“Went here for the fish platter, was not disappointed! The fish was super hot and crispy but not dry. Flavorful. I added tartar sauce and lettuce to the sandwich from their condiments bar. The hush puppies were really good, I enjoyed them a lot, good flavor and crispiness but again, not dry. The fries were solid, nothing crazy but nothing wrong with them. Slaw was classic. Restaurant was pretty clean, and it didn't take long for the food to come out, given it was cook to order. Overall I'd definitely recommend, especially given they're local.“

“As a PA resident, I heard about the mythical spaghetti with chili and honestly, I can see why people train to leave the earth in Ohio.The 5 way was an experience. While I don't regret it, this is an acquired taste that I don't see myself acquiring. However, the Coney was pleasantly good with the sweeter chili. The wait stuff was nice too, and pretty much on par with that I expect from a casual food place. Over all, if I had to live in Ohio, I would go here for the dogs.“

Everyone was friendly, the service was the usual friendly and quick and we left full and happy! I forgot to take pictures until I was done but the evidence of the food being great is the empty plate!“

“I've been going to YiHi Japan in the Eastgate Mall since I was a little kid. I live further away now but still think about it from time to time. A recent review was very negative and accused this place of having changed management/teriyaki sauces/recipes and being very gross now. This scathing review had me questioning if my old favorite restaurant really was falling apart. I haven't been in at least two years and knew I had to see for myself!I just went and picked up my usual chicken teriyaki. The wait was much quicker than I expected and the workers were very kind. The food is delicious and tastes just as I remember it tasting! So no, they have not changed their teriyaki sauces/recipes, and if they have changed managers or have new staff, I certainly can't see any negative difference!I don't know what that other lady ate, but it must not have actually been from this YiHi Japan! Maybe one of the restaurants nextdoor, but the teriyaki sauce is not different. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone. Don't let the Karens or the fact that it's in a mall turn you off. It's fantastic.“

“Eastgate Ohio, It does not matter what time I come here, the food is hot and fresh every time. Once it was so fresh they didnt waste time to let the counter dry after they wipe it with cleaner before putting food on it.Of the last 5 visits, 5 were great.One prior was not so great, which is why I deducted one star.We had an incident that resulted in our burgers tasting like some kind of cleaner. We were already way out of town when we tried to eat our food or we would have taken it back, instead threw it out and called it a "whoops" as it had never happened before. Or since. We still enjoy eating here and it's always made right, fresh, and hot, served with a smile or polite staff member, no matter how busy they get.Parking: Plenty of spaces for parking at all hours of the day.“

Tonight a young gentleman that was working there by the name of Mark noticed my boy wouldnt eat and was really wanting a cookie. I tried eveything to get him to eat and nothing would work. This young man purchased my boy a cookie out of his own money brought it over to my table and made a deal with him to eat for the cookie. It worked. I guess what im getting at is there is still good in the youth of today. THANKS MARK. For giving me that hope back. “When we stopped to get food we went through the drive-thru. The boy on the speaker either couldn't hear us or didn't pay enough attention.I didn't get my drink I paid for and I asked 3 times for onion rings and they weren't even on the bill. I went inside and the manager saw me standing with receipt in hand. I explained to her what happened. She took care of all of it. She was the nicest manager I have ever met in food retail. I wish I had gotten her name. I appreciate the way she took care of things. She is a shining example of how a real manager should conduct themselves and lead the team. Thanks so much!!!“

“I used to have a negative opinion of the place but this recent time I tried it. It was really good. Chicken was juicy. Fries were decent, salted well not too much. Some places you go. They don't sell their fries. These were good and the sauce was good. The bread mmm so good.“

“I went to my local Arby's to see if they had the new.. now trending.. Nickelodeon Good Burger 2 meal.. that I keep seeing all over social media and sure enough they did.. so I ordered the meal.. didn't realize it comes with a Strawberry shake.. I stead of a drink.. that was cool..Got home.. I always start with my fries.. I asked for the burger sauce on the side for dipping my fries.. and then when I opened my sandwich it looked okay.. it almost appears as if it was pre wrapped or old.. not freshly cooked or wrapped.. but I decided to not complain and eat it anyways..It was tasty.. I just wish it had a little bit of a spice and that it was fresher, but overall not bad.. and I would try it again.. definitely recommend..“

The Italian was my favorite, but they did away with it.They staff is always friendly and polite. “Always good here. I always get the pretzel twist with cheese and cheese tots. Thought I'd order a large this time cause I was pretty hungry but wow the large is a good amount of tots. So yummy but I'll remember to get the medium cause I could not finish those delicious tots. Pretzel is always fresh and hot. Love that you can pull over in the covered ordering spots and get a little shade while you eat.“
