“Delicious and made with quality ingredients. If you like a crispier thin crust, this is your spot. We loved the flavor in the aged mozzarella. Far superior to most cheeses used at other places. Pizza sauce bases were all excellent- red, white, and vodka. We loved their salad too with locally grown green leaf lettuce and the homemade dressings. We mixed the creamy Gorgonzola with the vinaigrette- so good. Loved my grapefruit margarita- they have a full bar and lounge on one side that is 21 and over but will serve to the other family friendly side. The family friendly side is super casual- order at the counter, get your own plates and utensils and service is pretty quick. Large screen televisions to watch a game. We will be back.“

“Best pizza in Cleveland. These dudes know what's good. Clean. Real pizza. Perfect char on the crust. Perfect topping sauce ratio. Perfect dough that gets an amazing rise in the cornice and stays surprisingly thin where it should. Chewy, complex flavor, expertly done. This pizza should go compete in Italy... Like for real. Not sure if the two that are always working here are the owners but they are truly dedicated, talented, amazing dudes. The best. The absolute best. I don't know if anyone likes pizza more than me, but I do know I don't like anyone's pizza more than theirs. Please never change, guys.“

“This is a gem in Chagrin Falls. Delicious, handmade pizza. Salads are fresh and delicious . The appetizer of the cheesy bread was yummy. The pizza is delicious, not too heavy. Nice, thin crust in a wood fired oven. You can sit inside or outside. The outside tables have always been full when we go so we have sat at the barstools and overlooked the waterfalls. It is pricey and we visit this for beautiful afternoons as a special treat. I wish I could afford it every day. The staff are always polite and greet you. Highly recommend.“

“Pizza was phenomenal, I ordered a small personal pepperoni pizza, and honestly, it was as good as personal pizza gets. It is CASH ONLY so bring your dead presidents! I made the mistake of not having any cash on me and ownership told me to still take my pizza, eat it, enjoy it, and come back later or tomorrow to pay. I luckily had some cash in my car I forgot about so was able to pay before leaving, but an all time gesture that deserves recognition. 10 out of 10, would recommend!!“

“As always, a wonderful experience. Manon was a top-rate server. Hubs had the lobster/shrimp soup and raved about it. He also loved his pork chops; thick and perfectly cooked. The tomato bisque soup comes with grilled cheese croutons; very imaginative and delicious! We saw lots of people leaving with pizzas; will have to try one the next time we're here. Love the Cupcake of the Day.We have come here during standard dinner hours and have not been able to find a parking spot. That's the price we pay for enjoying a very popular restaurant. We have learned to come during other times.“

“One of the best kept secrets on Chagrin Boulevard and a short distance from the busy area where all the restaurants are located. The place is nicely laid out and decorated, with a bar, two dining rooms, a fireplace, and big tables that can accommodate large parties with ease. Plenty of choices on the menu, all Italian (obviously), with excellent service and relatively high prices.Vegetarian options: Veggie Pizza, Salads, and Pasta Dishes with No Meat.Parking: Big parking lot by the building where the restaurant is located.“

“Hands down one of the most delicious meals I have had in years! I got the chicken Alfredo and the chicken by itself was amazing. Tender and juicy with a chargrilled flavor. Also got an order of steam clams and whatever the sauce is that comes with it is delicious! I soaked my bread in it just to make sure I got every last drop! My date got lobster ravioli with cognac cream sauce, and I swear I thought he was about to lick the plate clean the sauce was so good! Ended the meal with a lemon cream and limoncello flute which was light and refreshing. The staff was attentive and the place was extremely clean, especially the restrooms. I cannot say enough good things about this place and I will definitely be back!“

“I only have one complaint. We have been calling this place for two days between my girlfriend and me. We have made 20 calls, when the phone ring it would just be music even called the operator to see if there was something wrong with the line. Finally my friend went up there to check and they’re closed until April 15, I wish they would’ve respected their customers enough to have had a message on their machine saying such. We wasted a lot of time that we can’t get back.Well that sounds like you’re making excuses. Why didn’t you just put it on the information that states your hours and you could’ve written right there Close till April 15, that would’ve been easy. Your attitude is disappointing. Sounds like disrespect for the customer and I do love this restaurant and I love the people that have waited on me.“
“We love Roseland Lanes! We've hosted several kids' Birthday parties and have always had a great time. They have really good food (kids love their pizza) and good rates for group bowling or parties. We've tried other alleys nearby, and Roseland is the clear winner. Great customer service and friendly staff.“

“Old school This is a great old-school Italian restaurant reminds me of my days in Hoboken. We were coming here when we had an office downtown. It was always great. Est. 1999. It's cash only. The old ways. Today I had the lasagna. It was great meat sauce nice portion. I think it was 14 bucks really really good. The salad that comes with and the house dressing as good as it gets. I think it has walnuts on it with cheese and olives. The free bread and dipping oil is also great. You can park right there in the lot on 185 Great Italian place thanks Scotty. 5 stars not a lot like this one around.“

“Always enjoy the pizza and the atmosphere. Really brings me back to the pizza parlor days and it’s great surfing the memories of old celebrities that are scattered throughout the dining area. The pizza is so fresh and the crust is delicious.Looks forward to visiting many more times in the future.“
“AMAZING pizza and sandwiches, walking distance from my house. What could be better!!! I've had an Italian mixed meat deli sandwich, the bread was amazing and the sandwich was huge. Definitely two meals worth. The pizza is pillowy, Sicilian style, and they use the cup-and-char pepperoni. So happy that this new market is open!!!“
“A newer staple to the Chagrin Valley area.We have been here many times since it has opened. The pizza is the best in the area. Slightly on the expensive side but worth it.Next to the takeout spot they have a little bar and eating area. No kids allowed. I guess I get it. Service has always been friendly and prompt.Decent enough beer/wine/booze selection but the real star is the pies!!“

“This neighborhood treasure has been a wonderful place to get pizza. Over the years, I have moved from a tomato-based to a white sauce base, and the pizza is still delicious. Service is always on point; as a matter of fact, I think they know some of the regular customers as well, to me, that's a good feel. It only has takeout service, but every time I come, it feels like a Homey place.“

Completely melted and still warm. Loved the toast Brussel sprouts flatbread special app generous portion and amazing flavors Brussel sprout salad more like a slaw but very good. Enough to share Brisket mushroom stroganoff. Ohio City pasta. Well coated with a rich comforting sauce and tasty tender brisket! Strip steak on corn risotto with burratta cheese and small salad. Easy dish to skip a sep salad with this entree. All in one! The strip was a huge thick cut and a Kalamata olive tapenade. All of these flavors and I could not resist ordering this. It did not disappoint, worth every bit of the $48 price Shared a slice of house made carrot cake. Moist and classic And a berry crumble with ice cream. Cranberries I. This made for a tart twist. But the vanilla ice cream balanced it all out We loved 1815 for our first visit. We will def be back!“

“The pizzas are made with the best ingredients, most competently. Every ratio for the dough, then how it was formed, then topped: was fantastic. This is the 1 pizzeria of many I've visited, that I couldn't find 1 tiny complaint about, as even all the topings were level, and perfectly spaced out! Along with being perfectly risen, toasted, melted, etc.The owner is a good friend to my pastor, who did order the pizza's for the church we were visiting, and the owner is a genuine Christian: so of course it was a fantastic service quality, and atmosphere.“

“The food was great, fresh, the fries were homemade, good atmosphere, but the only sauces they have are spicy ones, including the ranch. The only other downfall is the non-alcoholic drinks, no refills only glass bottles, staff was friendly so overall a good experience.“

“The best pizza in this area!! We tried many pizzas in different restaurants but my boyfriend and I agreed that Abo's pizza was the best. Their crust/dough was so good and had an excellent flavor. It was relatively thin but could hold the toppings. We had one of their specialty pizzas, Mediterranean, together with a Caesar salad. Large pizza was more than enough to share for two people. Service was good, prices were reasonable but we thought $10 for a piece of cheese cake was a bit steep. Anyways, we will go back there for sure.Update:We went back & ordered Calamari, Margarita Pizza (BEST) , Linguine with Calamari, & Gnocchi. Ordering a bottle of wine for three of us worked perfectly ?“

“We tried this place on a recommendation from a friend. We ordered two pizzas and one of their daily specials, linguine with lobster. I also tried their clam chowder, which was very good, and that's saying something coming from someone who originally came from New England. All three were excellent. We will definitely be working through their menu over the next year.“

“This was my 1st time here. First Watch was super busy, so we were in luck seeing this next door without a wait. We were seated right away.We started with an appetizer of meatballs. The meatballs are normal in size. Not like some places that give you ginormous ones. Fine! It's 3 of them, and they come in a small cast iron skillet, swimming in marina sauce, covered in ricotta and some other cheeses, along with several pieces of garlic bread on the side. I'm picky about marina sauce. I don't like it chunky. This 1 was perfect. The right mix of flavor and not chunky. These meatballs were very, very good. I was very impressed. The bread was great, too. You can own my heart with good bread ? ?We both ordered burgers ? If you follow me, you know I like a good burger and a good steak. I got the original cheeseburger with bacon added, and my son got the double stack smash burger. My burger was so thick. I tried my best to eat half. It was delicious ? No complaints ? The burger gods are pleased. The fries were ok. Basic, regular fries ? Not bad, but definitely won't be the reason you return. I'll return because I'm sure there is more I would like to try in the future.“

“I had the chance to pick up a pizza from Angelo's Friday evening. I was very pleased with their pizza The crust is thin and hand tossed I prefer pepperoni and mushrooms with lots of cheese. “Ok, this place is awesome. We have gone several times already, trying different things and haven't even gotten to the pizza yet!! Their pasta is delicious, generous portions and they don't skimp on the cheese or the chicken. Sandwiches are a great size, definitely fill you up portion. The fried ravioli are to die for, I could probably eat 3 orders to myself... the calories are really good, the salad was ok.. I was a little disappointed that they don't make their own ranch, or croutons but it was a good size. All in all, this is my n my son's new favorite pizza ? shop!! The sweet tomato sauce is sooooo freaking good, I could eat it on everything ? lol new fav, must try!! Pizza is next on our hit list lolPizza is amazing, must try!!! I love pepperoni and pineapple, or pepperoni and mushroom... green pepper on anything... but their specialty pizzas are where it's at! The wild Midwest is a favorite of mine, and you can't go wrong with the cheeseland! The crew there is small and they work really hard. It's not easy for them to take care of such a high demand for their food but they get up and work 12-15 hour days, 6 days a week to bring us our chicken and pizza. So next time it's a little overdone, or they forget to add extra whatever or leave something out, give um a break... they're just people trying to get by and make a living to feed their families, just like us! Super good people, always makes things right too, when they do mess up. Love this place!Vegetarian options: Mostly salads and veggie subKid-friendliness: Good food, kids love pizza!“

“Our pizza was always good if the right person made it. Other times, the sauce or the crust weren’t so good. Plus before they left our corner, I think they were adding onions or something to the sauce, which we did not welcome. It’s too bad though that they left our area.Parking: Well, they are gone now, so the point is moot.“

“Having driven by this place for years, I finally got the chance to try it when Winking Lizard had a long wait recently. It was much better than I expected based on the outside appearance. For starters, the interior was immaculately clean, well lit and nicely laid out. Our server was wonderful and the food was all hot, fresh and delicious. As a bonus, there are plenty of TVs and we were able to watch a Texas football game even though Ohio State had a game at the same time. Surprisingly we preferred the not fresh sliced fries. We will definitely be back another time.“

“One of my coworkers mentioned Augies. I did not know of them. The wife and I decided to try them out, we were looking for an early dinner. There were minimum cars in front, we went in, they said they were not opened yet (will be in an hr). A manager overheard... sat us at a table, he took our order and served us. How cool! We had the pizza and garlic bread (with cheese, of course). The food was tremendous, the manager was awesome, we will be back. BTW, we drove by during dinner hours, there were alot of cars out front.“

“The name says it all! I was very impressed with the unique flavors of the Mediterranean pizza. The flavors all went together splendidly. The additional vinegrete dipping sauce was the cherry on top! I can't wait to try another unique specialty pizza! The aspect that led me to this restaurant was the sourdough pizza dough. I had never heard of something like that. As someone who has made home-grown bread with just flour, water, and salt and a little time on the counter, it piqued my interest. I was not disappointed.“

“All of the times I have been here and I haven't ever left a review?? As someone who is originally from the Chicago area and someone who is gluten free, I always enjoy getting food from there! The gluten free crust is very good. It can be hard finding a good GF crust and Teresa's is definite winner there. I was promptly greeted upon entering and my order was just getting finished out of the oven. My brother got a 12 piece traditional wing order, his usual. The consistency of the food and service has us returning and knowing we can count on Teresa's!“

“I've driven past Vero probably 20+ times, but never set foot inside the establishment due to the intimidating lines I would always see forming outside. It's been on my try list for the longest time since it's the favorite restaurant of some of my friend in Cleveland. In my last trip to the city, I finally decided to brave the line to try to get a seat. We were quoted a 40 minute wait time a bit before 6, but we were in luck as a table cleared up within 5 minutes. Margherita ($24) - The crust (or rather the cornicione) is seriously amazing. It has a bit of a char, is bubbly with a very nice rise, superb bouncy chew, and yet also a tenderness that collapses when you take a bite. There are blackened spots on the cornicione, but there is no bitterness. It's sprinkled with sea salt, giving an extra salty bite in some areas - be a bit careful, some of the salt is in larger crystals and if bitten the wrong way, they can hurt your teeth. The inner crust area soaks up the tomato sauce and becomes floppy, but is delicious. The tomato sauce is very fresh, acidic, and sweet. There's fresh basil to give an herbal note and the mozzarella adds a great dairy milkiness. The toppings are perfectly proportioned and each ingredient is fresh and high quality, allowing the pure flavors really shine and stand out. If you don't like eating crust, you should probably avoid eating at Vero - it will save you both time and money. I only mention this because we saw another party throwing out the cornicione. (5/5) Sausage and Rapini ($26) - Again, a fantastic crust. The sausage is a bit spicy but adds much needed meaty flavors. The rapini adds some bitterness and sweetness and is cooked perfectly. There's a good amount of cheese as well. Since there isn't really any sauce here, we drizzled some olive oil on top to add moisture. (5/5) The pizzas are not cut for you, instead they provide a pair of pizza shears so you can cut the pizza to your liking. You can get pepper flakes, oil, or hot honey brought over to add to the pizza. We went with the oil. The olive oil is quite fresh and has a bit of a peppery kick as well as vegetal notes. They also serve a spicier olive oil that tastes kind of like hot buffalo sauce. One thing that could be improved is the oil dispenser bottle. The design they have allows a lot of drippage along the outer sides, which makes pools of olive oil on the table. Also it seems that the waiters will sometimes forget to offer condiments - the patrons at the table next to us asked if they could borrow our bottles as they were not given the option. We went to Citizen Pie the next day to do a comparison. Vero has by far the best cornicione and the toppings and construction are better. The taste of the Vero pizza is fresh and pure, while the taste of Citizen Pie is much more muddled in comparison. That's not to say that Citizen Pie is bad. In fact, it's pretty good. Vero is just better in most aspects. The pizzas at Vero are absolutely delicious, but it's not all roses here. According to reviews the restaurant was renovated and expanded over the last couple of months. I was researching menus and comparisons between Vero and other Neapolitan pizza shops around Cleveland and it seems like the prices at Vero immediately before the renovation were already on the higher end ($20 for margherita vs $13-$18 at other places). They rose 20% immediately after the renovation ($24), making them cost way more than the competition. The pizzas take forever to come out. I feel like Vero expanded the dining room but didn't increase throughput. There are two people in the back prepping the pizzas while only one person (I assume the owner) operates the oven. Our pizza took over 45 minutes to arrive and this wasn't a fluke; The patrons at the table beside ours complained loudly as they had finished their appetizers and wine and were still without pizza almost half an hour afterwards. The restaurant also has some odd music choices. They play really loud, booming music - I found it hard to hear“
“Started with the thai cauliflower which was so so good. Not spicy but flavorful and perfectly crispy. Cheese pizza had good quality cheese and a great flavor to the sauce. The Philly sandwich was good but nothing spectacular and had a spicy sauce on it just FYI. A few chewy pieces as well. Service was meh but got the job done. Nice decor. Definitely a bit over priced.“

“I have ordered from this place three times and the food has always been good, hot, freah. The Calzone was flavorful despite me getting it plain. The crust was prefect. I ordered the wedding soup and it was wonderful. I get the loaves of bread and they are fresh, fluffy and great. I don't know what other people order but what I have gotten has been a great meal. This in only a handful of places that serves the Sicilian white pizza they way relatives made it or the Sicilian with the red sauce. Usually places top it with Mozarella and Provolone and it is not the way it was made old school.“
