“The customer service is amazing, the two young men are very friendly and kind. I ordered the cold Italian 16” with everything on it ,all fresh ingredients and this was the BEST sandwich ever. If you’re in the neighborhood please patronize this sub shop , you would not regret it. It was plentiful and delicious and feed 4 people.“

online from a location in Mayfield or South Euclid they’d still add it on when I clearly told them not to.

However, this location recently changed to new management and has been excellent for the last 2-3 months. I'd recommend giving it another chance because it is MUCH better than it used to be!“

“After such a terrible visit to Dunkin I decided to walk next door to Jimmy John’s - it’s like 2 different worlds !! I was greeted imminently upon entry by the young kid on the register - and before I even handed him my cash my sub was already done !! ( when I ate it later it was one of the best I’ve ever had - the chicken bacon ranch ) I asked to speak with the manager and explained my frustration with the next door restaurant and how I wanted a coffee - he proceeded to tell me that they are sister companies and he was embarrassed to be next to them - the way they have this Jimmy John’s looking you should put him in charge of the whole building ! “I eat at different Subway locations frequently; but this was my first visit to this one. There are all pretty consistent that I notice. The staff was really friendly at the particular location. Overall was a real pleasant experience, except for the fact that it wasn't the cleanest location I've been to. I guess because of a busy day, I can allow for that. I would visit again in the future.“

Love their food, and the service itself is not bad, just will always have to wait like 30 min because their food really is good...just make sure you order ahead so you aren't sitting and waiting for your food for a half hour. Only reason it didn't get 5*. I think the food is worth the wait myself, but I wish they would streamline the process so the food could be at least slightly faster than ordering food from a legit sit down restaurant.“
