“As a co-chair of hospitality for the Ross Intermediate School's PTO we're always looking for ways to include our local businesses when giving back and showing appreciation to the staff at our school. I personally have worked with Sam, the manager, and his team the past several years to provide teachers and present staff with a meal during their in-person conferences. This location is not only a family favorite place as my boys and I do visit often 😄 but this is also a staple of the Ross Community. HUGE shout out and so much gratitude to Gold Star in Ross, Ohio 10 outta 10 recommend!!! THANKS!! also to add real quick when I have family come in from out of town (there are no Gold Stars that we know of North of Dayton, Ohio) first stop is and probably always will be Gold Star ⭐“

Food is great. Bit expensive but I'd come here before going to Chipotle now.
Wish they had more topping options but it's a lot of food and very filling because of the rice. I got a bowl with steak and shrimp. Love the 1st customer coupon by purchasing online also.
Employees work fast and are very friendly.“

To pay and receive my order was maybe 7 minutes, if that. And they were a little busy inside as well. Also, for reference, I showed up 30 mins before closing time.“

“A few regular employees who have taken our order over the years go above and beyond to make sure my son's (who has food allergies) food is prepped as requested. The few times there have even been the slightest question of safety or miscommunication in the kitchen, they have remade his food with no problem. “We wasn't intending on going to Five Guys we we're were actually on our way to another restaurant. I was involved in a bad accident at the intersection of ring road involving me, my husband, and 6yr old child. Everyone was okay thank God. But the hospitality of the workers that night was absolutely above and beyond anything I could ever expect. The manager on shift instantly came out and gave my son a shake to help cheer him up😊. Then invited us inside out of the rain and offered us fresh hot fries! We will definitely be eating there very soon. Thank you Five Guys and God bless you all!!😊“

This Skyline has really changed. Seemed to be better lit inside, the food was good, but the service was outstanding! Our server was Emma W. was amazing. She made it a real pleasure to eat here. Management of Skyline should be made aware of this employee and recognize her for her customer service.“

“I had some of the garlic Parmesan chicken strips today along with some onion rings. These things were absolutely awesome! I mean, fresh and as hot as you could get. “We moved away from Cincinnati about 7 years ago and stopped off at this location on our way out of town recently. It’s set a bit back off the road so use a directions app or you’ll have to go looking for it. Absolutely the nicest staff! We started chatting with them about the new chicken chili and they offered my boyfriend a free chillito to sample! We told them about living out of town and on our way out the door they gave us this gift bag! This will definitely be my stop from now on on my way out of town!“

“I made a late-night detour to this iconic fast-food spot during my road trip across the state because I was craving some comfort food. The drive-thru line was moving pretty quickly, and the staff member taking orders was surprisingly upbeat and cheerful given how late it was. I got a sack of their classic small square burgers and some onion rings, and everything was served steaming hot, fresh, and exactly how I ordered it. The only downside was that the parking lot was a bit messy with litter, but the quick service and tasty sliders made for a satisfying midnight snack.“

The chili has a unique sweet and savory flavor that’s different from traditional chili, but it works perfectly over spaghetti or hot dogs. The cheese is always piled high, the portions are filling, and the food comes out fast. Their 3-Way and Cheese Coneys are easily the best things on the menu. “We’ve been to more than 30 different Skyline locations (so far), and this is one of the best. Lalayna offered suggestions as we ordered, juicy coneys in a bowl for example, and made sure we got everything just the way we would like it most. And we sure did like it! She stopped by several times, ensuring everything was good, our drinks were filled and we were happy. The manager also was visible in the dining room, visiting all of the tables. It was our first visit here, so we came in as strangers, but by the time we left, we felt like regulars.“

Baby Boomers, we remember when the price was right and the taste was out of sight! Dad, mom and kids are all excited to taste the hot moisture gravy from the hamburgers and the sauteed onions and crispy pickles. Well, guess what , let the staff from this site take you back to that good feeling of your childhood.
We have grown up and the times have changed but this White Castle site worked hard to keep the tradition. The workers are mature and respectful.
The Castle lobby and bathroom is clean and their work station appears to be clean and sanitary .
They have a walk out cashier. It gives you a feeling of a waiter serving your table. Neat. Huh!

The savvy sauce was good and reminded me of Carolina mustard BBQ sauce. Not the vinegar one. The tenders were hot, fresh and crunchy. The slider was actually a good size. Bigger than most sliders I've seen around here. I will ask if they have pickles next time and add those if I can. The combo fries are crinkle cut fries and I added cajun seasoning. These were good but my friends ordered the wedges and I liked those even more.

The custard milkshakes were delicious! The banana pudding milkshake was amazing and reminded me of circus peanuts which I ate a ton as a child. Very nostalgic for me but I know some people don't care for that flavor. The Strawberry shortcake milkshake was really good too. My friend loved it! I will definitely be back to try more!“

“Tiana was the shining star of our visit to Captain D's today. We no longer have a Captain D's locally so we decided to pick up some deliciousness for the road. Tiana provided excellent customer service with a smile & we will definitely be visiting this location again if we ever come back this way!“
