“I'm from out of town and this was one of the best Panera's I've ever been to as far as quality of food. For some reason I feel like they gave me a little bit more but I'm not used to eating inside the Panera. I usually get takeout and it seems like the salads are much smaller when you get them that way“

“Brassica in Shaker Heights was such a good find while visiting a friend. I went twice in one trip, that should tell you something. Got the salad bowl both times with hummus and basically loaded it up with everything, and it just works no matter what combo you put together. Tried the chicken on one visit and the brisket on the other, both were fabulous. Fair warning though, the brisket is subject to availability, so don't count on it being there every time.
Do yourself a favor and order the fries at least once even if you're trying to be good. They complement the bowl perfectly, and throwing a few fries right into the salad is genuinely a great move. Also have to mention the beer selection. Good local options and reasonably priced, which is a nice touch alongside the food.
This place earns the trip back any time I'm in the area.“

“A great place to go with everyone in the family. Nia makes the experience wonderful each and every time I come up there for food or for a cocktail or two. She also takes great care of the children, making sure that the children are provided a wonderful service as well. Her handcrafted, cocktails and mocktails are definitely worth going back.“

“I love thin style pizzas, a la Il Rione and Pizzeria di Laura, but the bottom 1/3 end of our margherita pizza was crunchy, almost like a thick potato chip. The middle part up to the crust was good and the crust is quite large, but tasty. Although I don't like eating the crust that much. The taste of the middle portion of the pizza was good. We'll have to try this again.“

“I cannot say enough good things about this place! By far the most friendly staff I’ve ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. Even when they are busy, the employees are kind and courteous and take time to make quality food. After arriving late for business, I stopped here for a late night dinner and was very impressed that the food was fresh and they had all of their offerings even 30 minutes before closing. All of their food is such high-quality and always fresh. The head chef is phenomenal. He ensures each customer is taken care of and happy And is visibly supporting his staff along the way.“

I've ordered from them many times and it was always good. But I noticed this location was no longer on the website. I called - no answer. I drove by and the place looks like it is no longer in business. No explanation on door. Is it closed for remodeling? Closed getting ready to move to new location? Or closed for good? Really disappointed that it's closed when Google, Facebook etc says it's open.“

Jay was a breeze to work with- and totally understood and delivered on the vision with all three events. His many years of experience means that he's able to tweak your menus so they make sense, and make them the most cost efficient for you. The food was tasty, and beautifully displayed. One thing to note-- Jay's a busy though laid back guy- but he gets it done. We connected with him a year ahead, though we finalized menus, etc. just weeks before the event, which worked out very well. I would use Cafe 56 again for future events in a heartbeat!“

The Marty gras empanadas are the highlight. I don’t really mess with cheese or seafood but daaaamn they did they thing. I got the Turkey rib dinner, fuggin phenomenal and packed with good. The cocktails are really good and have a Nola kick to em lol . I also got cornbread, red beans and rice and the bourbon street smashed. I’m lowkey smashed . “The food here is amazing, delicious, and healthy. The service is excellent. They really take the time to make you feel at ease and they give you the friendliest service. One particular staff member, a tall gentleman was very kind and asked how I liked the food, took the time to tell me my options when I was ordering, and offered to put my tray away when I was done eating. Now that’s service! Service in most places have not been satisfactory lately as the food service industry slowly picks back up from a type of recession. But the customer care and service here is above and beyond.“

“Having seen that some of the reviews were less than stellar I wanted to share here that we had a very positive (lunch) experience yesterday (6-22-26) at RH restaurant. Yes, the menu is very pricey so go in expecting that reality. However the quality of our food, it’s aesthetic, and the service were all a 5 star experience. Special kudos to our waitress Brittany who helped make the experience special and befitting of a “dining experience”. (Also the young man delivering the food). My wife and son kept saying “it feels like we are in New York”. Specific comment as to the timing of food delivery which in our case was more than satisfactory…(as in food delivered quickly). Also, we enjoyed and appreciated the overall design and layout of the restaurant, very open and very bright. In summary, pricey, but we had a great lunchtime experience.“

“You can only eat so much Italian food. A lot of the special food advertised were not available to order.. They put us where you could tell was their noisy kids area...Our kids were very well behaved that day.. basic low noise. However

“Before the change of ownership this place was terrible, order was always messed up, couldn't get a delivery, and when you could, it was late.

Now they are right on par for what you would expect from the gioninos franchise, good tasting pizza, good service, it's ready reasonably quick, and it's cooked well. I haven't gotten a delivery yet but I'm sure it won't be a 2 hour wait like it was before.“

“Ordered 2 Tropical Smoothies minus banana and add probiotics. Was originally told they were not doing any enhancements today and when we received our Smoothies we were told they added the enhancements. Besides that the Smoothies were very good 👍“
