The energy drinks, teas, and coffees all have strong, clean flavor profiles. You can tell they prioritize ingredients and execution. It’s one of the few places where trying something new feels like a safe bet.“

“Just a bunch of kind youngsters slinging drinks I love this place because there are endless options to get something you enjoy. I don’t really care for the giant muffin tops and sometimes wish that there’d be more food/snack options. Lastly, PLEASE PROVIDE THEM WEATHER PROTECTING UNIFORMS. It is so so upsetting to see them in the bad weather all cold and wet. That’s definitely something that stops me from coming on a bad day I just feel so bad for them. That’s the only improvement I’d like to see.“

“One of the best hookah places I've ever experienced. The owner and staff have always been friendly, the hookah flavors are good (with a good variety), they have square or instant coals, and I enjoy the atmosphere. The various drinks I've tried have all been great as well. It has never been overly loud (though there is typically music playing inside), and when the weather is decent the outdoor seating is a nice option. I make it a point to visit every time I'm back in the Cleveland area.

I've never had any food here, so I did not leave a rating for that category.“

“Yesterday was better -- hope it continues! I really don't like dunkin.

The past few times we've gone in the last 2 months the wait time has been 30+ min even if there are only 4 cars in front of me. Can't say my drink even tastes like coffee today either 😅 it used to be better but it's very hit and miss now.

It's nice to have a coffee spot that's open late. The drinks are reasonably priced for the size, and the employees are nice and make the drinks quickly.“

“My daughter and I have visited the Strongsville location a few times, and it’s always been a delicious treat! For a fun “coffee treat”, she loves their milk steamer with pumpkin spice flavoring. We haven’t ventured away from our usual, but the Nutella with strawberries and bananas is always delicious and so filling. “My barista today was awesome! I came in around 1245 for my birthday drink and she was so genuinely sweet about ut being my birthday. She wrote happy birthday on my cup and made me feel special. I'm 39 and a mom, I get my birthdays just aren't a big deal anymore, but this day wasn't going well due to some work issues, so she really cheered me up. Thank you kind barista working the counter at 1245pm 1/27. I apologize I didn't catch your name, but you deserve a raise!“

“Have been several times, tried coffee and sweetened hot coffee drinks . Drip coffee hot and smooth, never tasted bitter or burnt. Sweetened coffee drinks also very good. Customer service respectful, pleasant, polite, and efficient. Overall, a very calm and welcoming atmosphere.“

“Awesome little donut shop! The lady behind the counter (Who I believe was the owner) gave my sister and I each a free cinnamon sugar donut to try while we debated what kind of donuts we wanted. The donuts are all the same mix, and they too the donuts with whatever frostings and toppings in front of you. Ending up paying about $20 for a dozen. Highly recommend if you want some nice small donuts and you're by the Cleveland area :)“

“My husband and I made reservations for Valentine’s Day for a 5 course meal. We made our selections for each course ahead of time. As you may see in other reviews, this was the first time the restaurant offered this type of service for Valentine’s Day. Our amazing server, Jenn, gave us a heads up that the kitchen was behind.

The food did come out pretty late, but I am still leaving a 5-star review for 4 reasons:

1. The quality of service from our server, Jenn. She was kind, calm, and personable. She kept the wine coming and did a great job of setting our expectations and taking care of us wherever she could.

2. The restaurant’s response to the wait time for food. All of the wine we drank that evening (it was a lot) was fully comped. Then, the restaurant went above and beyond by sending everyone a $50 gift certificate for future use. I don’t think many restaurants would do that.

3. The quality of food when it finally arrived. Yes it took some time to get to our table, but the food was phenomenal! Still dreaming of that filet Oscar. Worth every penny!

4. The wine. Michael Angelo’s has always had amazing wine at an incredible price, and we definitely enjoyed our fair share this particular evening! I can think of a lot worse situations to be in than waiting for a meal with some great wine in the company of my best friend.

Yes there were some hiccups, but we will absolutely be back if they decide to try this type of service again.“

This cafe is family owned and operated, which I love, with great customer service! The manager is very attentive and has never messed up my order🙌 10/10!“

This place is a gem! Plenty of seating, warm and cozy, and had a fully stocked bar. They also had pastries (the cookie was good!) I’m excited to come back here during the day- could be a great spot for remote work days.“

“Went to the Parma Heights Dunkin' Donuts location and had a great experience. I ordered 2 donuts and 5 hash browns, came home and had breakfast. The best hours to come to Dunkin would be in the morning a little bit after the morning rush, but be sure to give each location time to restock, as they will have to make new donuts and food items per time during the day. I highly recommend the old fashioned donuts as they are simple and taste really good and I also recommend the hash browns as they are so easy to eat and also to warm up at your home if you have a microwave oven. “I go here every morning and the service is fast and friendly at the drive thru. I have the gold car on my app so it is easy to load every month order ahead and pick up quickly . They are very organized at this location in Middleburg Heighrs and always offer the newest product when ordering. They have excellent visial signage at drive thru for current offerings and the ancillary retail merchandise wall is always full and inviting. Nice outdoor patio with comfortable seating options to make you feel like you are sipping your coffee in your back yard“

“The BW location is a hidden gem for Starbucks fanatics on the west side! Early morning, there is ample parking out front for quick grab-and-go, and drinks are always made quickly. Mingling with the sleepy college folk when I'm 2 hours into my day and commuting for my corporate gig is an added amusement!“
