“Idk what everyone else experienced here at this store. But this subway is by far the best subway I've been to in the United States. Everytime I pickup in that area I go out of my way to go there. My subs have been perfect everytime. The sandwich isn't falling apart, the staff is friendly, and I usually don't have to wait long. “This Jersey Mike's is located in a relatively hidden location in Woodmere on Chagrin. Nonetheless, don't skip this tasty sub shop! I was greeted with fast and professional service who made my regular sized Super Sub very well and made sure to add extra vegetables. I ate it at home and it filled me right up! The quality of the meats are also good and I appreciate that the meat is sliced once you order. I didn't like, however, that my half of whole wheat bread was at least an inch or two shorter than it was supposed to be. Also, the bread is nothing special and not as tasty as I hoped it would have been.“

I picked up the order and the five minute drive back had my mouth watering. Smelled so good! I love the side options, waffle fries, tots, fried pickles, fried mushrooms, etc., etc. I ordered the chicken pita. It came loaded with chicken and the softest Greek style pita. I'd like a little more sauce, but overall pretty delicious. I also really enjoyed the fried pickles. They were breaded pickle spears, warm and crispy with that snap when you bite into it. Also, not greasy at all. The ranch was so-so. I was pretty hungry and forgot to snap pics, except for the pita! I'd definitely like to return & try more of their items!“

“It's good to have a Dave's near CWRU. The subs are all amazing, but I'm a big fan of the Crazy Dave as I like the sub with a little bit of spicy zing! Service was quick and accurate as usual and the sub was super fresh. This location actually has a bar area, so you can get a "cold one" to go with your sub if you are off the clock. There's a young man and lady who I like to see when I walk in because I know when they're working the sandwiches are going to be nice, neatly made and taste great. I personally like that they pride themselves on making the sandwiches nice & neat. Actually, most of the people who I've seen working are like that, but these two stick out specifically for me. “Earlier this week I went in the store in person to come across some lil Ol lady asking me if I'm ready to order five times not even giving me a chance to browse the menu. The lady was a lil rude and had no mask on. So I left but the RomanBurger stayed on my mind. Never had one & was curious. The next day curiosity killed the cat and I just had to get my hands on one of these Romanburgers. So I ordered through Door Dash. I'm not from Cleveland so I wanted to see what the fuss was about with these Mr. Hero's sandwiches. 1st time I got a 10 inch RomanBurger with Potato Crisp and Nacho Cheese. Divine! I get it, it's a Cleveland thing and all the flavors just go perfect together. I am officially a RomanBurger fan! (Pic 1) I waited a day and then the day after that I was craving a RomanBurger again. I decided to go for a 7 inch RomanBurger BTE with Tater Tots and Cheese sauce. I requested the DoorDash app to add extra lettuce and tomato on my sandwich for there to be none when my order came. I ended up adding my own lettuce and tomatoes from home. & Since I got it from DoorDash I just reported it and they gave me a $4.50 credit for the mishap. (Pic 2) Now the next day I was craving Mr. Hero's again but decided to go for something light I ordered a 7 inch Chicken Cheesesteak with extra chicken, mushrooms, peppers and a mini cheese burger (cause I was still craving that damn burger) and some waffle fries with cheese sauce. This time when I got my order from DoorDash I think they upsized my sandwich to a 10 inch and my cheese sauce was missing. But all in all the food was divine!!! I reported it and DoorDash gave me a $1.50 credit for my cheese sauce! (Pic 3) All in all the food is decent. But don't expect this location to be precise with your order if your ordering from this location! I'm a fan of the brand. Not so much this location.“

“A good loaf of bread can make or break a sandwich. I’m sorry to say that the bread at Herb n’ Twine, while not *bad*, was not at all my style: it was dense and sweet and tasted very much like an overgrown biscuit. It’s a pity they don’t offer a classic, chewy Italian loaf, since otherwise the menu is diverse, all of the ingredients are fresh, and the sandwich flavor combinations are, by and large, well thought out (although the vegan sandwich was in desperate need of a protein to balance out the slab of sweet potato stuffed inside the equally sweet bread). The space is nothing to write home about, and there’s no place to sit and eat since the restaurant is take out only, but at least the staff were pleasant.“
