“I go here everyday. The coffee is amazing. Unfortunately the prices keep going up. I was paying $7.35 and now it's $9.00. I've had a few issues with my order being incorrect, but they happily replace it. The staff is very friendly. Especially Andreja and Victoria!!! Those 2 ladies make my day every time I visit. “Have never been so I stopped . The staff that greeted me welcomed me as a first timer and was very friendly. I only ordered a cappuccino so I can’t speak on anything else. The cappuccino was what I expected from a chain the espresso beans they use were just average but still good. Im sort of a coffee snob so the bar is high. The other drinks they make look amazing I just don’t do sweet. They have alot of choices if you have not been it’s definitely worth checking out .“

Nah, probably not. Starbucks is closer and it’s my ole reliable. If I’m going to pay $7 for a drink, I’m paying for Starbucks, but I could see myself coming here once a month as a treat.

“What a cool place! I was in the mood for coffee and hookah (not feeling cigars today). Glad I found this place. They know hookah mixes and recommended flavors off the menu. Friendly and fast! The cinnamon stick with my latte was a nice touch! I highly recommend it here if you want to plug in and work.

“First time there with my best friend for a flash tattoo event and it was so wonderful! They had two other events going on as well. Slightly cramped but still so worth it, everyone was so pleasant to talk to! I had a coffee flight and brunch board for $58 I believe. The tattoo event ticket was $135 included a little charcuterie plate, a drink, and of course the tattoo!“

“We as a family order from here a few days a week. I personally love the breakfast burrito with a little sour cream and cheese added. And everything from their matcha to the ghost 7 sips is superb. Today there was a little mix up with our order and the employees were so genuinely helpful in figuring it out.“

But the employee i spoke to said I can either make it more sweeter or make it sugar free. I ended up making it more sweeter and man am I in heaven. “I loved this cafe! As a self proclaimed cafe connoisseur, this is by far one of my favourite upon my travels. We ordered the Rik iced, the Kristy hot, a pistachio muffin, and chocolate chip bagel. Holy moly. It was all delicious. If you’re looking for a sign, this it is!“

“My husband and I made reservations for Valentine’s Day for a 5 course meal. We made our selections for each course ahead of time. As you may see in other reviews, this was the first time the restaurant offered this type of service for Valentine’s Day. Our amazing server, Jenn, gave us a heads up that the kitchen was behind.

The food did come out pretty late, but I am still leaving a 5-star review for 4 reasons:

1. The quality of service from our server, Jenn. She was kind, calm, and personable. She kept the wine coming and did a great job of setting our expectations and taking care of us wherever she could.

2. The restaurant’s response to the wait time for food. All of the wine we drank that evening (it was a lot) was fully comped. Then, the restaurant went above and beyond by sending everyone a $50 gift certificate for future use. I don’t think many restaurants would do that.

3. The quality of food when it finally arrived. Yes it took some time to get to our table, but the food was phenomenal! Still dreaming of that filet Oscar. Worth every penny!

4. The wine. Michael Angelo’s has always had amazing wine at an incredible price, and we definitely enjoyed our fair share this particular evening! I can think of a lot worse situations to be in than waiting for a meal with some great wine in the company of my best friend.

Yes there were some hiccups, but we will absolutely be back if they decide to try this type of service again.“

“My barista today was awesome! I came in around 1245 for my birthday drink and she was so genuinely sweet about ut being my birthday. She wrote happy birthday on my cup and made me feel special. I'm 39 and a mom, I get my birthdays just aren't a big deal anymore, but this day wasn't going well due to some work issues, so she really cheered me up. Thank you kind barista working the counter at 1245pm 1/27. I apologize I didn't catch your name, but you deserve a raise!“

“I go to the Dunkin, on Snow road in Brook Park. This is probably the busiest place I know. But the service is extremely fast, and the staff are so friendly and kind. I've never had a bad experience when ordering, and receiving my drinks.“

“This local coffee shop is a wonderful place to visit. The owner is friendly and really cares about the people who come in. There are plenty of tables and strong internet if you want to work, or you can meet friends for coffee and some food. If you like the fancy coffee drinks, they have plenty of those, but their daily brew is absolutely delicious. Smooth, flavorful and not acidic. Don't stop there because their breakfast sandwich will blow you away. I stopped in for coffee and wanted to grab a bite before starting my day. I ordered an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a bagel and totally loved it. The bagel was lightly toasted and the egg was fluffy and scrumptious between melty cheese!
If you're in later or need a fix for a sweet tooth, their cakes and cheesecakes are out of this world. You won't be disappointed!“

“I have been drinking a blend of Caruso’s coffee at my local coffee shop for quite some time, and wanted to enjoy it at home too. About a week and a half ago, I placed my first order of my favorite, Jamaican Me Nuts, with Caruso’s. Due to what was most likely an over-site on my part, I wound up with a different roast. I emailed asking If I could fix it, and the next day got a response from Gayle. She was so kind, and told me they are sending me a bag of Jamaican Me Nuts, right away, on them! Totally unexpected and so appreciated!!! Pretty amazing customer service, along with even more amazing coffee!! It may be my first order, but it sure won’t be my last! “Diane’s is the utopia of snacks! From her actual energy to the amazing food. Every dish has fresh ingredients that she shops for weekly. Her menu changes daily. So if you’re looking for something specific, make sure she got it, cause more than likely she does!“

“Came in on a Saturday night and was promptly greeted by the friendly bartender. She made us espresso tonics and an old fashioned, which were all delicious.

This place is a gem! Plenty of seating, warm and cozy, and had a fully stocked bar. They also had pastries (the cookie was good!) I’m excited to come back here during the day- could be a great spot for remote work days.“

Not having the 4th of July munchkins on the actual 4th of July at 10am is crazy. Its like this with just about every holiday except for Christmas. Other than always being out of stock with something, I have dealt with great attitude and a positive, happy environment everytime. Atleast they are trying.“
