“Every time I go here for lunch (11:30) I have a very good experience. Today, I saw the staff taking extra measures to make sure the area was clean and the food was protected. This guy, not sure if he was the manager, lowered the glass case in order to cover the food because a fly or something was in the store. I was really impressed with that.“

“I used to live in Cleveland hts and started going to Grums when they first opened. I now sometimes drive all the way from Westlake just for a Grum’s sub. In my opinion the Grums Turkey Ridge sub on French bread is the best sub ever, anywhere!!!“

“What can I say. I've always liked there Roman burger and fries. I always say no cheese on anything and they would repeat what I say but I some how I end up with cheese on my sandwich. I am lactose intolerant which makes it hard on my stomach.“

“A guy name Andrew took my order. I ordered their 10-in sesame seed bun Italian assortment sub. It was absolutely full of flavor I loved it!! Andrew suggested I try a fresh baked cookie. I got the oatmeal raisin cookie it just melted in my mouth it was so good. I am most definitely a DiBella fan now. Definitely will be back.“

“The chicken salad was delicious. A nice large amount was distributed. Chicken wells seasoned very good . I noticed the mushrooms were canned, not fresh. You can tell the difference. Instead of putting certain items on your salad, you may want it on the side, for example, jalapeno peppers, pickles, etc.. they will charge you for putting those items in a side cup. I didn't agree with that, the choice of salad dressings, you can get those on the side free. If you want an egg on your salad you have to pay for it. I've noticed lots of great things on the menu. I will continue to go back there and also try new things as well. The overall price, I think, is reasonable. The customer service was great and pretty fast.“

“I placed an online order today and Subway didn't have the meatballs to complete my order. Instead of being lazy and cancelling my order, a young man called and advised me of the issue and gave me an option. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. When I got there, food was ready and packed. I've always liked this location. Everybody in there was on their job. Message to management: All workers that were in this Subway location at like 7:30 today (6/10/24) when I picked up my order deserve some type of accolade. “First time trying Mr.Hero today. I was skeptical at first. But glad I tried it. I enjoy trying something new every so often. I would say the pricing is just about the same as a Big Mac. Just this food is actually fresh and delicious. We got our meal within 5 minutes. Would definitely recommend this place if you are skeptical as I was.“
