“I don't really get subway often because the one closest to my home in parma seemed like the food isnt very fresh, but I was in North Royalton with my granddaughters and they wanted Subway. This location is great. The food was all very fresh and the guy helping us was very friendly and patient with my granddaughters trying to figure out what they wanted. I will definitely be back to this location.“

“I used to work at subway and now I’m very picky about my sandwich and how it’s made! The kid that mad my sandwich tonight did EXCELLENT. if I was rating his performance in a technical subway rules and procedures way he would have gotten like an 10/10. “The sandwich was very good except when asked to place oil and vinegar in a separate container she forgot. I ate the sandwich without any type of dressing. Also the one girl working there placed her phone on the counter where the sandwiches were being made and she was yelled at for it. The one girl wouldn't get off the phone the entire time. I felt the chocolate chip cookie was very commercial tasting“

“On Tuesday, June 17th, 18 old ladies and gents "dropped in" for lunch, thinking arrangements had been made for us. Someone slipped up. The restaurant already had a healthy number of customers but the staff hustled tables, chairs, setups, etc. and in no time, we were soon seated and making our food choices. Instead of any of the staff having an "attitude", we were treated with Simon's usual good cheer. Bravo Simon's!“

“Solid, filling food. You really get what you pay for. It's got a friendly overall atmosphere, and it's never crowded or packed. Food never takes super long to get to you either. it takes a few minutes at absolute most. They also hold up some of their special deals (you won't see them on the menu but all I had to do was ask).
Honestly can't go wrong coming here for solid grub.“

“The staff here is extremely kind and accommodating. The restaurant is clean and has plenty of seating available if you want to enjoy your meal inside. The food is fresh and it is definitely one of the best cheesesteaks in town. Highly recommend the Chicken California and the Bacon 3 Cheese as must try options.“
