“What an ABSOLUTE GEM!!! The restaurant gives off a charming yet cozy feel, with moody dim lighting and a big crackling fireplace in the center of the dining room that makes you feel at home🤎 we also had the most incredible and accommodating server, shoutout to Jay who hand wrote his favorite Columbus foodie recommendations out for us since we’re new to the area!!! NOW ONTO DINNER: the iron skillet cheddar biscuits are an absolute must!! Served warm and brushed with salted better, they’re just delicious👌🏽followed by the grilled artichokes served with an excellent creamy remoulade!! We also ordered the Hollywood Salad and the Barbequte pork ribs- the meat was fall of the bone tender and the coleslaw + fries complemented the dish perfectly!! Simon recommended nothin but best drinks and food. He didn’t miss. First was N’Awlins Oysters were phenomenal and the Hanger Steak was out of this world! “Decent menu. Pretty big actually, which can be a turn off. We ordered smalls and 4 pizzas. Small plates were alright. Nothing ground breaking, but honestly nothing bad. Pizzas were definitely decent. The carne, and verde were definitely the move. Pepperoni is decent and prosciutto has opportunity to be great with some sort of acid and maldon. Service was good, when it was there which was abysmal for the most part. Atheistic is great though. We'll stop by. Again.“

“I've been to this location to enjoy dinner on multiple occasions. 85% of the time, the entire experience is fantastic, but my most recent experience left me wanting. Unfortunately, there were a number of issues tied to getting our bill correct, and then, adding insult to injury, I ended up going home with a considerable stomachache. Fortunately, it didn't end up being any worse than that, but let's just say I had some concerns on that drive. 😬 but besides that, the food was very tasty, came out quickly, and I believe was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone who comprised the party - being made up of eight people. That is another point: this location can accommodate larger groups as well as smaller groups. Also, I strongly recommend the chocolate chip cookie 🍪 , which I know couldn't have been the culprit of my stomachache, because I saved it to enjoy at a later time. In fact, the chocolate chip cookie is one of the primary reasons why I'm excited to go to Northstar whenever it comes up as a dining option! The homemade ginger ale and kombucha are favorites of mine, as well as the North Star Burger - and that is coming coming from somebody who is a meat-eater most of the time! Enjoy!“

Their posted hours show open till 2:30 pm, we arrived at 1:50 (plenty of time for some pancakes and coffee.) The weight staff was in full on cleanup mode and made it Very obvious they were done working for the day with the way we were greeted. I ordered decaf coffee and was told there was none left so decided to have regular and then didn't even get a full cup of that. At $4.99 a pop I need a full cup. I looked at my friend and said "they don't want to wait on us they are annoyed that they are already cleaning up and we came in" she agreed so when the server came back I politely said "we will just elsewhere we can tell you're cleaning up for the day" There was no "oh you are fine, you still have 40 minutes" or anything like that there just " are you sure?" We left and headed down the street to Delaney's Diner who would also be closing in about an hour at 3 PM but a TOTALLY different vibe. Greeted with a smile from the person at the hostess stand and 2 of the chefs even looked over and smiled and said welcome come on in! We looked at each other and said much better, we are definitely in the right place now. I've heard nothing but good things about the pancakes at the Pancake House I only wish I would have got to experience them But being treated well is more important to me than food. I understand wanting to be done work for the day believe me but it wasn't like we walked in with 3 minutes till closing. Oh well 🤷‍♀️“

“​We made a road trip pit stop at this Culver's in Columbus and were very impressed with the service. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. We ordered the double deluxe burger and the North Atlantic Cod Sandwich. The burger was excellent—juicy and perfectly cooked. The fish sandwich was also very tasty, though I found the bun a little on the thick side. Overall, both dishes were delicious and satisfying. Given the great experience, we'd absolutely stop here again on our travels and try out some of the other menu items. Highly recommend.“

“Drove by while out and about looked cool so checked the menu online and decided to stop in. Great decision the staff was friendly and the food was excellent! Decided to try their Sunday 10oz new york strip for 16.99 and it was one of the best cooked steaks I've had in a long time. I had their fries which they make in house so good! All in all 5 stars 🌟“

“Great food, lots of fine dinners to choose from. Their bison steak is the best I've had anywhere! I had some garlic mashed potatoes and steamed carrots with that and some lemonade. I've dined in this place before, ate bison burgers but this time I opted for their bison filet steak, and it was delicious. The whole meal was. Facilities are clean, now with soap dispensers placed around for your convenience. I hadn't been to this area since Covid hit and that has changed everything but I'm happy this restaurant is still in business. I came to eat there because I wanted to eat a fine meal before seeing the German band Kraftwerk that evening. The waitress was very quick in serving the food and very friendly. Sure, the dinners may be more expensive and there's not many restaurants in the Nationwide Arena area now, but why not go for something unique and special to add to your fun day? I have eaten here before and after attending events such as hockey games, Phil Collins, Bruce Springsteen, RUSH, (Jeff Lynne's) ELO, Adam Ant, Noel Gallagher and more throughout the Arena District. I'm glad this place is still around after all that's occurred during the past few years, and I highly recommend it to anyone who attends any event in the Arena District. It's as good as it ever was, maybe better. Food, service, atmosphere, cleanliness - ***** out of five. I will certainly eat at this place again, just as I have at previous times. Kudos! 😋🙂😇“

“I just had dinner at Easton location, today is 12th of December 2025. Lauren took care of me at the bar. I want to compliment how professional and pleasant she is! It truly adds to the experience, I enjoyed my meal a little bit more than usual just because of her warm and friendly energy! Love Lauren! ❤️ And the management's been friendly and very helpful (the gentleman wearing a buttoned down shirt, I'm guessing it's the manager. My burger was a little bit undercooked, but they fixed it for me no problem!🙂)

“Beechwold is one of my favorite Northstar Cafe locations in Columbus. Dinning room is aesthetically pleasing and so cozy. Service is always too notch and the food is second to none.
