We’re from New Jersey and we felt like family here. They gave us samples of cake and bread while we waited on line. We were also given an amazing coconut cake/bar that blew my mind and it was given for free because it was our first visit. Everything tasted amazing and such friendly staff. He is a pleasure to work with, he knows his job and does it very well. The servers were so kind and worked so hard while keeping a smile on their faces at all times. And the food...it was incredible. I am a picky Italian when it comes to Italian food and Alesci's has some of the best Italian food in Cleveland. Everything tasted fresh, homemade and authentic and my guests LOVED the food which makes me that much happier. This is the second wedding that Alesci's catered for me. I have 2 more kids to marry off and will no doubt be calling on Alesci's again! 5 stars on all accounts.“

“Heard about this place from a coworker. Not easy to find - the owner runs her business out of her house. Asian bakeries/patisseries are hard to come by in the Cleveland area so naturally I was excited to try and was not disappointed. Ordered a box of pastries as well as their green tea roll cake. Croissants are the best I’ve had in Cleveland. So many flaky layers, perfect texture, just the right amount of sweetness. Green tea roll cake was also phenomenal. Had bits of red bean and the cream was light and airy. The cake itself was soft and moist. Will be coming back. Highly recommend“

“Traveled from CT to try a cassata cake. We didn’t buy a full cake cause we’re traveling with only 2 people. We got a cream horn which was absolutely scrumptious. We got a small cannoli which was perfect. We also got 2 cassata cupcakes.. the cupcake itself was wonderful but the frosting was too sugary. If they would use the whipped cream from the cream horn on the cassata cupcakes they would be out of this world delicious!“

Our wedding cake was absolutely incredible! Not only was it beautiful, but it was exactly what my husband and the cake designer had envisioned and discussed. “I just had the decadent pleasure of tasting the Biscoff Cookie Butter Cake! If you are a Biscoff fan or just a cake fan, don’t hesitate to visit the store as soon as possible and buy this limited edition one! If you don’t I will! “The takeout baked desserts and patisserie are outstanding. My favorite was the pear galette, a rustic French-style tart with artfully folded flaky, buttery crust, and deep fruit flavor. Less successful was the ganache pecan pie, which was beautiful (as they all were) but the flavor combination of rich on rich didn't work in my personal opinion. Also really liked the lemon merigue tart. The croissants are very, very good, not absolute top tier but all the flavors are there.“

“To be honest, after reading some reviews, I was a little scared come in here. It was my first time delivering here. Appointment was at 6am I showed up at 5:40. Gentlemen at the door in the check-in office asked me if I’m delivering and I said yes. He picked up the radio and page the guy. The moment the guy heard that I’m here to deliver he said immediately on my way! And I thought to myself that was a good sign. The guy showed up within a minute and told me to go into the door. I was another good sign. He got me empty within 20 minutes came out with the bills in hand and headed to me. I’m pretty impressed because of that day my schedule was very tight. Now mind you this place is a little tight, no doubt, but the door that I was given was really easy to get into. All in all, I don’t expect red carpet and free coffee. I just want to get empty and go on my way, that’s exactly what happened. So yes, five stars from me. It did not look like there is overnight parking because the place is kind of tight. But that’s not my major concern. Thanks New York. Bakery for getting me done super quick. If I get another load that delivers to this place, I will absolutely not hesitate and come down here again. 5 stars for real👍🏻“
