Young lady taking our order was kind and professional she smiled the hole time and she was cleaning when not taking orders, nice she was on it! And she said see you tomorrow you never hear that! A nice place to grab some grub and watch the TV while eating.. I recommend! I don't do that often“

“This Subway is run like a Subway should be. The service is always very prompt and friendly. The sandwiches are what you should expect from Subway. Perhaps most importantly the dining room is consistently open which is not always a given in late 2021.“

“This was one of the best Hot Italians I've ever had. The staff was 2 young men either late teens or early twenties. Absolute great service, that's not something you see often. The sub was filled with fresh cut meats and cheese and fresh veggies. It's enough for three meals. The potato salad seemed homemade. I didn't ask, but it was great. 10/10 great spot.“

“I used to live in Cleveland hts and started going to Grums when they first opened. I now sometimes drive all the way from Westlake just for a Grum’s sub. In my opinion the Grums Turkey Ridge sub on French bread is the best sub ever, anywhere!!!“

“A friend recommended Cocky's in University Heights a while ago, so on a Saturday afternoon I ordered a caffè latte and the Cocky Bagel Sandwich. And WOW! The latte was so refreshing. The Sandwich was HUGE and more importantly it was delicious. The service was friendly and prompt. The interior is beautiful and very welcoming. I highly recommend this place.“

“Simply the best ! Great food and great service! I love how they offer junior size Gyros for only $7.50 - for those of us who like a little less meat in the taste balance of our Gyros. Soup is always on-point, fresh and delicious! Fries are great- that hard-to-find battered style and a large portion for the price. Burgers are very reasonably priced at only $5.50 and come with toppings. Coleslaw is great too - superfine cut cabbage type. Highly recommend!“

“I'm new to the area and wanted pizza. But after reading all the bad reviews on most of the places here, I opted not to. I found Mr. Hero by accident. I'm glad I stopped. Their food is delicious. The man at the counter was very nice and polite. He was right when he said I would like it. Definitely will be back. ?“

For anyone wondering, they do have gluten-free bread. They use Udi's, and it does not come frozen (thankfully)!“

“I received bad customer service today around 6pm. There were several customers ahead of me ordering multiple sandwiches that were made by a young man. When it was finally my turn, a friend called me on the phone. It was ringing loudly, but I answered and got rid of the call in 10 seconds max. When I looked up a young lady appeared and was making multiple sandwiches for the two people at the end of the line who arrived quite a bit after I did and were behind me in line. There was no disputing this fact. The young man and woman tried to figure out why I was standing in line in front of those being served. He asked me if I wanted to order. Why did he think I was standing for 10 minutes waiting? No apologies from anyone. The young woman told me that she had said “next customer” and the guy behind me quickly spoke up. She said that I was on the phone, but that is no excuse as I ended the call rapidly. The food was fine, but the service was terrible and I felt ignored. The woman seemed to be picking and choosing who to serve first.“

“I’m lactose intolerant and usually get my subs without cheese. Every time when I ordered
online from a location in Mayfield or South Euclid they’d still add it on when I clearly told them not to.
Here they actually got it right and paid attention to detail, I really wish I could give them a big tip. It was worth the drive.“

“It is 6:14 p.m. to the evening cook when someone pays for a gyro they are looking forward to the sauce. I paid for extra sauce. It looks like you rubbed the sauce on the bread like. Instead of pouring the sauce on top of the sandwich. Minus the sauce everything else was excellent. Don't be scared to squeeze that cucumber bottle.“

“I placed an online order today and Subway didn't have the meatballs to complete my order. Instead of being lazy and cancelling my order, a young man called and advised me of the issue and gave me an option. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. When I got there, food was ready and packed. I've always liked this location. Everybody in there was on their job. Message to management: All workers that were in this Subway location at like 7:30 today (6/10/24) when I picked up my order deserve some type of accolade. The young gentleman was so nice and helpful in making my sandwich like l wanted it, so the price was was ok for such a good tasty sub, the sub was made exactly how l like it. The atmosphere was fine and the wait time was awesome was waited on immediately. Accessibility was fine. “I had the pleasure of being served by Ray. I ordered some Cajun fries and asked for it to be extra crispy. The love and dedication I received in the first order moved me so much, I proceeded to order another round. I knew that she couldn't uphold the first standard she set so high and man was I put to shame. The crispiness of each fry and perfect amount of Cajun spice had me in a trance and loss for words. She was very professional and showed awesome customer service.
