 2 made w lemonade and 1 w milk, you can clearly see the difference, then when I let them know there was a mistake, I was lied to and told the coconut milk had separated!?! I then had to go inside and tell them that was a lie because you could clearly taste the lemonade in the drink, and see the pulp from the lemons in the cup!?! I had to ask multiple times for them to remake my drinks, then finally was given the correct drink. Baffled!?! I have never posted a negative post on Google mind you!?! This is a first! “Today I had the best experience ever at a Starbucks in a very, very long time. I had came in all flustered as I hadn't had my afternoon coffee yet today and was rushing in and out as I was already late for my activities later that day. However, when ordering I had encountered the kindest, sweetest, most humble souls today while ordering. Especially barista's named Meghan, Audrey and Ava, they were super helpful with me today as I don't really know much about coffee or what I really want on some days. They were very communicative, as telling me what the menu pertains such as different espresso's and lattes! Who knew there were so many?? When coming into Starbucks I just get so overwhelmed with how many options there are and they had calmed me down and helped me pick out what had fit me. As it turns out, they were right!The cleanliness of the area was spotless too, I was very impressed with the cleaning crew (if there is any) or maybe the baristas who had been keeping the place tremendously swift and excellent!Overall, they were so quick with my order, and very swift with other customers that I had noticed when I had came walking up and waiting for my order as well. “Very friendly crew. I come in here all the time for non-dairy coffee options, and even started getting the pink drink. Only thing that could be better for me is more vegan gluten free food options. My favorite drink is the vanilla bean creme frapp with nondairy vanilla sweet cream and non dairy salted caramel cold foam and many affagato style shots. Yummmm.“
