“As a co-chair of hospitality for the Ross Intermediate School's PTO we're always looking for ways to include our local businesses when giving back and showing appreciation to the staff at our school. I personally have worked with Sam, the manager, and his team the past several years to provide teachers and present staff with a meal during their in-person conferences. This location is not only a family favorite place as my boys and I do visit often 😄 but this is also a staple of the Ross Community. HUGE shout out and so much gratitude to Gold Star in Ross, Ohio 10 outta 10 recommend!!! THANKS!! also to add real quick when I have family come in from out of town (there are no Gold Stars that we know of North of Dayton, Ohio) first stop is and probably always will be Gold Star ⭐“

“A few regular employees who have taken our order over the years go above and beyond to make sure my son's (who has food allergies) food is prepped as requested. The few times there have even been the slightest question of safety or miscommunication in the kitchen, they have remade his food with no problem. The employees are always so kind, friendly and understanding, and this is so appreciated!“

“Had a fairly large order for myself and my family. (What I deem as a large order anyways). I was the third car in drive-thru and waited less than a few seconds to be acknowledged. To pay and receive my order was maybe 7 minutes, if that. And they were a little busy inside as well. Also, for reference, I showed up 30 mins before closing time.“

I was involved in a bad accident at the intersection of ring road involving me, my husband, and 6yr old child. Everyone was okay thank God. But the hospitality of the workers that night was absolutely above and beyond anything I could ever expect. The manager on shift instantly came out and gave my son a shake to help cheer him up😊. Food is great. Bit expensive but I'd come here before going to Chipotle now.
Wish they had more topping options but it's a lot of food and very filling because of the rice. I got a bowl with steak and shrimp. Love the 1st customer coupon by purchasing online also.

“Quick, friendly service. They have tasty chili whether you have it served on a hot dog or a bowl of spaghetti. You can get onions, beans and cheese with it. Also, they have fair prices. Only about three or four of their restaurants are open for breakfast. Pictured is their five way with spaghetti, chili, beans, onions, cheese and sour cream for an up-charge“

“Pre ordered a party size order of chicken. Communication and friendliness was top notch. As I called a couple times for more info. Chicken was hot and ready on time. Great price and sauce was included. Management does a great job and i would definitely recommend for large orders.“

“I work over at the 513 wash across the street and I come here on my breaks sometimes, been doin that since November. This place has always been really friendly, peaceful, quiet, and the food is so good. I love my usual server, Amy, she's awesome. I walked in today and the cooks already knew my order, not even the Skyline in Delhi has that memorized, so it really added to the experience! This has to be my favorite location I've ever come to and I'm happy to call this my favorite place to go on lunch break and to work right across the street from! <3“

“I love Arby's Beef 'n Cheddar sandwiches and when they have the deals. However, on Jan. 6 and tonight, Feb. 11th, 2020, going through drive thru, my Arby's Gift Card for order wouldn't go through. I used it just fine in Dec. 2019. I went to the store to see the Day manager on 1/7 and all registers, including drive thru, showed my balance. Tomorrow, I will be going in again for this! It must be when there's an order and when swiped, some glitch! I have a balance, which even the night manager tonight was shown that receipt from 1/7. This is ridiculous. Never had these gift card problems before. My son, who was getting my orders, both times, and assured him for tonight, the card would work, is out of money! Usually 5 stars.“

“I had not eaten here in a very long time. Last time I was here it was not a very good experience, so I didn't return. Saturday I was out with my son, and he suggested that we eat here. This Skyline has really changed. Seemed to be better lit inside, the food was good, but the service was outstanding! Our server was Emma W. was amazing. She made it a real pleasure to eat here. Management of Skyline should be made aware of this employee and recognize her for her customer service.“

“We moved away from Cincinnati about 7 years ago and stopped off at this location on our way out of town recently. It’s set a bit back off the road so use a directions app or you’ll have to go looking for it. Absolutely the nicest staff! We started chatting with them about the new chicken chili and they offered my boyfriend a free chillito to sample! We told them about living out of town and on our way out the door they gave us this gift bag! This will definitely be my stop from now on on my way out of town!“

“This was my first time trying Raising Canes. I was really surprised at how good their tenders were. It's a really limited menu so I assumed they would do their one product correctly and I was right. Really tender, great seasoning, and nice portions. Expensive for what it is but good!“

“The people are really good in there but they are never clear on how the food combos work. They ask what number you want and there are no numbers on the screen. Then they ask if you want one or two sandwiches after you've already chosen a number. The number should be what it says it is. I'm never sure what I'm going to get exactly.“

“I was accidentally given the wrong order however once I realized I went inside and the ENTIRE crew apologized, remade my meal, upgraded my meal for the experience, ect. The manger on duty was Amber, however I have to reiterate how well the flow was with Amber and the crew.

The chili has a unique sweet and savory flavor that’s different from traditional chili, but it works perfectly over spaghetti or hot dogs. The cheese is always piled high, the portions are filling, and the food comes out fast. Their 3-Way and Cheese Coneys are easily the best things on the menu. The restaurant itself feels casual and comforting, especially if you want something quick and satisfying. Definitely a Cincinnati classic worth trying at least once“

“I used to come here like weekly when i was a little boy, an innocent little boy with an emo swoosh and no care in the world, and a guy named Kenny was always there. He was kind, always super helpful, and even remembered my order each time I came. Ham, american cheese, lettuce, pickles, and mayonnaise. Kenny always knew the perfect ratios of ingredients, I've never had a sandwich that's tasted the same since. One of his employees gave me his hat one time and I still have it to this day. I moved away and I drew him a little picture to never forget. I've gone back to many locations to try to relive those days, yet it's never the same as Kenny did it. Nobody else could ever love the craft of sandwich artistry the same. I miss this Subway. Kenny are you still there?“
