“One of the more consistent “fast food,” places in the area. The 2 ladies that work behind the counter are pleasant when we’ve gone in, and our sandwiches are always top tier. My fiancée and I go here regularly and have yet to have a bad experience.“

“I absolutely love Jimmy John’s. I was extremely happy to have them move to Milford. I just don’t understand their delivery route. I’m right off of St.Rt. 131 by the high school and they don’t deliver, less than 2 miles. Very disappointing.“

“The person behind the counter was very friendly and a good conversationalist. All the food was clean and fresh. The bread was fresh and soft. I got 2 half sandwiches for me and my mother and we both thoroughly enjoyed our sandwiches.

Vegetarian options: They have onions, pickes, different cheeses, cucumber slices, lettuce, tomatoes., peperoncini, jalapenos, bread, different sauces.

Parking: Part of a strip mall, so lots of parking. Have never seen the lot full.

Wheelchair accessibility: You may have to go to the part of the curb that lets wheelchairs come up to the level of the entrance. There is plenty of room inside the restaurant to maneuver a wheelchair.“

“First off, we were here for dinner time around 5p, and we were the only people in the restaurant. That concerned us to say the least. But we were traveling, hungry and wanted something to eat now. So we went ahead and ordered. I am a firefighter in my home town. I get subs at Jersey Mike's a lot and they are pretty much my standard as to what a good sub should taste like. DiBellas is much better, actually much much much better. I got a club as I always do. You instantly can tell in the first bite that every ingredient on the sandwich was high quality. The meat, bread, the veggies were fresh and crisp, it was just awesome. Like, I Guess I didn't know my favorite sandwiches were lacking this much until I ate here. I realized I didn't get their oil dressing add on, so I went and asked for a little to add to my sandwich. Game changer!!! When we were done, we were so impressed with the sandwiches that we tried their cookies. Blown away there too. How in the hell was this place empty at 5-530p?! I don't get it, you locals better wake up. Hopefully they are slammed at lunch time. This isn't a place I'd want to lose.“

“Great place for authentic options for Philly Cheesesteak, although you do have to customize it for it to be authentic, but at least you can. Many other options for other sandwiches, hot and cold, wraps and salads. Wait times are typical and order to eat time is also typical for a properly cooked hot sandwich. Although they no longer have an app, you can still order online and pickup if you need to.“

“I ordered the Angus beef hamburger & it was one of the best I’ve had in Cincinnati & definitely the best that I have had at that price point. I liked the way they had the pickles & Dijon mustard on the side, I used both & the pickles seemed homemade. My side was coleslaw & that was delish as well. I ordered online for pickup & even though they had a lot of cars in the drive through, my order was made quickly. I definitely recommend!!“

“It's basically a Subway or Jersey Mike's. The staff were very friendly and they do have very fast delivery if you are in their delivery area. They are a little pricey but not much different than Subway or Jersey Mike's. I recommend it“

I came in today (2/20/24) around 12:30 and all the staff were incredibly friendly. The man who made my sandwich had some large tattoos on his forearms and I swear I never saw a more beautiful sandwich being made just for me. Another one had long curly hair tied up and was super kind, he hyped up my choice in toppings. The guy who sliced my meats and cheeses was very polite and the lady at the front was very sweet. I ended up eating my sandwich on fallen tree in the woods by the river, and I could taste the good vibes. I don’t do reviews often but todays crew was exceptional and I’m glad I stopped in.“

Main issue is the overpriced $18 cost for just a large sandwich & fries with no drink; & they rarely have any coupons or discounts. And bring back the tuna salad sub because the vegetarian options are scarce.

“There’s no Penn Station where I live so I try to go to PS every time I’m in Cincinnati. I felt badly walking in 30 min before they closed but the gentlemen were happy to take my order and they made a fantastic sandwich.I get the vegetarian and it was perfectly lined to the edges with veggies and melted cheese. I used to work at a PS a long time ago and when the regional manager would inspect our sandwiches he would make sure we made the sandwich perfect. The gentlemen who made my sandwich tonight made a perfect sub.The fries were fresh and the portion was generous (I think I benefited from being the last customer) but the whole experience was great. The restaurant was clean and the guys were great! Thank you for making me a perfect sub. I couldn’t have made it better myself.“

“This is seriously the absolute best Subway restaurant I've ever been to! Seriously..I used to co manage a Subway many years ago, so I hold a high standard when I go to a Subway. It was squeaky clean.. All the food bins were clean and stocked with fresh veggies ( it's awful when you go to a Subway and get limp, soggy veggies ) The floors were spotless, tables too.I can't express how clean it was.. Even the restroom. Then.. the service was excellent! They were so friendly and professional and dawned cute Subway headbands. We sat at the window bar where, if needed, they supply USB abd electric plugs! How awesome! The environment is cozy and there was music playing. The food was absolutely scrumptious!! All the toppings were evenly distributed (we got a turkey sub) and the sauce was perfect. They still offer the cheese bread also.. Yay! Hands down. This will be my go to Subway from now on! A++++“

Then, one of the kitchen workers called out if I just wanted a couple of potatoes, he coul get them out of storage and make them for my order.
