“Stopped here to pick up a quick dinner for our family right before closing. The two young men that were working were so sweet and helpful, and most importantly showed such good customer service, despite it being close to closing time when I stopped in. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, but these two guys were top-notch. The sandwiches did not disappoint either. Will definitely be back!“

“Simply the best ! Great food and great service! I love how they offer junior size Gyros for only $7.50 - for those of us who like a little less meat in the taste balance of our Gyros. Soup is always on-point, fresh and delicious! Fries are great- that hard-to-find battered style and a large portion for the price. Burgers are very reasonably priced at only $5.50 and come with toppings. Coleslaw is great too - superfine cut cabbage type. Highly recommend!“

“The wife and I hadn't been in for a while. We use to live on King Memorial. Let's go in for a late lunch, for old time sake. Shane, greeted us same order as usual 2 Italian BMT's, 2 Fritos 1 medium Dr. Pepper 2 Macadamia cookies. One to eat there, and 1 for the road. I watched Shane put it all together in less than five minutes. Best I have ever seen, I had to ask he said 13 years, great job Shane.“

“The only subway that doesnt skimp on the steak sandwiches. Most places take one or two of thr little paper cups prefilled with measured meat, these guys scoop on ice cream scoop after ice cream scoop of steak on your sandwich. Ill never go to another subway location except this one . The guy behind the counter is always friendly with jokes“

online from a location in Mayfield or South Euclid they’d still add it on when I clearly told them not to.

“I ordered from Mr. Hero for the 1st time tonight. I when I got home I realized I didn’t have a second fry with my other meal. I gave them a call and they were very kind about giving me an extra fry. “I order from this establishment regularly - my food is always fresh & the Manager Mateo is a great representation of the business. My only negative observation would be the short older lady with the glasses ( name unknown) always giving me a nasty look when I come in the restaurant I'm certainly going to ask her what her problem is? If this continues otherwise very nice place to get steak subs etc...“
