The energy drinks, teas, and coffees all have strong, clean flavor profiles. You can tell they prioritize ingredients and execution. It’s one of the few places where trying something new feels like a safe bet.“

It is so so upsetting to see them in the bad weather all cold and wet. That’s definitely something that stops me from coming on a bad day I just feel so bad for them. “What a cool place! I was in the mood for coffee and hookah (not feeling cigars today). Glad I found this place. They know hookah mixes and recommended flavors off the menu. Friendly and fast! The cinnamon stick with my latte was a nice touch! I highly recommend it here if you want to plug in and work.

I'm a sucker for Arabic music, been rockin' out to it while working, it's not that loud so it's a good work environment and great for groups too. Wifi is great as well!“

“Yesterday was better -- hope it continues! I really don't like dunkin.

The past few times we've gone in the last 2 months the wait time has been 30+ min even if there are only 4 cars in front of me. Can't say my drink even tastes like coffee today either 😅 it used to be better but it's very hit and miss now.

It's nice to have a coffee spot that's open late. The drinks are reasonably priced for the size, and the employees are nice and make the drinks quickly.“

“My daughter and I have visited the Strongsville location a few times, and it’s always been a delicious treat! For a fun “coffee treat”, she loves their milk steamer with pumpkin spice flavoring. We haven’t ventured away from our usual, but the Nutella with strawberries and bananas is always delicious and so filling. “Have been several times, tried coffee and sweetened hot coffee drinks . Drip coffee hot and smooth, never tasted bitter or burnt. Sweetened coffee drinks also very good. Customer service respectful, pleasant, polite, and efficient. Overall, a very calm and welcoming atmosphere.“

“My husband and I made reservations for Valentine’s Day for a 5 course meal. We made our selections for each course ahead of time. As you may see in other reviews, this was the first time the restaurant offered this type of service for Valentine’s Day. Our amazing server, Jenn, gave us a heads up that the kitchen was behind.

The food did come out pretty late, but I am still leaving a 5-star review for 4 reasons:

1. The quality of service from our server, Jenn. She was kind, calm, and personable. She kept the wine coming and did a great job of setting our expectations and taking care of us wherever she could.

2. The restaurant’s response to the wait time for food. All of the wine we drank that evening (it was a lot) was fully comped. Then, the restaurant went above and beyond by sending everyone a $50 gift certificate for future use. I don’t think many restaurants would do that.

3. The quality of food when it finally arrived. Yes it took some time to get to our table, but the food was phenomenal! Still dreaming of that filet Oscar. Worth every penny!

4. The wine. Michael Angelo’s has always had amazing wine at an incredible price, and we definitely enjoyed our fair share this particular evening! I can think of a lot worse situations to be in than waiting for a meal with some great wine in the company of my best friend.

Yes there were some hiccups, but we will absolutely be back if they decide to try this type of service again.“

I’ve stopped by consistently every morning for the past week and every single visit, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, my drink was made accurately and tasted consistently correct every single time. Such a clean environment and the staff don’t mind taking an extra minute to talk with you while ordering.“

This place is a gem! Plenty of seating, warm and cozy, and had a fully stocked bar. They also had pastries (the cookie was good!) I’m excited to come back here during the day- could be a great spot for remote work days.“
