“Mother's Day Brunch was a very pleasant experience. Delicious food, prompt courteous attentive service. We were seated near the kitchen and it was such a please to watch the choreographed interaction within the kitchen, the chef was very much in charge, very verbal and there was also non verbal communication amongst the staff. You could tell they had worked together for a while. I could not express how enjoyable the meal and experience was. You can see than the owners put an emphasis on training and the staff enjoyed working there.“

“The team from Old Carolina Barbecue Company were at our venue again last night and as usual provided stellar service. This was the second time this summer. In June catering was provided by Joseph, Gavin, Chase and Abby, and last night we had Tanner, Shannon, Chase and Abby. Both times they were timely, efficient and professional, and also added extra services like moving things around to serve appetizers outside, cutting and serving multiple cakes and leaving the kitchen spotless! All these things from a venue's perspective are so important. From the guests' perspective, of course, is the question "was the food good?" Yes it was! So good! They received many compliments. “I have to say, this was one of thee best experiences @ Longhorn. I drove in to dine here and it was not a wasted trip. Unfortunately, the steak and lamb chops that were ordered weren't cooked properly for steakhouse expectations; however, the manager Mike!!! Listen he took care of it is all I will say. Let me not forget Brooke, our server, because had it not been for her communicating our displeasure, Mike wouldn't have known to be SO accommodating. Good Sunday dinner. “Olivia was delightful! VERY attentive and sweet. I ordered a steak salad with the steak medium. It came out and she immediately apologized for it being overdone, which I didn’t actually feel it was, but she said they were redoing it and it would be right out. I said not to worry about it, and she said it was no trouble. She filled our drinks without prompting and was fun and such a kind spirit. We don’t live close by, but if we are ever in the area again, we will most certainly return. Delicious food and amazing desserts!“

They had one server a guy, I didn't get his name, he told me but I forģot Within 5 minutes 4 more couples and a party of 5 came it. “We had not been to an Applebee's in many years and they honestly did an amazing job and the food was incredible. We had a gift card and decided to stop in for a quick bite to eat and definitely glad we did the burgers there are amazing and my girlfriend got the back and cheese with with some honey pepper chicken tenders on top and it was absolutely phenomenal. Our server also did a great job especially considered they were very busy that day.“

“Anyone from the region is certainly familiar with this concept. When they were bought out by Golden gate capital a long time ago you could tell that the quality of the original hometown restaurant disappeared in favor of a more corporate and streamlined environment. Everyone knows about their unique sausage and the sausage gravy and biscuits which are widely available even in grocery stores and are decent for what they are. I personally use some of the sausages that are available in grocery stores for certain recipes that call for it. I'm old enough to remember what it was like in the early days and it was really something special back then. Kind of like when Pizza Hut still had a salad bar and a person actually got outstanding service and it was something to look forward to going to. That's how Bob Evans is today. A shadow of what it once was. Still there and still okay but not what it once was.“
