“After taking my grandson for a hair cut, we opted to stop in at Subway, which located in the same shopping plaza. My grandson is only four, but he knows what he likes, and more importantly, he devours his Subway sandwich, without complaint. Service was quick, even though it was during the heavy lunch hour. Saw lots of construction workers who stopped in while we ate inside. The place is clean and welcoming and our sandwiches were very good.“

“I have to give this staff a big shout out for the service I received today. The experience didn't start out so great when the app and phone ordering system failed when it came time to pay for the order. I really wanted to buy lunch for my team and they specifically asked for Chipotle, so I drove to the Concord location to place my order. I was a bit anxious because It was a pretty large order and it was lunch time. I didn't want to hold up the line with my order of 8 bowls/burritos, so I explained to the first colleague that assisted me that their app wasn't accepting payments. I asked if I could possibly place an order with someone who wasn't on the line and I could just wait for it. She told me it would be easier to just place the order. I wish I had gotten her name. She handled this really well and very patiently. She and her coworkers read my phone as I shared the screen shots of the order we tried to place online. They knocked out that order in about 5 minutes. I was relieved because I was feeling really guilty about putting them in that spot and for the customers who were stuck behind me in line. Very thankful to this team for making this happen.“

“If you want an old fashioned, homemade oversized burger just the way you like it, then stop here. They grill it right when you order it so it takes a minute for you to get your order, but believe me when I say it is worth the wait. Juicy and prepared with the fixings of your choice, add a side of onion rings or fair fries and you can't go wrong. Milk shakes are delicious and all-in-all pricing is fair for what they're offering. Outside picnic tables or take it to a nearby park, or your home. No inside dining here, this is old school drive up dining at its very best!“

“We loved the food. The service was terrific.
However, the new booths in the renovation are not only ugly and gray, lacking color and ambiance, but they have a smaller seating distance between table and seat. If you're plus size or just have a large chest, it's not comfortable.
The other thing : we were freezing inside. I don't like to eat with my coat on, and shivered throughout my meal. The food got cold fast because of this, and even the lovely manager was dealing with a chronically runny nose from the cold. Turn up the HEAT.“

“My boyfriend and I ordered online pick up and he went to get it in store but ended up getting super dizzy and passed out onto the floor. The staff was super concerned and made sure he was okay and gave him water and some ice while he came to. They even went out of their way to make sure he was telling the truth about me driving us home to make sure he got home alright. I didn’t get their names but I am really grateful for their act of kindness. This never happened to him before and he was super embarrassed but I’m glad there’s still good people out there to genuinely cares for their customers.“

“Have a tradition every Saturday there is a group of us that go to the drive-through window.. we are older and love the young people that work night shift. They are a lot of fun and good laughs and we tell all our friends about this Dairy Queen. Recently, there’s a young lady there with pinkish color hair that should not be dealing with the public very rude. If she is a good worker, I don’t know she should be in the back ground and not heard. Even through the pandemic, we still supported our Dairy Queen. Thank you for listening.“

“Last night there was an incident in the parking lot. It was coming to closing time and I had called the store to ask if they could still make my burrito as I found a way to pull around the situation that was occurring and they did in fact make my burrito and completely comp my order for the inconvenience.10/10 the two people on 01/12/24 a blondish gentleman and a brunette female deserve recognition!“

Not only did they cut the bread in a different area, they took the time to cut fresh ingredients to avoid cross-contamination. I was incredibly pleased with their care and concern for my health. I recently placed a door dash order tonight at 8pm. 2 dashers names came across. Finally when then 2nd one came up she was told that my order was already handed out “an hour ago right before I locked the doors at 8:30”. When I didn’t even place the order an hour before the dasher called me. The night manager Tia was rude and told me she handed it to someone else and I had to re order in order for her to do anything. First of all why is the store closing the doors at 8:30 and if you cared about your customers you would just offer to remake it without any issues, that’s what Marcus would have done. He’s the best manager that store has. I know it’s just fast food but for the amount they are paid they should care a little more.

Won’t be going back unless I see Marcus there!“

“It's getting a facelift, and the staff are great. I helped a wedding party capture the memory tonight, and that says how synonymous this location is to the local community. I have memories I can't remember from here in high school“

“The workers were so kind in helping my mom and I inside with her wheelchair, since the doors are not automatic. They helped us move around and get situated. They were kind and thoughtful and quick to get our food out to us. The food was hot and crispy, too. Good experience.“

“I love me some Arbys!!! Anytime I go there I absolutely love their food. Their service is usually spot on as well. One of my favorite things to do there is ring the bell before we leave if our service was good!! Here's a tip....sign up for their app and there is always offers and rewards that they give you. Usually some really good percentage off of your bill on the weekends if you use their app!! You should try their Arby's sauce as well. Great stuff!!

“This place has a steady crew who have been kind, professional, prompt, and helpful for all 6 years I've been ordering from here. I have twice made the mistake of ordering pickup when I meant to order delivery, and they make no fuss about it over the phone; they simply changed the order type and have it sent out as soon as possible.

“I had never been to Panda Express and the lady who helped me was so cheerful to help me and talk about each of their dishes and way to either make up plates or order ala carte. I was very happy with the food and service both. My favorites were the Mushroom Chicken (Mala) & the Pepper Chicken. The egg rolls were so good. Plenty of cabbage in each one. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.“

“Sat in the drive thru for 25 mins. after trying to go inside, but doors were locked, even tho people were inside. Should have been my first clue to go somewhere, anywhere, else. Then after waiting all that time, I get my food and it's ice cold and the bun was stale. Disgusting. I will never go back. Can't do the Wendy's survey because, shocker, I didn't get a receipt so can't get restaurant number. Simply awful place.“

“This experience happened days ago but i just wanted to point out how great the teenagers at this mcdoanlds are, yeah they make mistakes, their still kids but this one girl in the drive thru lane was just swiftly getting the line flowing and she was very kind and nice, she said her name was lexi . i just wanted to point out her good work as most people always comain about the teenagers being bad at their jobs but their still just kids at the end if the day and arent perfect at everything.“

“We are always greeted with smiles and polite workers. They serve their patrons fast and make great food. The dining room is more suited to takeout than done in, but technically you could eat there. Food is a bit on the pricy side.

Vegetarian options: Most options here are smoothies, but they are made to order and vegetarian.“

“We ABSOLUTELY love Wendy's. We eat Wendy's almost once a week or every other week. All of their food is excellent and they regularly come up with new menu options. They are priced very well as well. If you sign up for their app and order often you get free food fast and there are always offers on there to save you money off every single order. How could you go wrong??

“Everything went smoothly. The kiosk worked with ease? The people were friendly and timely. The food was good. The place was clean.

Parking: Parking is accessable all the way around the building. There are a few parking spots that have shade.

Kid-friendliness: Kids menu. This particular McDonald's does not have a play place but it's still a great place to stop.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicapped parking. Tables that allow a wheelchair to sit to.“

“Got order correct the first time. Nice seating inside. This DQ Grill and Chill offers reasonably priced ?meals! They have a half price happy hour drink special 2-4 PM weekdays, ask about it. Usually younger staff, but I have found them to do an excellent ? job most of my visits. When I ordered my Large Chocolate Hot Fudge Sundae the young lady on front cash confirmed I wanted chocolate ? Ice Cream instead of putting chocolate and hot fudge on vanilla ice cream as some of them do. Long before the closing of the Great Lakes Mall and Mentor Avenue locations the Diamond Center location was on my up and coming list! Soft Seats, Great Service, and Yummy DQ food and treats. Diamond Center is the Hidden Gem in the DQ chain in Mentor! Just gotta have that Yum!?

“Everybody has off days especially in this business so they aren't always perfect (but usually better than any other fast food restaurant in Chardon.) Especially for breakfast food. This time was exceptional though I got there about 10:50am and placed order for 2 sausage egg (& added cheese biscuit's). The nice lady informed me that there would be a bit of a wait because the biscuits were not finished baking. She asked if I might want the above but on a Mcmuffin. I said I'll wait . Paid for it & pulled forward to wait with another customer who apparently also wanted biscuits. It took between 10 to 15 minutes & we both received our orders. I can't speak for him but mine were FANTABULOUS !!! Fresh, piping hot, light & fluffy, & moist with a crisp exterior. Scrambled egg patty was light & fluffy, sausage hot & moist but not greasy, with cheese melted to perfection. Just a great job all the way around ! I wish I took pictures. 😋😋🤤🤤😋😋 That said McDonald's always has decent to good biscuits (though not as good as my Southern Grandma's or mine) & always blow KFC's out of the water. But these were probably the best I have ever had at a fast food restaurant (including Popeye's) & to be honest any number of casual diner type places (Waffle House excluded but theirs are griddled to crisp them up & heck they are from Georgia after all so that gives them an unfair advantage). Overall 5 stars this time around“

I'm not too mad about it because I love ordering from you guys and I also work at the Domino's in town so I understand things happen when you're busy. One thing that I wasn't happy with was watching a customer come in and pretty much flip out at the employees here for simply the way that they responded to her about her order. “I tried subway for the first time the other day through doordash (I know it's weird I have never had it), my sub came from this location on doordash and it was so delicious I loved it! Knowing that sub came from this location I went there today and again it was fantastic! Not sure I even want to try another location. The younger blonde girl that took care of me today was very polite and efficient! Great service and food from this location! And it's very clean! :)Update 11-26-23Amy is THE BEST sandwich artist!!!
