“I was having an intense fight ageinst goku in the parking lot. Goku was going over 9000 and he was about to finish me but then someone by the name of Abby worked at the local JJ. She told us both to calm down and to go and have sandwiches. Me and Goku both went in and had sandwiches and the beef between me and Goku was settled. “The person behind the counter was very friendly and a good conversationalist. All the food was clean and fresh. The bread was fresh and soft. I got 2 half sandwiches for me and my mother and we both thoroughly enjoyed our sandwiches.

Vegetarian options: They have onions, pickes, different cheeses, cucumber slices, lettuce, tomatoes., peperoncini, jalapenos, bread, different sauces.

Parking: Part of a strip mall, so lots of parking. Have never seen the lot full.

Wheelchair accessibility: You may have to go to the part of the curb that lets wheelchairs come up to the level of the entrance. There is plenty of room inside the restaurant to maneuver a wheelchair.“

“I ordered the Angus beef hamburger & it was one of the best I’ve had in Cincinnati & definitely the best that I have had at that price point. I liked the way they had the pickles & Dijon mustard on the side, I used both & the pickles seemed homemade. My side was coleslaw & that was delish as well. I ordered online for pickup & even though they had a lot of cars in the drive through, my order was made quickly. I definitely recommend!!“

“Amazing service It's Family Owned and the owners are great people. Always feel very welcomed. Kenny Anna and Isha are great people they take the time to make your food. They don't rush you the listen and repeat back to you with a smile on the face. I prefer this location Subway over the one that is 5 mins away from my house because of the service we get when we go in there. Even tho I know my order is large they still make it happen. They have one of the cleanest store around always clean. I know I'll return every time to this location.

“This is my favorite Penn Station! The food is great, the cookie are always fresh and everyone who works here is so welcoming and friendly. Many of the people who are working here have been at this location for a while and know what they're doing.“

The line was short at 1:00 on a recent Sunday afternoon, and we had our food within about five minutes of entering the restaurant. The service was fast and friendly. All three subs we ordered were made exactly as requested. The rolls and veggies were fresh and tasty. Also, the chicken salad sub was filled generously, which is not always the case, on visits to some locations. Overall, a solid choice.“

“This was my first time at this Penn Station location, and as always, I’ve loved their subs—this location didn’t disappoint! I got the monthly special, the Reuben, along with fries and a drink. I chose the lemonade, though I think the special is supposed to be for fountain drinks only, but I appreciated the free upgrade! :-)

The service was great; the employees were friendly, had happy expressions, and were willing to help when needed. I visited on a Thursday early afternoon and was impressed with the service I received. The location is very convenient, close to dealerships, so I stopped by after my car maintenance.

“You will need to look past the old facility and outdated building, (when's the last time you saw a hand-crank paper towel dispenser?!)....BUT the food here is great! “Love the food. You have to have the fries, some of the best I've ever had. Just wish they would keep their tables a little cleaner. I know we bust out own tables but they could at least they could keep the tables wiped down thru out the day. I hate eating my food at a dirty table and feel like I'm being rude if I ask them to wipe the table off. As much as they charge for the food they should be able to afford to pay someone to wipe down the tables after someone is done eating. “I recently used Mcalisters Beechmont for a catering order - 6 seasonal cookie trays to celebrate vet tech week at a few different vet offices around town. I wish I had know about them sooner!!!! They did such an amazing job without much notice - the cookies were delicious and the presentation was top notch! Exceptional value- I will 100% be coming back around Christmas to use them for my catering needs! Thank your team for doing such a great job! The one thing that was a little weird was that I was able to set my catering pick up time to 10-10:30 but their store doesn’t actually open until 10:30 so I had to wait outside to pick them up. I now know for next time but I think it would be helpful to notate that! Everything else was perfect!“

“Went to Penn Station for lunch. My brother needed a ride to CEI for an exam. While I waited on him, I went to Penn Station.

I had a 9” Turkey-Bacon sub, French Fries, and lemonade. The sub was heavenly, right off the grill fresh. The French fries were perfect, not too much salt and some had a little skin still on them. The lemonade was also good. It tasted fresh squeezed, without a heavy, sugary aftertaste. I was the only one there so there was no delay between food preparation and eating. Since the Turkey-Bacon sub was on special, the price was right too. I throughly enjoyed lunch.“

“First penn station I’ve went to that was different then my usual. The place was super clean. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. My food was made right. It was made fresh. And both the man and women with the wrist brace on made sure my sub wasn’t sloppy. I didn’t have sauce dripping all over or meat falling out. The drink dispensers were clean and free of old sticky pop. Both were quick friendly and it was an overall great experience.“

“McAlister's is one of my favorite restaurants! The menu offers such a wide variety of awesome salads, sandwiches, soups and vegetables. It is all so tasty. moderately priced, and "out of this world" delicious. In addition to eating to your content is the seating arrangements. “I want to give a HUGE shoutout to the manager Zach at McAlister's Deli in Kenwood! My daughter wasn’t feeling good today & stayed home from school. She really wanted her favorite cheddar broccoli soup to make her feel better. I ordered it on the app & went out to my car to go get it. Car won’t start. So I called McAlister’s to let them know since I already paid for it, if they’d just hold it for me until my wife got off work, I’d come get it & just have it as leftovers. Zach answered the phone & said, “I gotta go to the bank anyway, so how about I just drop it off at your house.” Talk about above & beyond customer service! He even gave me a VIP card for a free meal when he dropped my food off. Everyone there is always so nice. I just love my local McAlister’s.“

“Clean. Visited on 11/22 around 7:30 PM. One worker. She was very sweet and kind. But one worker just takes too long and we only had three sandwiches on our order. Recommend staffing two at all times. Food was good although a couple of the veggie options looked a bit stale/old/unappealing.“

They have potatoes there and cut them into fries and fry them. No gimmicks. The fry oil isn’t the same old stuff other places use. Delicious. “This is seriously the absolute best Subway restaurant I've ever been to! Seriously..I used to co manage a Subway many years ago, so I hold a high standard when I go to a Subway. It was squeaky clean.. All the food bins were clean and stocked with fresh veggies ( it's awful when you go to a Subway and get limp, soggy veggies ) The floors were spotless, tables too.I can't express how clean it was.. Even the restroom. Then.. the service was excellent! They were so friendly and professional and dawned cute Subway headbands. We sat at the window bar where, if needed, they supply USB abd electric plugs! How awesome! The environment is cozy and there was music playing. The food was absolutely scrumptious!! All the toppings were evenly distributed (we got a turkey sub) and the sauce was perfect. They still offer the cheese bread also.. Yay! Hands down. This will be my go to Subway from now on! A++++“

“I jumped over to this store right after checking out wandering monsters breweries opening night. Right as I got to the door I realized it was 9:00 PM and they were pretty much locking up but the guy and girl working were super nice and accommodated me so well by making food and allowing me to get an order in, even though I was a minute or two after closing. It’s great to see there’s still good service around and people that care and are super nice. The manager of this restaurant should give a bonus to those two working tonight because they really made my experience great where as I’ve been turned down many times when it’s close to closing time.
