“After taking my grandson for a hair cut, we opted to stop in at Subway, which located in the same shopping plaza. My grandson is only four, but he knows what he likes, and more importantly, he devours his Subway sandwich, without complaint. Service was quick, even though it was during the heavy lunch hour. Saw lots of construction workers who stopped in while we ate inside. The place is clean and welcoming and our sandwiches were very good.“

“I have to give this staff a big shout out for the service I received today. The experience didn't start out so great when the app and phone ordering system failed when it came time to pay for the order. I really wanted to buy lunch for my team and they specifically asked for Chipotle, so I drove to the Concord location to place my order. I was a bit anxious because It was a pretty large order and it was lunch time. I didn't want to hold up the line with my order of 8 bowls/burritos, so I explained to the first colleague that assisted me that their app wasn't accepting payments. I asked if I could possibly place an order with someone who wasn't on the line and I could just wait for it. She told me it would be easier to just place the order. I wish I had gotten her name. She handled this really well and very patiently. She and her coworkers read my phone as I shared the screen shots of the order we tried to place online. They knocked out that order in about 5 minutes. I was relieved because I was feeling really guilty about putting them in that spot and for the customers who were stuck behind me in line. Very thankful to this team for making this happen.“

“If you want an old fashioned, homemade oversized burger just the way you like it, then stop here. They grill it right when you order it so it takes a minute for you to get your order, but believe me when I say it is worth the wait. Juicy and prepared with the fixings of your choice, add a side of onion rings or fair fries and you can't go wrong. Milk shakes are delicious and all-in-all pricing is fair for what they're offering. Outside picnic tables or take it to a nearby park, or your home. No inside dining here, this is old school drive up dining at its very best!“

“Classic Long John Silvers flavor with a nostalgic design. It looked like the folks there were understaffed, so finding a clean table was difficult, but overall we were grateful to find this place on our route from the CLE airport to Erie, PA.“

“My boyfriend and I ordered online pick up and he went to get it in store but ended up getting super dizzy and passed out onto the floor. The staff was super concerned and made sure he was okay and gave him water and some ice while he came to. They even went out of their way to make sure he was telling the truth about me driving us home to make sure he got home alright. I didn’t get their names but I am really grateful for their act of kindness. This never happened to him before and he was super embarrassed but I’m glad there’s still good people out there to genuinely cares for their customers.“

“I love me some Arbys!!! Anytime I go there I absolutely love their food. Their service is usually spot on as well. One of my favorite things to do there is ring the bell before we leave if our service was good!! Here's a tip....sign up for their app and there is always offers and rewards that they give you. Usually some really good percentage off of your bill on the weekends if you use their app!! You should try their Arby's sauce as well. Great stuff!!

It was coming to closing time and I had called the store to ask if they could still make my burrito as I found a way to pull around the situation that was occurring and they did in fact make my burrito and completely comp my order for the inconvenience.10/10 the two people on 01/12/24 a blondish gentleman and a brunette female deserve recognition!“

“I had stopped through the drive thru tonight about 10 minutes before they closed and not only was the server super helpful, but they even went so far as to recommend new flavors of the lemonade and triple check my order to make sure everything was correct. I will most certainly be stopping again especially on the nights I work late.“

Terriaki chicken is tender and good but again the fried rice dry and so plain.

“I came to this McDonald’s in March 2025 for breakfast and had a positive experience. While I expected it to be the typical McDonald’s - with familiar food, basic service, and a somewhat clean restaurant - this one is far better. The restaurant was clean, the service was outstanding, and the food came out fast and was good. When there was an issue with the order, the manager immediately came out, was very friendly, let us keep the original order, and quickly made a new one. The employees at the counter were also very friendly.“

“This was my first experience at pulp ever. I had never gone to a pulp location because I had never seen the point of paying for a smoothie. Earlier today, I stopped by this location due to the heat and was overwhelmed by a huge menu. I was fortunate enough to have an employee assist me in choosing a smoothie that I would enjoy. I believe her name was Evelyn but I remember distinctly that she had blue hair. This employee gave me useful advice in addition to not rushing me through. My smoothie came out quickly and tasted delicious. Truly an unforgettable experience and I will be returning to this location in the future.“

“Sat in the drive thru for 25 mins. after trying to go inside, but doors were locked, even tho people were inside. Should have been my first clue to go somewhere, anywhere, else. Then after waiting all that time, I get my food and it's ice cold and the bun was stale. Disgusting. I will never go back. Can't do the Wendy's survey because, shocker, I didn't get a receipt so can't get restaurant number. Simply awful place.“

“It's a good place if your in a rush and need food. Definitely can use some improvement (burgers are as tall as half my thumb, GET YOUR GAME UP!) but otherwise the food tastes ok. Employees are entitled and spoiled, which has been mentioned in almost every review. TAKE A HINT. HIRE SOMEONE NEE!

“The food was prepared promptly and correctly. The staff was friendly and worked in a very expeditious manner. McDonald's experiences can vary dramatically depending upon location but this particular location was very clean and I found the service to be excellent and quick.“

“Everybody has off days especially in this business so they aren't always perfect (but usually better than any other fast food restaurant in Chardon.) Especially for breakfast food. This time was exceptional though I got there about 10:50am and placed order for 2 sausage egg (& added cheese biscuit's). The nice lady informed me that there would be a bit of a wait because the biscuits were not finished baking. She asked if I might want the above but on a Mcmuffin. I said I'll wait . Paid for it & pulled forward to wait with another customer who apparently also wanted biscuits. It took between 10 to 15 minutes & we both received our orders. I can't speak for him but mine were FANTABULOUS !!! Fresh, piping hot, light & fluffy, & moist with a crisp exterior. Scrambled egg patty was light & fluffy, sausage hot & moist but not greasy, with cheese melted to perfection. Just a great job all the way around ! I wish I took pictures. 😋😋🤤🤤😋😋 That said McDonald's always has decent to good biscuits (though not as good as my Southern Grandma's or mine) & always blow KFC's out of the water. But these were probably the best I have ever had at a fast food restaurant (including Popeye's) & to be honest any number of casual diner type places (Waffle House excluded but theirs are griddled to crisp them up & heck they are from Georgia after all so that gives them an unfair advantage). Overall 5 stars this time around“

“Recently, got into eating Big Macs after not eating them for years. Found they're pretty darned good. But, if you don't like a lot of the sauce oozing from the sandwich, best to ask they go light. Service in the evening can vary slow to faster. Seems they run a small staff then - who are always pleasant. Fries at McDs are good if hot, not if only warm.“
