You can tell the staff that work here care about their job and building, its ALWAYS very clean inside and behind the counter also! They are always very friendly and personable. “The two men working today on 1st shift on 12/16/2025 were meticulous and slow in making their sandwiches which i really liked to see....they didn't slop it on but did it carefully like sandwich artists the way Subway used to do it...there just are not many people employed anymore who care to do it the old way...management sucks these days...but these guys gave me hope in fast food again...cause in general most suck these days and give u really low quality food and presentation...these guys today made it a show to watch...i enjoyed watching them make it...amazing. They need a raise! They were not the friendliest but they did their job.“

“I used to live in Cleveland hts and started going to Grums when they first opened. I now sometimes drive all the way from Westlake just for a Grum’s sub. In my opinion the Grums Turkey Ridge sub on French bread is the best sub ever, anywhere!!!“

“I'm new to the area and wanted pizza. But after reading all the bad reviews on most of the places here, I opted not to. I found Mr. Hero by accident. I'm glad I stopped. Their food is delicious. The man at the counter was very nice and polite. He was right when he said I would like it. Definitely will be back. ?“

“The person serving us here was absolutely amazing. Full of life, spoke clearly, made me feel welcome and just nice to talk to (from the few exchanges we had from when I was ordering). I’m not sure exactly why I enjoyed talking to him so much, he just seemed like a great guy. I don’t know his name but I believe he looked like he was in his 40s, African American and had a nice moustache if i may add. I

I really enjoyed the food here, I got a number 26 I believe. The Chicken Bacon Ranch sub in a regular size, would definitely recommend. The service was quick and easy, overall a great experience.“

“What can I say. I've always liked there Roman burger and fries. I always say no cheese on anything and they would repeat what I say but I some how I end up with cheese on my sandwich. I am lactose intolerant which makes it hard on my stomach.“

“The chicken salad was delicious. A nice large amount was distributed. Chicken wells seasoned very good . I noticed the mushrooms were canned, not fresh. You can tell the difference. Instead of putting certain items on your salad, you may want it on the side, for example, jalapeno peppers, pickles, etc.. they will charge you for putting those items in a side cup. I didn't agree with that, the choice of salad dressings, you can get those on the side free. If you want an egg on your salad you have to pay for it. I've noticed lots of great things on the menu. I will continue to go back there and also try new things as well. The overall price, I think, is reasonable. The customer service was great and pretty fast.“

“I received bad customer service today around 6pm. There were several customers ahead of me ordering multiple sandwiches that were made by a young man. When it was finally my turn, a friend called me on the phone. It was ringing loudly, but I answered and got rid of the call in 10 seconds max. When I looked up a young lady appeared and was making multiple sandwiches for the two people at the end of the line who arrived quite a bit after I did and were behind me in line. There was no disputing this fact. The young man and woman tried to figure out why I was standing in line in front of those being served. He asked me if I wanted to order. Why did he think I was standing for 10 minutes waiting? No apologies from anyone. The young woman told me that she had said “next customer” and the guy behind me quickly spoke up. She said that I was on the phone, but that is no excuse as I ended the call rapidly. The food was fine, but the service was terrible and I felt ignored. The woman seemed to be picking and choosing who to serve first.“

There was a team member working in the grill area who noticed me waiting and asked the front counter person to find out what I was waiting for. (You can dine in) Men's room had a sign saying "out of order" although a male employee used it...food was hot and flavorful. Not a bad experience.“
