I was so embarrassed………the worker notice and said you’re good. We will take care of it!!! Not only are they the best subway around, they take care of their customers. Not sure of locations around country, but in Ohio its a great place to stop in for dinner. 3 fingers, lots of fries all fresh for 9 dollars. Can't beat that! Customer service was excellent. “Had a great experience here!! Jeff, the manager, is very knowledgeable about food allergies and takes it seriously. Our granddaughter has a severe wheat allergy and rarely gets to eat at restaurants. We ordered her a cheeseburger wrapped in lettuce. Jeff made sure gloves were changed on the line and that no contamination occurred. I can’t express how grateful we are that he took the time to care about her food allergies and made a 7 year old little girl very happy. So thank you!!“

“I took my kids to this location yesterday as a treat since school is about to start. We went inside but found out the dining room was closed. It was pretty obvious why, it was super hot. I’m thinking the AC is out. We weren’t ignored in the lobby, but I could tell the drive-thru was the focus at that time so we were standing there waiting for a bit - totally okay. I ended up deciding to just take my kids through the drive-thru. I have 3 kids and we all got food and ice cream 😬 When I tell you the person on the speaker was sooo nice. Usually when I order food from places, they ask “Is that it” continuously. It gives me anxiety. Like dang I know I’m getting a lot of food, I have a lot of kids. I’m sorry 😭😂 Anyway, again the person on the speaker did not make me feel rushed at all. Then at the window, the employee was so polite and even apologized for the wait on the food which wasn’t necessary because it really wasn’t that long, but I appreciated it. “Very impressed with guy working on the line (glasses, tatts up both arms, didn't catch his name) who made my order in what had to be record time. I placed an order online (not the app as I explained to the person drive thru) and went to the counter when the site said it was ready. It was not, they didn't even have it, due to intermittent Internet in drive thru they had just found out about it when I asked.
After explaining that my order was placed online not the app, that I was calm after being told to calm down and verifying that my order was the one with my name on it with the drive thru person, the super fast dude from the line asked what I had. I started to tell him, he found it on his lil screen and it was maybe 5 minutes later than he handed my bag. The drive thru person apologized and advised about their Internet, I said I got spectrum I get it LOL. Dude handed me my bag and apologized, andi ate the cinna twists that I didn't order yet found their way into my bag otw way home ?“
