“My daughter and I have visited the Strongsville location a few times, and it’s always been a delicious treat! For a fun “coffee treat”, she loves their milk steamer with pumpkin spice flavoring. We haven’t ventured away from our usual, but the Nutella with strawberries and bananas is always delicious and so filling. She actually won’t stop talking about how good their Nutella is 😆 Their croissants are amazing, and everyone has always been so nice.“

I have been coming to this cafe at least once a week for the past few months because I love their coffee & especially love their food. The coffee is prefect for those who enjoy sweets but still need a pick me up after a long day of work. The food I order is always warm, the fruit is fresh & flavorful. My all time favorite being the pretzel bites board & onion dip. The staff are kind and makes me feel welcomed. “I have been here a few times so far and have had good experiences. My iced coffee was good, and so was the grilled cheese and hash browns that I got. The workers were also friendly and fast service. I can’t really rate the atmosphere because I did not go inside. I went through the drive thru both times.“

“My husband and I made reservations for Valentine’s Day for a 5 course meal. We made our selections for each course ahead of time. As you may see in other reviews, this was the first time the restaurant offered this type of service for Valentine’s Day. Our amazing server, Jenn, gave us a heads up that the kitchen was behind.

The food did come out pretty late, but I am still leaving a 5-star review for 4 reasons:

1. The quality of service from our server, Jenn. She was kind, calm, and personable. She kept the wine coming and did a great job of setting our expectations and taking care of us wherever she could.

2. The restaurant’s response to the wait time for food. All of the wine we drank that evening (it was a lot) was fully comped. Then, the restaurant went above and beyond by sending everyone a $50 gift certificate for future use. I don’t think many restaurants would do that.

3. The quality of food when it finally arrived. Yes it took some time to get to our table, but the food was phenomenal! Still dreaming of that filet Oscar. Worth every penny!

4. The wine. Michael Angelo’s has always had amazing wine at an incredible price, and we definitely enjoyed our fair share this particular evening! I can think of a lot worse situations to be in than waiting for a meal with some great wine in the company of my best friend.

Yes there were some hiccups, but we will absolutely be back if they decide to try this type of service again.“

The staff is extremely helpful, the room was big and clean, the breakfast was good. Overall, I had no issues with my stay, and I can definitely recommend this place.“

“This local coffee shop is a wonderful place to visit. The owner is friendly and really cares about the people who come in. There are plenty of tables and strong internet if you want to work, or you can meet friends for coffee and some food. If you like the fancy coffee drinks, they have plenty of those, but their daily brew is absolutely delicious. Smooth, flavorful and not acidic. Don't stop there because their breakfast sandwich will blow you away. I stopped in for coffee and wanted to grab a bite before starting my day. I ordered an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a bagel and totally loved it. The bagel was lightly toasted and the egg was fluffy and scrumptious between melty cheese!
If you're in later or need a fix for a sweet tooth, their cakes and cheesecakes are out of this world. You won't be disappointed!“

I stopped into this location recently and let the woman at the counter know I had no idea what I was doing. :) She was very friendly, and walked us through each step, which turned out to be incredibly easy. Loved the donuts as always, but also enjoyed going into the store to pick them out myself.“

“The BW location is a hidden gem for Starbucks fanatics on the west side! Early morning, there is ample parking out front for quick grab-and-go, and drinks are always made quickly. “My daughter received a Caruso’s coffee gift basket as a gift, everyone absolutely loved the Jamaican Me Crazy! A few months ago I found a lonely sample size Jamaican Me Crazy in the back of the freezer, which I saved to brew for a Sunday morning treat! Anyhow, we are now on auto ship and receive Jamaican Me Crazy whole bean bags every six weeks! I increased my order to share with my daughter. We gave a sample to my father in law and now he’s on auto ship. Needless to say, Jamaican Me Crazy is delicious! Great customer service, quick shipments with tracking.
