“The coffee was phenomenal. There were almost 40 cars in line and I didn’t care. I’m an out of towner staying at the Hampton next door. I had a coffee on the way into town. It was the best I’ve had traveling in a long time. So I used it as a motivator to hit the road on roll our day. Did not disappoint. Line moves super fast. The staff are kind, younger folk.“

“The menu is impressive. There’s a huge variety of flavors and they actually taste distinct and well crafted, not artificial or overly sweet. The energy drinks, teas, and coffees all have strong, clean flavor profiles. You can tell they prioritize ingredients and execution. It’s one of the few places where trying something new feels like a safe bet.“

“Just a bunch of kind youngsters slinging drinks I love this place because there are endless options to get something you enjoy. I don’t really care for the giant muffin tops and sometimes wish that there’d be more food/snack options. Lastly, PLEASE PROVIDE THEM WEATHER PROTECTING UNIFORMS. It is so so upsetting to see them in the bad weather all cold and wet. That’s definitely something that stops me from coming on a bad day I just feel so bad for them. That’s the only improvement I’d like to see.“

“One of the best hookah places I've ever experienced. The owner and staff have always been friendly, the hookah flavors are good (with a good variety), they have square or instant coals, and I enjoy the atmosphere. The various drinks I've tried have all been great as well. It has never been overly loud (though there is typically music playing inside), and when the weather is decent the outdoor seating is a nice option. I make it a point to visit every time I'm back in the Cleveland area.

I tried Cool Beans because I really appreciated they use real photos on their doordash menu, compared to everywhere on 303 using bland copy n paste photoshop. I am now obsessed with them. The past few times we've gone in the last 2 months the wait time has been 30+ min even if there are only 4 cars in front of me. Can't say my drink even tastes like coffee today either 😅 it used to be better but it's very hit and miss now.

It's nice to have a coffee spot that's open late. The drinks are reasonably priced for the size, and the employees are nice and make the drinks quickly.“

I have to say I always have an incredible experience and you are so lucky to have John running your drive through as he is absolutely amazing and always starts my day off right. “My daughter and I have visited the Strongsville location a few times, and it’s always been a delicious treat! For a fun “coffee treat”, she loves their milk steamer with pumpkin spice flavoring. We haven’t ventured away from our usual, but the Nutella with strawberries and bananas is always delicious and so filling. She actually won’t stop talking about how good their Nutella is 😆 Their croissants are amazing, and everyone has always been so nice.“

“Awesome little donut shop! The lady behind the counter (Who I believe was the owner) gave my sister and I each a free cinnamon sugar donut to try while we debated what kind of donuts we wanted. The donuts are all the same mix, and they too the donuts with whatever frostings and toppings in front of you. Ending up paying about $20 for a dozen. Highly recommend if you want some nice small donuts and you're by the Cleveland area :)“

“Great atmosphere, good quality coffee, and solid service. Whenever I visit my doctor, I swing by here for a cup of coffee. Sometimes I'll spend an hour just reading and sipping my cup-o-joe.

I know my doctor doesn't like me adding sugar, but this is how I stay sweet. 🤣😂

“My husband and I made reservations for Valentine’s Day for a 5 course meal. We made our selections for each course ahead of time. As you may see in other reviews, this was the first time the restaurant offered this type of service for Valentine’s Day. Our amazing server, Jenn, gave us a heads up that the kitchen was behind.

The food did come out pretty late, but I am still leaving a 5-star review for 4 reasons:

1. The quality of service from our server, Jenn. She was kind, calm, and personable. She kept the wine coming and did a great job of setting our expectations and taking care of us wherever she could.

2. The restaurant’s response to the wait time for food. All of the wine we drank that evening (it was a lot) was fully comped. Then, the restaurant went above and beyond by sending everyone a $50 gift certificate for future use. I don’t think many restaurants would do that.

3. The quality of food when it finally arrived. Yes it took some time to get to our table, but the food was phenomenal! Still dreaming of that filet Oscar. Worth every penny!

4. The wine. Michael Angelo’s has always had amazing wine at an incredible price, and we definitely enjoyed our fair share this particular evening! I can think of a lot worse situations to be in than waiting for a meal with some great wine in the company of my best friend.

Yes there were some hiccups, but we will absolutely be back if they decide to try this type of service again.“

This place is a gem! Plenty of seating, warm and cozy, and had a fully stocked bar. They also had pastries (the cookie was good!) I’m excited to come back here during the day- could be a great spot for remote work days.“

“The BW location is a hidden gem for Starbucks fanatics on the west side! Early morning, there is ample parking out front for quick grab-and-go, and drinks are always made quickly. Mingling with the sleepy college folk when I'm 2 hours into my day and commuting for my corporate gig is an added amusement!“

“Went to the Parma Heights Dunkin' Donuts location and had a great experience. I ordered 2 donuts and 5 hash browns, came home and had breakfast. The best hours to come to Dunkin would be in the morning a little bit after the morning rush, but be sure to give each location time to restock, as they will have to make new donuts and food items per time during the day. I highly recommend the old fashioned donuts as they are simple and taste really good and I also recommend the hash browns as they are so easy to eat and also to warm up at your home if you have a microwave oven.
