“My company held a retreat and workshop in the Tasting Room in February of 2026 and it was absolutely fantastic. The service staff was extremely friendly and made sure coffee, beverages, and snacks were always stocked. The meals they prepared for us were incredible - ask for the mac & cheese. And then, at the end of our work event, we had a happy hour right there in the room with some of the best beers in Cleveland. If you're looking for a place to have a work event, I HIGHLY suggest you call GLBC!“

“Ferris Shawarma is my go to place for the best tasting Chicken Shawarma and silky smooth hummus in Cleveland. I prefer eating in, but usually end up carryout. I order the shawarma on hummus and it comes with fattoush etc. It's enough for two meals.I love their hot sauce but my favorite is the garlic toum...it has a real bite.

We were in Cleveland for the night, and Balance was close to where we were staying so I decided to give it a try. The girl working at the counter was AMAZING! She was so helpful and super interactive with my son, literally mirroring his excitement. I know this is something small, but I have worked in the service industry and I know how infrequent it is to get positive feedback. We went to watch a Cavs game on a Saturday afternoon and this was one of the only places we could find that had the audio on, moreover they had multiple screens to view. At its core is a tried and true soccer pub but it also caters to Cleveland sports. As a bonus, it has the vibe of a medieval castle with incredible customer service.
