Service is usually fast due to their innovative way of handling the " Drive Thru" crowd. Food is hot when you receive it. Ambiance is typical fast food restaurant style. It is cleaner than most other restaurants of it's type. Like some chicken, then give this place a try. Remember they are closed on Sundays.“
“Tried the bean and rice burrito option. It looked great, after all how your meal looks plays a part in the dining experience. This option would have been outstanding if they added more of the bean and rice filling in the burrito. What filling I did have tasted good, but was overpowered by the burrito tortilla, making it unbalanced.I will try this again at another location to see if the burrito has more filling.“
“They're frequently out of sauces and don't say anything until they already have your card in their hand. On my last visit the manager said they were out of quarters and dimes and tried to give me my change all in nickels and pennies. 89 cents worth. “When this was Rancher's it was my favorite roast beef place. Since Rax took over the quality and menu a similar but a little bit has changed and it's not quite as good. Fries often come out soggy. It would be nice if they'd open the inside back up. This place is hands down way better than any Arby's. I recommend trying it if you like roast beef.“

“I went to the 5 guys burgers and fries restaurant on Monday,November 6th about 7 pm. A young man named Jeff took my order, I do not eat bread products so I ask him could he put my cheeseburger on lettuce,and he said absolutely. So I proceeded to order my cheeseburger with all of the condiments on it. This young man took the order and he never once questioned me or gave me a dirty look nor said anything condescending to me about it. I was very pleasantly shocked. He was so friendly and sweet and completely understanding and no kidding made me the best cheeseburger I have had in years. And did all of this with a wonderful attitude and smile. I am telling you this is very hard to find for me while eating out due to my very restricted diet. Your company has a wonderful associate in Jeff and should be recognized as such, in my opinion. “While we were out doing our shopping we decided to stop in to Wendy's to get a couple of chilies to take home for dinner to heat up later. There was a little bit of a line in the drive thru but it seemed to move pretty fast. The ordering was easy. The lady at the window was friendly and polite and we got our food in no time. We got plenty of crackers in the sack which was nice as we use quite a few. Also plenty of napkins and spicy hot sauce. Heated up the soup was fast and easy. Didn't try the spicy hot sauce this time.
