“Out of all the Dunkins I have been to, this is my favorite. They have the nicest staff, clean store, and they make the drinks correct most of the time. I like a lot of flavor in my coffee, I don’t like the taste of coffee. I know, it’s weird. They pretty much know me by now, since I’m in there daily with One of the weirdest coffee orders. And even if it’s not tasting right On point, they are kind enough to give me extra syrup on the side to make it how I like it. They never hesitate to help me out!

EDIT: I also wanted to give the assistant manager a shout out. She goes above and beyond for the customers, and she’s always got a smile on her face and greets me when I walk in. Remember how I said they pretty much know me? Yeah, she confirmed that lol. She knows my order, she knows I’m going to pick up in a timely fashion, and she knows just how I like my coffee. A few the other girls there, also know who I am and how I like my coffee. They are very personable and nice there. Out of all three Dunkins on route 82, This one is the best hands-down.“

“I ♥️ their oatmilk lattes. Usually get their Girl Scout cookie inspired drinks but today got a Carmel one instead and it was delicious. Their pop tarts are delightful too!! Hubby really enjoyed brown sugar. Staff is always super friendly and everything is quick and efficient for busy work schedule! Love this place.“

“Be still my heart! We loved Heartwood!! While visiting the area to camp in Cuyahoga, we fell in love with this coffee shop. We went every day for five days! The service was flawless, even when they were super busy. We got pastries and each day they were fresh and tasty. I got the iced pumpkin spice latte and it was heavenly. We wish yall were in Cincinnati! Can’t wait to come back one day.“

“Loved their espressos. They change blends from time to time, so if you don’t like it one day, they can have an amazing blend next time you visit. It happened to me and I was very pleasantly surprised.

They are committed to quality with a focus on ethical standards and environmental stewardship as evidenced by their variety of brews and paper straws. The coffee bar includes coffee and teas (hot or cold) juices, smoothies, bowls and they have a self serve organic açaí bowls. The service is fast, friendly and accommodating. The shipping carts at While Foods even have a cup holder for your brew. There is seating outside and up front. I would recommend.“

I wish people were a little more understanding, as new businesses and their staff are still learning and settling in. I’ve been going to this Biggby regularly since they opened and have consistently had amazing drinks and wonderful service. The women who work here are fantastic—so friendly and welcoming. I even redeemed my first free drink today after saving up points, and they all cheered for me, which truly made my day. “I’m always busy, working, doing errands and i needed to find a place to eat that has a ln extensive menu. I can grab breakfast and lunch with extra to take home too! The manager and staff are friendly and very hard working. It’s centrally located and whether i’m eating in or taking out, The Cafe Honeycomb manages their business like you are their only customer, with attention to every detail. Their delicious food and great service is the reason I love to shop local!“

No wonder it's called speedway. love that they open 24/7. love the cafe where you can order delicious subs and of course the pizza is my favorite. love the design and layout of the inside.
