Because mistakes happen, and it’s what businesses do after a mistake that matters. This establishment apologized, had already started remaking the order before they finished figuring out what happened (to reduce the time to replace my order), then gave me an extra pizza and breadsticks as an apology.

Best we pieced together is someone accidentally loaded half of our order in the wrong pizza portal and someone else got it (that person gets 1 star for lack of honesty). This place took care of business getting me the corrected order, plus a little for the 10 minute wait. Awesome Customer service.“

“This was our second destination due to the first being extremely slow. My expectations and memories of eating here haven't been the best. Yet, we tried it tonight.

There was no customers in line and the staff greeted me the second I walked in. They were patient with me, looking through their menu. Placed our order for three medium thin crust pizzas (the works, cheese, and a pepperoni) and some breadsticks.

The pizza and crust was absolutely delicious. The breadsticks went so fast I didn't even get one.

Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised by the fresh experience I had to night!“

“Carl the night manager from the Fairborn Pizza Hut did a wonderful thing tonight. It was almost closing time and his delivery driver had to leave because of car trouble and I'm not supposed to drive so I couldn't go get my order. So he took it upon himself and delivered our order himself. He was very nice and polite and should be rewarded.“
