“The food is good and the service is mostly good. However… The soda machine has tasted terrible for almost two years, especially the Diet Coke. It taste like straight carbonated water. We’ve told the staff each time we go in and they just shrug their shoulders. Fix it, or get a new machine! Also, with everyone in the world complaining about fresh water shortages, you would think they’d repair the mens bathroom sink hot water spigot. Like the soda machine, its been broken for two years. It is a constant stream. I would’ve thought the owner would repair it to save on his water bill…heck it’s only a $10 valve! But, just like the soda machine, the staff just shrugs their shoulders as if its no big deal. After telling the staff about both issues many times over the past two years, I thought posting it in a public forum would help motivate the owner in his repairs.“

“Excellent fresh lunchtime fare. Note that many of the other reviews are 3 and 4 years old. The new owners have made many changes and updated the store.Just last week they participated in the kids Shop with a Cop program and provided 130 lunches. Well done! ?“

“I was in The Sub Station today during a very difficult interaction with a customer. The staff handled themselves with as much patience and composure as possible under extreme provocation. After the situation resolved, I was treated kindly, and the team made sure I had a great experience. I got a meatball sub, and now I am stuffed to the rafters! Always choose kindness. “The guys at this location are fantastic!! I had called in an order and apparently called the wrong store. It was almost closing time and I asked if they could make my order because I wouldn’t make it to the other location before they closed.
They had cleaned the grill and slicer and the sweet kid behind the counter said sure.
I felt bad.
But they all were super sweet and accommodated me for my 2 sandwiches.
The manager should give those guys a raise!!

“We came to town to see a friend and grabbed lunch. Was delicious! Guy came from behind the counter to the table next to us and asked them if they needed anything. The customer joked, “Another one to go for free!” and we laughed. Next thing you know, guy really came back with another fresh sandwich. The customer was with his girl and it was such a cool moment! Seriously the most friendly place I’ve been to in awhile. HIGHLY recommend, food is amazing.“

“I ordered sandwiches from Sam’s Club a week before I needed them for a funeral. I expected approximately 50 people. The day before the event, I stopped into Sam’s Club to confirm my order. At first, they couldn’t find the order. Then, after finding it, informed me that they had a staff shortage and couldn’t fulfill my full order. And the only reason they could fill it partially was because they were making those sandwiches anyway to go out in the refrigerator section. No empathy, no concern. Jimmy John’s came to the rescue! “I see some bad reviews but all the staff were nice and my sub was great. I had the Big Kahuna Chicken which is like a Philly but with added mushrooms, hot peppers, and I asked for the spicy sauce (that isn't salsa).
The sizes are different from the competition. I was going to get the large but I opted for the Giant on wheat. That bumped it to $17 for a specialty sub.
I have no complaints. It was very good. I could have stopped eating at half and took half home.

“This is the best Subway around, there is a young woman who works there, I believe her name is Marie. Marie always goes above and beyond and always has a smile on her face. She’s a REAL nice lady. The store is always clean and the sandwiches are fresh.“

“Typical Subway experience here, the employees are usually fast and friendly at this location. This location is much better than the other two in town. Online ordering is not very good though, they always need things up. I recommend going in and ordering.“

“If you're looking for an adventure in culinary mediocrity, Charley's at the food court is your ticket to 'meh'. Picture this: you wander over, drawn in by the promise of sizzling onions and the distant dream of cheesesteak perfection. But what you get is a sandwich that's about as memorable as that B-list movie you watch on a rainy Saturday afternoon. I received excellent service and the food was prepared promptly, it just wasn’t very good.

The sampleman standing in front of the restaurant was probably aware of the food’s lack of taste because he was making no effort to hand samples to potential customers or mall walkers. I’m used to samplemen and samplewomen aggressively trying to hand me a sample by sticking it in front of my face. While this is annoying it also shows a commitment to hard work.

While this restaurant has the convenience of being sandwich place in the food court, it doesnt have a whole lot else going for it.“

“This is one of the redecorated modern Subway restaurants. Very clean, very bright. Food was as expected for a Subway. Service was good.

Parking: Large shopping plaza, so plenty of parking. But it's a bit unclear where to enter the lot from Hawkins (not the restaurants fault).“
