4* only because product quality could have been a little better. Placement of toppings looked like they could have just been drop and go on one pizza and the other was a bit dump and go as well. A little product training could go a long way at this store. That being said I got carside and the employee was friendly and I could see it looked like the hustle was there with the whole crew in store.“

“Donato’s is one of my favorite chain pizza and this location is more than up to standard.Pizza is good and affordable, really enjoy cheese breads and sandwiches are good and cheap if you are not feeling pizza and someone else in your household is.This location is quick, anytime I order my food and arrive at pick up it’s always ready. “Finally!! Finally we got a good cheese pizza, the way papa John's usually makes their pizza! Who ever just made our cheese pizza on April 25 at 7 p.m you did amazing and they should fire who ever else makes pizzas there! 2 weeks ago we got a pizza and it looked like cheese soup along with the delivery driver drifting on the way here I'm guessing cause half our pizza was slid to one side and the other side was all crust! “I'm a life long Dayton resident and used to love Elsa's. I wish now the Sheetz was going in. The quality of food has gone so far downhill this was my last trip to Elsas. Tonight the refried beans were dry and totally inedible. I mean beans hit with a masher and nothing else. No flavoring. No seasoning. BLAND Nachos had no salsa or sauce of any kind. Chicken, cheese, and dry beans. Chicken had no flavoring, no seasoning. Plain chicken. It was awful. And happy hour? What a joke. .70 cents off drink prices? I'd rather spend my money at Taco Bell.“
