“Subway in Copley has a wonderful, clean restaurant. A Great team they care about thier customer's. The Bread, Cookies, and veggies are done daily. The place is extremely clean. It is ran by a New General Manager it's been a little over a Year now and she is Amazing, makes you feel Welcomed. Her Staff respects her and they all work hard together to come above and beyond your dining experience. Give em a try.“

“This Subway has quietly become one of my go-to lunch spots downtown. It’s within walking distance of work, which is clutch, and even though it gets absolutely slammed during the lunch rush, the workers are consistently friendly and keep things moving.

The staff always seem to have a good attitude, which honestly makes a difference when a place is packed. Ordering through the app makes it super convenient, and with all the promotions and Sub of the Day deals, it’s actually one of the more affordable lunch options around.

In a world where fast food can be hit or miss, this location still delivers. 2026 Subway still hits if you find a banger like this one.“

“I ordered sandwiches from Sam’s Club a week before I needed them for a funeral. I expected approximately 50 people. The day before the event, I stopped into Sam’s Club to confirm my order. At first, they couldn’t find the order. Then, after finding it, informed me that they had a staff shortage and couldn’t fulfill my full order. And the only reason they could fill it partially was because they were making those sandwiches anyway to go out in the refrigerator section. No empathy, no concern. Jimmy John’s came to the rescue! With only 24 notice. And BETTER sandwiches!! Thank you, Jimmy John’s!!“

“The food is good and the service is mostly good. However… The soda machine has tasted terrible for almost two years, especially the Diet Coke. It taste like straight carbonated water. We’ve told the staff each time we go in and they just shrug their shoulders. Fix it, or get a new machine! Also, with everyone in the world complaining about fresh water shortages, you would think they’d repair the mens bathroom sink hot water spigot. Like the soda machine, its been broken for two years. It is a constant stream. I would’ve thought the owner would repair it to save on his water bill…heck it’s only a $10 valve! But, just like the soda machine, the staff just shrugs their shoulders as if its no big deal. After telling the staff about both issues many times over the past two years, I thought posting it in a public forum would help motivate the owner in his repairs.“

“It's all right.... Not anything else around to eat except pizza. Everything's fine - until there's a problem -- then an odd attitude comes out.Once, I got a "combo," but all she gave me was a drink & sandwich but no chips -- so an uncomfortable argument ensued (for no reason).Last time I was there, I found they now have an obtrusive cover for the products so you cannot visually see any of your options! “I had a great experience at Jersey Mike’s. The restaurant was clean, the service was quick, and the food was excellent. The staff was friendly, professional, and clearly skilled at what they do.

One thing that really stood out to me was watching the manager interact with one of the employees. The employee himself appeared to be a gentleman, and the manager handled the conversation with professionalism and respect. Rather than criticizing, he offered encouragement, helpful advice, and opportunities for growth. It’s refreshing to see leadership that genuinely invests in its team.

Overall, this was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Great food, great people, and a great atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back.“

“I wanted to recognize an employee at Subway who consistently goes above and beyond Ava! Every time I come in, they are friendly, patient, and genuinely seem to care about giving great service.

On my last visit, they took extra time to make sure my order was exactly right, even catching a small mistake before I noticed it. They stayed positive and upbeat the whole time, even though it was busy, and treated every customer with the same level of attention and respect.

It’s rare to see someone take that much pride in their work, and it really makes a difference. Experiences like this are why I keep coming back. I hope they get the recognition they deserve!

“This is one of the redecorated modern Subway restaurants. Very clean, very bright. Food was as expected for a Subway. Service was good.

Parking: Large shopping plaza, so plenty of parking. But it's a bit unclear where to enter the lot from Hawkins (not the restaurants fault).“

“This is the best Subway around, there is a young woman who works there, I believe her name is Marie. Marie always goes above and beyond and always has a smile on her face. She’s a REAL nice lady. The store is always clean and the sandwiches are fresh.“

It was like stepping back in time to the nineties, when Subway was still doing it right. There was no pre-packaged doled out deli meat; they built my sandwich like they did back in the day by grabbing the meat and cheese and putting it on the sandwich.

“ordered here a few times and never had an issue. sometimes pickup sometimes delivery through door dash. this last time my order got delivered to the wrong house on a different street. called door dash and got redirected 3 times with no help. called the store and it was refunded and then i ordered again and it was quickly made for pickup. I believe Eric was the one that helped. means alot for good service and I really appreciated it.“

“A nice location that was recently redone on the inside, making it really nice compared to other restaurants around the area. Great sandwich offerings, though I wish more vegetarian options were available such as the veggie patty that some other random Subway locations seem to have. Items are fresh and prices are decent. Service can sometimes be a bit slow, but it always has been professional.

Parking: Plenty of parking is available. Possibly 20 spots or so total.“

“I absolutely love this Subway, there are 2 locations closer to my house but I only go to this one. Easy to find, large parking area, and the employees are always pleasant to interact with. Because its small there are times theres only 1 employ working and a line, but I don't mind it. Its worth the wait and time (to me)“

“Pretty good Subway. Typical Subway food, but at least it seemed like there was decent meat and toppings on the footlong and they actually honor the app coupons. Still missing some meat towards the ends of the sandwich, but better than some Subways I've been to. Restroom was clean and functional, so that was another pleasant surprise. Soda machine also worked and had ice available. The soda also wasn't flat. Parking lot isn't terrible. There is one way, head in parking but also spaces for backing into. I'd definitely eat here again.“

“Me and my kid went here yesterday. There was a kid that worked there that was so great. We talked about him the whole way home. Extremely polite extremely helpful . I have no clue his name. I think his hair was either braided or twisted. Honestly I wish I had got his name. I hope the service industry doesn’t change him! It was refreshing to have this experience.“

“I look forward to coming into the store when I order a sandwich. Noah and Jackie are great. Very welcoming, fun spirited and kind people. Noah calls me by name when I come in which I think is a layer of service that is special. Seeing a group enjoy what they do and interacting with guests is awesome, something I wish we were better at in our own business! The addition of Cecelia is perfect. She fits right in and I love when she gives Noah a hard time! The culture they have created in the store is really cool! Kudos to your Fairlawn team! They are awesome and make lunchtime a little more special!“

“I was headed to this Subway and my sugar fell into the 40's. My wife went rushing in to get me a drink to raise my sugar reading. The sweet cashier at the counter gave her a cup to get a pop and told her to get that to your husband so he doesn't pass out. We ate here and the food was great! When I was leaving I purchased a sub to take to my autistic son. The sub was around $12 but I gave her $40. I hope the little change made her day like she did mine.
