“I don't really get subway often because the one closest to my home in parma seemed like the food isnt very fresh, but I was in North Royalton with my granddaughters and they wanted Subway. This location is great. The food was all very fresh and the guy helping us was very friendly and patient with my granddaughters trying to figure out what they wanted. I will definitely be back to this location.“

“Ordered online, was ready when I got there, food was good. I'm happy with it. I always stick to the roman burgers and wafer fries with cheese. It's one of those franchises that still tastes the same as when I was a kid. Prices are way too high to eat there often though, even with a discount it was still expensive, but can't blame them, that's everywhere now, but seriously look for coupons in the paper before going. The guy there was nice and friendly and this seams to be a clean location, didn't dine in but wouldn't hesitate to eat there. One negative is the Mr Hero App is awful, there should be an easier way to find your order. Next time I'll print the email I got so I don't have trouble finding the order number next time.“

“The sandwich was very good except when asked to place oil and vinegar in a separate container she forgot. I ate the sandwich without any type of dressing. Also the one girl working there placed her phone on the counter where the sandwiches were being made and she was yelled at for it. The one girl wouldn't get off the phone the entire time. I felt the chocolate chip cookie was very commercial tasting“

“I used to work at subway and now I’m very picky about my sandwich and how it’s made! The kid that mad my sandwich tonight did EXCELLENT. if I was rating his performance in a technical subway rules and procedures way he would have gotten like an 10/10. “I used Old World Deli to cater a wedding shower I had at my home and everything we ordered was delicious! I mostly ordered their party trays with veggies, fruit, cheese and crackers and an assortment of deli wraps. Also ordered the chicken fingers and hummus with pitas and both of those were a big hit! Everyone at the shower commented on how good the food was. The order was ready right on time when my husband picked it up and everything was wrapped and displayed nicely. We will definatly be using them for our future parties. So if you are looking for a caterer, check them out!“

“On Tuesday, June 17th, 18 old ladies and gents "dropped in" for lunch, thinking arrangements had been made for us. Someone slipped up. The restaurant already had a healthy number of customers but the staff hustled tables, chairs, setups, etc. and in no time, we were soon seated and making our food choices. Instead of any of the staff having an "attitude", we were treated with Simon's usual good cheer. Bravo Simon's!“

“The staff here is extremely kind and accommodating. The restaurant is clean and has plenty of seating available if you want to enjoy your meal inside. The food is fresh and it is definitely one of the best cheesesteaks in town. Highly recommend the Chicken California and the Bacon 3 Cheese as must try options.“

Probably the best way of ordering is online.
Especially if you are entertaining company from out of town.
Because Mr. Hero is an Ohio thing.
People outside of Ohio do not have the opportunity to enjoy the Romain Burger.
It would not be safe to ship a sandwich.
