“Chat GPT had directed us here on Saturday the 4th. The food was great! My son and I each had the Salmon with Sweet Potato fries. We had both flown in from 2 different states for a couple of attractions. After the Salmon we finished off a huge slice of Carrot Cake. The best I have ever had. “This is my favorite restaurant in Cincinnati. The service and food is always on point. I get the garden hash for breakfast and either the scallops or the mushroom pasta for dinner. I love the ambiance in there as well. They have a nice outdoor area and they have areas you can rent out for parties. Highly recommend.“

Kids got burgers, wife got herself a burger and I choose the three course meal- BLT salad, baby back ribs, Cole slaw and fresh fruit. Everything was well beyond my expectations. Kids devoured their food, wife was highly impressed with her choice and my ribs fell right off the bone. The atmosphere was very pleasant, not too busy for a Sunday even though we did make a reservation. Very friendly service right from the start. Server was absolutely friendly and very helpful. Food was prepared very well and did not have to wait long. Exceptional place to go to, highly recommend!“

From the greeting when we walked in, our server Matthew and the food everything was spot on. Tables were being cleaned as people left, the bartenders were wiping down the station, the food came out hot and cooked properly, the employees having a genuine smile. We recently placed a very large wings and tenders order for my mother-in-law’s birthday party, and the entire experience was absolutely top notch from start to finish! We called the order in a full week ahead of time, and the staff was so friendly and accommodating over the phone. They followed up to verify the order, and then went above and beyond by calling again as a major snowstorm approached just to make sure everything was still good to go. That level of care and communication truly stood out. My husband picked up the order this morning as they opened and everything was ready right on time, packaged perfectly, and included an abundance of sauces and everything we could possibly need. The wings were hot, crispy, and incredibly delicious, and the tenders were just as amazing. We received so many compliments at the party on how good the food was. The staff is truly top notch, and the food speaks for itself. We appreciate Berds so much and will absolutely continue to support and recommend them and use them for any large event! “My boyfriend and I dined here for the first time tonight and it was absolutely wonderful. Our server, Riley, was very attentive and kind and answered all of our questions about the menu. We had the calamari, ceasar salad, prime rib, and filet to eat and my boyfriend wasn't the biggest fan of the prime rib, but this place still earns 5 stars because of how good the rest of our food was! My steak was cooked perfectly, the smashed potatoes were SO good, and oddly enough they have the best croutons I've ever had. Definitely recommend and wr will be going back!“

“Why, when a party of 2 has a reservation, dining room is 60% open, does the host first try to seat us in the Barrel Room (dark), then the bar, then further back in the bar, then on the outskirts of the restaurant? I told him after the Barrel Room we wanted to be in the Main Dining Room. He was not happy, but then, neither were we that he had to give us the run-around. Dine there often and love it.
