“Food was great, only reason I dropped a star was the $.50 they wanted for my ranch to go with the poppers. Should/ used to get one for free. I guess I understand getting charged more for extra. 2 people already cost $29 without drinks. ( 2 regular sandwiches, 1 fry, 1 popper.😑“

Maria was very kind and warm, has the patience of a saint, and is very knowledgeable about the menu.
The store appears clean and well kept (in the front and back).
All the employees appeared to stay busy the entire time I was in the store.

I got wings, fries (with bacon and cheese) and a regular lemonade. The Scorpion Sting flavor on the wings has a wonderful kick of spice! The fries are my favorite in the entire city! Everything was made fresh to order.

“Been in this neighborhood for the last 13 years and not sure how long this Subway has been here, but it's my favorite one around. The same 2 guys have been there for years and they are fast, friendly, the store always is nice and clean. Only down side is how small it is. There is not really anywhere to set besides like 1 table... although in this area now, I don't blame them for not having a bunch of tables. All in all, if you are looking for a decent sandwich, I would recommend them.“

“Had a great lunch at La Bodega! I ordered their Pizza Sub 59—super tasty—and my friend and his mother had Sub 45, which was very filling. The staff were friendly and welcoming. My friend had been wanting to visit for the past 3 years but couldn't due to timing issues, so it was special to finally go together. They also served chips with the sub, which was a nice touch. Overall, a lovely dining experience!“

The restaurant already had a healthy number of customers but the staff hustled tables, chairs, setups, etc. and in no time, we were soon seated and making our food choices. “The food here is so good and so reasonable! My son had the lamb Gyro and he could not stop raving about it! The rest of our party had breakfast sandwiches and they made them fresh right in front of you and I specifically said I only wanted bacon if it could be crispy, very few restaurants understand what crispy bacon is supposed to be But they nailed it! He told me he would make sure it was crispy and it was the best. He cracked the egg in a pan right in front of us went into a little oven and it absolutely perfect. “Best of the best! Live in Youngstown but everytime we travel for work, it is a guaranteed stop for our team. The staff is great and the food is beyond consistent if that makes any sense. The bread is unique but familiar. Have a hard time not getting the turkey so I’ll usually snag a sandwich for when I get home. And then I saw that Dave's Cosmic Subs has vegan options. Well now I'm enjoying them again thanks to this place. “The person serving us here was absolutely amazing. Full of life, spoke clearly, made me feel welcome and just nice to talk to (from the few exchanges we had from when I was ordering). I’m not sure exactly why I enjoyed talking to him so much, he just seemed like a great guy. “This Penn Station is a go to for my family when we want a quick, affordable meal. The staff are always very friendly to us and I feel as if they genuinely care about our dining experience (which is rare these days). One time they forgot to pack my daughter's sandwich and before I had even realized what happened, they called me and gave us a free sandwich. I cannot think of a place in recent memory that went out of their way to own up to a mistake like that.
So if you're looking for good food that doesn't feel like you're getting ripped off, and quality customer service, I recommend this Penn Station.“

“I received bad customer service today around 6pm. There were several customers ahead of me ordering multiple sandwiches that were made by a young man. When it was finally my turn, a friend called me on the phone. It was ringing loudly, but I answered and got rid of the call in 10 seconds max. When I looked up a young lady appeared and was making multiple sandwiches for the two people at the end of the line who arrived quite a bit after I did and were behind me in line. There was no disputing this fact. The young man and woman tried to figure out why I was standing in line in front of those being served. He asked me if I wanted to order. Why did he think I was standing for 10 minutes waiting? No apologies from anyone. The young woman told me that she had said “next customer” and the guy behind me quickly spoke up. She said that I was on the phone, but that is no excuse as I ended the call rapidly. The food was fine, but the service was terrible and I felt ignored. The woman seemed to be picking and choosing who to serve first.“
