We had both flown in from 2 different states for a couple of attractions. After the Salmon we finished off a huge slice of Carrot Cake. The best I have ever had. “My family and I was there today to celebrate my mothers birthday, we ABSOLUTELY loved the food them ribs are to die for, however the memorable part was our server Tonya, I think I’m saying her name right, she was AMAZING I mean she engaged with my mom and son like if she was apart of the Family and THAT took us right away, the only downside was by the time we had received our drinks she was no longer our server which REALLY upset my mother, However the new server was nice she just wasn’t her,,, we LOVE the spot and enjoyed the whole atmosphere and my mother and Family DEFINITELY will be back we just hope that we run into that server Tonya again!!! “We ate here for the first time last night , it was packed but we were seated right away and they moved us over to be closer to heat with no issues whatsoever; our server Emily was super sweet and the hostess as well !!! “This is my favorite restaurant in Cincinnati. The service and food is always on point. I get the garden hash for breakfast and either the scallops or the mushroom pasta for dinner. I love the ambiance in there as well. They have a nice outdoor area and they have areas you can rent out for parties. Highly recommend.“

“A dinner experience and vintage train ride is raar and this one was a real treat. Our group of four dressed for the part in 1940s costume and sat in the music car.
The music talent was a nod to the Andrew’s sisters of the same time period. They were excellent. Our group had prime rib with baked potatoes and green beans. A salad was served separately before the main course. All food was very tasty!
We were celebrating a birthday in our group, so the singers sang their rendition of Happy Birthday. Loved it!
The meal ended with delicious desserts to include chocolate pecan pie and strawberry cheesecake. Yum!
A history of the train and area was intertwined in our experience and was so interesting. Highly recommended this tour. Best if in a group of four as groups of two is hard to get a table set up for that because of the configuration of the train cars.“

“I am admittedly not easily impressed, but my son and I had a great experience all around tonight for a quick bite. From the greeting when we walked in, our server Matthew and the food everything was spot on. Tables were being cleaned as people left, the bartenders were wiping down the station, the food came out hot and cooked properly, the employees having a genuine smile. I can honestly say that it was a better experience than I have had at some of the most high end expensive restaurants in Cincinnati. Keep up the great work! Thank you we will definitely be back.“

They are all so so kind, especially the two lovely ladies who normally work register/food hand-off. They remember my name and my go-to orders, and always take the time to ask me about my day with genuine interest, even if they are busy, and while still maintaining efficiency. 10/10 service experience every time !!“

We recently placed a very large wings and tenders order for my mother-in-law’s birthday party, and the entire experience was absolutely top notch from start to finish! We called the order in a full week ahead of time, and the staff was so friendly and accommodating over the phone. They followed up to verify the order, and then went above and beyond by calling again as a major snowstorm approached just to make sure everything was still good to go. That level of care and communication truly stood out. My husband picked up the order this morning as they opened and everything was ready right on time, packaged perfectly, and included an abundance of sauces and everything we could possibly need. The wings were hot, crispy, and incredibly delicious, and the tenders were just as amazing. We received so many compliments at the party on how good the food was. The staff is truly top notch, and the food speaks for itself. We appreciate Berds so much and will absolutely continue to support and recommend them and use them for any large event! This is how you do customer service right.“

We had the calamari, ceasar salad, prime rib, and filet to eat and my boyfriend wasn't the biggest fan of the prime rib, but this place still earns 5 stars because of how good the rest of our food was! My steak was cooked perfectly, the smashed potatoes were SO good, and oddly enough they have the best croutons I've ever had. Definitely recommend and wr will be going back!“

“Was in the area for lax tournament and stopped at the little Cafe. Such a great vibe! Clean, the bathroom was super clean and spacious. We sat at the bar and had excellent service. We had the grilled chicken sandwich which was phenomenal (he is still talking about it today). I had chili and half club. Very good chili, not spicy. The club was stacked with meat. If we are down that way again would for sure visit again.“
