“I go here everyday. The coffee is amazing. Unfortunately the prices keep going up. I was paying $7.35 and now it's $9.00. I've had a few issues with my order being incorrect, but they happily replace it. The staff is very friendly. Especially Andreja and Victoria!!! Those 2 ladies make my day every time I visit. “What a cool place! I was in the mood for coffee and hookah (not feeling cigars today). Glad I found this place. They know hookah mixes and recommended flavors off the menu. Friendly and fast! The cinnamon stick with my latte was a nice touch! I highly recommend it here if you want to plug in and work.

“I've asked for advice a couple times while crafting my drink, and this time (I wish I'd caught their name) the barista gave me SUCH thorough & helpful recommendations, and I ended up with my favourite Cool Beans beverage I've had in over a decade of dining with them, alongside the Medina location. I absolutely loved both workers' energy & time to help me with my order, they sincerely made my day. I'd post a picture of the drink, but it didn't even make it all the way back home before I drank the entire thing. I will definitely be ordering from here many more times again! But the employee i spoke to said I can either make it more sweeter or make it sugar free. I ended up making it more sweeter and man am I in heaven. “My husband and I made reservations for Valentine’s Day for a 5 course meal. We made our selections for each course ahead of time. As you may see in other reviews, this was the first time the restaurant offered this type of service for Valentine’s Day. Our amazing server, Jenn, gave us a heads up that the kitchen was behind.

The food did come out pretty late, but I am still leaving a 5-star review for 4 reasons:

1. The quality of service from our server, Jenn. She was kind, calm, and personable. She kept the wine coming and did a great job of setting our expectations and taking care of us wherever she could.

2. The restaurant’s response to the wait time for food. All of the wine we drank that evening (it was a lot) was fully comped. Then, the restaurant went above and beyond by sending everyone a $50 gift certificate for future use. I don’t think many restaurants would do that.

3. The quality of food when it finally arrived. Yes it took some time to get to our table, but the food was phenomenal! Still dreaming of that filet Oscar. Worth every penny!

4. The wine. Michael Angelo’s has always had amazing wine at an incredible price, and we definitely enjoyed our fair share this particular evening! I can think of a lot worse situations to be in than waiting for a meal with some great wine in the company of my best friend.

Yes there were some hiccups, but we will absolutely be back if they decide to try this type of service again.“

“This local coffee shop is a wonderful place to visit. The owner is friendly and really cares about the people who come in. There are plenty of tables and strong internet if you want to work, or you can meet friends for coffee and some food. If you like the fancy coffee drinks, they have plenty of those, but their daily brew is absolutely delicious. Smooth, flavorful and not acidic. Don't stop there because their breakfast sandwich will blow you away. I stopped in for coffee and wanted to grab a bite before starting my day. I ordered an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a bagel and totally loved it. The bagel was lightly toasted and the egg was fluffy and scrumptious between melty cheese!
If you're in later or need a fix for a sweet tooth, their cakes and cheesecakes are out of this world. You won't be disappointed!“
