“always fast service and hot fresh delicious food. however, the employees seem like they are being held at gunpoint to be polite. they're inhumanly polite and it's kind of uncomfortable. last time i came to this store, the man taking my order seemed like he hated that job and didn't want to be there at all, and honestly, it was the first time i felt like i was talking to a human being working at a chick-fil-a. food service workers are human beings with emotions and expecting them to be so ungodly happy is insane. especially chick-fil-a workers. i'm sure they all hate their job and the customers. it's okay to not be smiling happy 24/7, chick-fil-a, if customers have a problem with it, they can deal with it. food service workers don't exist to be stepped on by everyone and left with bad reviews for not being happy. i have strong feelings about food service employees being treated like robots with no emotions and chick-fil-a is horrible at that. anyway, shoutout to the employees at the eastgate location for laughing at people trying to get into the building after they closed and only had the drive-thru open. i love seeing employees get their little bit of satisfaction at the end of a long shift be nice to the people making your food. they hate their lives. and if you tell them to get a "real job" then, nobody will be around to make your food.“
“This was one of the best locations I’ve been to. There was a young man that was super upbeat and friendly. He had my fiancé and I laughing and it really enhanced our experience there. The food was just right - not burnt, not too hot, and arrived within minutes of us ordering. There was good music playing and the dining area was clean. The restrooms were clean as well. “Recently we had a few meals at this Skyline (747) location. We stopped going here many years ago because we felt the quality wasn't as good as some of the others. Our primary Skyline location, off Union Center is being remodeled. So, with that we gave the 747 location another try and it's been pretty good. Keep up the good quality 747 Skyline - we hope to make you our regular location. Plus, you are much closer to our home than the Union Center spot.“

“The staff has come a long way. We stopped in around 2-3 and got the Roast Beef Slider. It was microwaved, and extremely HOT!! The fries were fresh and the staff was friendly. We didn't realize they had an offer of 2 for $7 for other items we got and the Front Cash employee gave us the discount for that, which saved us $2 and got more food. Still a little ways to come, but I will come back more often after seeing the improvements.“
