From the moment I pulled up, she was incredibly friendly, upbeat, and genuinely made the visit feel personal. It’s rare to meet someone who can brighten your whole day in just a few minutes, but she absolutely did. My drink was perfect, my order was quick, and the service was even better. Addyson went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. You can tell she loves what she does, and it really shows in the way she treats customers. Because now I’m ADDICTED!!😩 This is the BEST freaking iced coffee I’ve ever had in my entire life! 7 Brew literally makes Starbucks look like the Dollar Tree of coffee shops! The ladies at the Parma location are the BEST!! My first time there I didn’t know how to get my iced coffee made, and the girl that handed me my drink was SO nice & explained how I should ask for it next time so it was sweet like I like it! Their flavor selection is awesome -there’s a ton of different flavor options & they are all to die for! I am like a kid in a candy store when I go there! They offer all kinds of different types of drinks too- Coffee (Iced, Hot, or Frozen), Energy drinks, Fizz Sodas, Tea, Chai, Matchas, Lemonades, Smoothies, & Shakes. The prices are good, and their Large size is HUGE!! You actually get the amount of product that you’re paying for, unlike the other big name coffee shops who don't have any good flavors & charge ridiculous prices yet you barely get anything!
I LOVE an iced “White chocolate Breve, Cupcake, & Toasted Marshmallow”, it’s like heaven in a cup!🤤 All of their flavor combinations are delicious😋, and you can also make your own custom drink with whatever flavors you like! If you haven’t been to 7 Brew yet, JUST GO!!! You can thank me later!😁“

The past few times we've gone in the last 2 months the wait time has been 30+ min even if there are only 4 cars in front of me. Can't say my drink even tastes like coffee today either 😅 it used to be better but it's very hit and miss now.

“My daughter and I have visited the Strongsville location a few times, and it’s always been a delicious treat! For a fun “coffee treat”, she loves their milk steamer with pumpkin spice flavoring. We haven’t ventured away from our usual, but the Nutella with strawberries and bananas is always delicious and so filling. She actually won’t stop talking about how good their Nutella is 😆 Their croissants are amazing, and everyone has always been so nice.“

“Awesome little donut shop! The lady behind the counter (Who I believe was the owner) gave my sister and I each a free cinnamon sugar donut to try while we debated what kind of donuts we wanted. The donuts are all the same mix, and they too the donuts with whatever frostings and toppings in front of you. Ending up paying about $20 for a dozen. Highly recommend if you want some nice small donuts and you're by the Cleveland area :)“

“My husband and I made reservations for Valentine’s Day for a 5 course meal. We made our selections for each course ahead of time. As you may see in other reviews, this was the first time the restaurant offered this type of service for Valentine’s Day. Our amazing server, Jenn, gave us a heads up that the kitchen was behind.

The food did come out pretty late, but I am still leaving a 5-star review for 4 reasons:

1. The quality of service from our server, Jenn. She was kind, calm, and personable. She kept the wine coming and did a great job of setting our expectations and taking care of us wherever she could.

2. The restaurant’s response to the wait time for food. All of the wine we drank that evening (it was a lot) was fully comped. Then, the restaurant went above and beyond by sending everyone a $50 gift certificate for future use. I don’t think many restaurants would do that.

3. The quality of food when it finally arrived. Yes it took some time to get to our table, but the food was phenomenal! Still dreaming of that filet Oscar. Worth every penny!

4. The wine. Michael Angelo’s has always had amazing wine at an incredible price, and we definitely enjoyed our fair share this particular evening! I can think of a lot worse situations to be in than waiting for a meal with some great wine in the company of my best friend.

Yes there were some hiccups, but we will absolutely be back if they decide to try this type of service again.“

“Came in on a Saturday night and was promptly greeted by the friendly bartender. She made us espresso tonics and an old fashioned, which were all delicious.

This place is a gem! Plenty of seating, warm and cozy, and had a fully stocked bar. They also had pastries (the cookie was good!) I’m excited to come back here during the day- could be a great spot for remote work days.“

“I go here every morning and the service is fast and friendly at the drive thru. I have the gold car on my app so it is easy to load every month order ahead and pick up quickly . They are very organized at this location in Middleburg Heighrs and always offer the newest product when ordering. They have excellent visial signage at drive thru for current offerings and the ancillary retail merchandise wall is always full and inviting. Nice outdoor patio with comfortable seating options to make you feel like you are sipping your coffee in your back yard“
