“Restaurant is nice and clean, and looks brand new, although was told it’s been there for 10 years. Food was fresh as can be; service was great, too. In an age where most fast food places are filthy, this Subway is top notch. Hats off to managers and staff.“

“I have to give this staff a big shout out for the service I received today. The experience didn't start out so great when the app and phone ordering system failed when it came time to pay for the order. I really wanted to buy lunch for my team and they specifically asked for Chipotle, so I drove to the Concord location to place my order. I was a bit anxious because It was a pretty large order and it was lunch time. I didn't want to hold up the line with my order of 8 bowls/burritos, so I explained to the first colleague that assisted me that their app wasn't accepting payments. I asked if I could possibly place an order with someone who wasn't on the line and I could just wait for it. She told me it would be easier to just place the order. I wish I had gotten her name. She handled this really well and very patiently. She and her coworkers read my phone as I shared the screen shots of the order we tried to place online. They knocked out that order in about 5 minutes. I was relieved because I was feeling really guilty about putting them in that spot and for the customers who were stuck behind me in line. Very thankful to this team for making this happen.“

“If you want an old fashioned, homemade oversized burger just the way you like it, then stop here. They grill it right when you order it so it takes a minute for you to get your order, but believe me when I say it is worth the wait. Juicy and prepared with the fixings of your choice, add a side of onion rings or fair fries and you can't go wrong. Milk shakes are delicious and all-in-all pricing is fair for what they're offering. Outside picnic tables or take it to a nearby park, or your home. No inside dining here, this is old school drive up dining at its very best!“

These guys are on top of it. 100% hands down the best Arby’s in the area. Everything was on point, I was welcomed in and my order was taken immediately. I got 3 fish sandwiches and some sides—they let me know it’d be a few because everything was being made fresh. Music to my ears! Lol. Everything we got was phenomenal and I appreciate all of the gentlemen working from the order taker to expo to the cook. Great job fellas, I appreciate you all and wanted to make sure I recognized you because I know how quick people can be to criticize. These guys were on point. Much appreciated.“

“My boyfriend and I ordered online pick up and he went to get it in store but ended up getting super dizzy and passed out onto the floor. The staff was super concerned and made sure he was okay and gave him water and some ice while he came to. They even went out of their way to make sure he was telling the truth about me driving us home to make sure he got home alright. I didn’t get their names but I am really grateful for their act of kindness. This never happened to him before and he was super embarrassed but I’m glad there’s still good people out there to genuinely cares for their customers.“

“Amazing food and amazing atmosphere! The inside is cute and has fun decor. Came on a hot day when they were extremely busy and even with a Karen lurking around they stayed positive. Food came out fast and hot. Lots of fun options, extremely clean, and friendly staff.“

“This was my first experience at pulp ever. I had never gone to a pulp location because I had never seen the point of paying for a smoothie. Earlier today, I stopped by this location due to the heat and was overwhelmed by a huge menu. I was fortunate enough to have an employee assist me in choosing a smoothie that I would enjoy. I believe her name was Evelyn but I remember distinctly that she had blue hair. This employee gave me useful advice in addition to not rushing me through. My smoothie came out quickly and tasted delicious. Truly an unforgettable experience and I will be returning to this location in the future.“

“The service of a young worker named Shy was absolutely excellent! Took my order quickly and efficiently and also made me yummy food! She also double checked to make sure I had all the sauces in the bag. Lovely work done today. This worker needs a raise!“

“Can I just say I ordered for the first time from Burrito Loco last night. I ordered the chili and quesadilla. Let me just tell you that chili was delicious as I’m sitting here typing this out I am craving it again. I’m definitely excited to try more items from this restaurant.“

“I was in town camping and decided to eat out on our last night there, living off burgers and hot dogs for 3 nights straight was enough. Lol stopped in here for a hot meal and to enjoy the ac. There was a mix up with our food but the manager took care of me right away and got things straightened out.

Had to wait a few extra minutes but the manager handled things great so I don't have any serious complaint whatsoever. I'd definitely eat there again when I'm in town camping, despite the mix up I wad still pleased with my experience. They get it perfect next time I'll change it to a 5 star lol“

“I love me some Arbys!!! Anytime I go there I absolutely love their food. Their service is usually spot on as well. One of my favorite things to do there is ring the bell before we leave if our service was good!! Here's a tip....sign up for their app and there is always offers and rewards that they give you. Usually some really good percentage off of your bill on the weekends if you use their app!! You should try their Arby's sauce as well. Great stuff!!

“I am going through a possible gluten/wheat allergy diagnosis and am avoiding all of that to help rule out my issues. I went in yesterday to get a sub and asked for it to be gluten-free. Not only did they cut the bread in a different area, they took the time to cut fresh ingredients to avoid cross-contamination. I was incredibly pleased with their care and concern for my health. “The only subway that doesnt skimp on the steak sandwiches. Most places take one or two of thr little paper cups prefilled with measured meat, these guys scoop on ice cream scoop after ice cream scoop of steak on your sandwich. Ill never go to another subway location except this one . The guy behind the counter is always friendly with jokes“

Beef broccoli was plentiful and delicious.
But the fried rice is so plain and dry.
Terriaki chicken is tender and good but again the fried rice dry and so plain.
Service was good“

“I came to this McDonald’s in March 2025 for breakfast and had a positive experience. While I expected it to be the typical McDonald’s - with familiar food, basic service, and a somewhat clean restaurant - this one is far better. The restaurant was clean, the service was outstanding, and the food came out fast and was good. When there was an issue with the order, the manager immediately came out, was very friendly, let us keep the original order, and quickly made a new one. The employees at the counter were also very friendly.“

“I had stopped through the drive thru tonight about 10 minutes before they closed and not only was the server super helpful, but they even went so far as to recommend new flavors of the lemonade and triple check my order to make sure everything was correct. I will most certainly be stopping again especially on the nights I work late.“
