“Founded by Firemen...cool. A little slow when crowded during certain parts of the day but if you call ahead they'll have it ready for you. Well worth it. I challenge you to find a better steak & cheese around for $6! The italian is awesome too. Also, 120+ drink choices! Just Try it.. you'll be coming back for more.“

“I don't get Penn Station like I used to. Older and can't handle the calories as often as I'd like. But when I want a Reuben, I go straight to Forest Park Penn Station. Haven't been disappointed yet. I get extra meat, extra cheese on the multigrain roll. Scrumptious! That multigrain roll is what you need. I usually pick up at the window. I have eaten inside. The place is clean and the people were friendly and professional. And the bathroom was clean! Service at the window was just as inside. I don't have a complaint about the price cause everything everywhere is high. My only complaint is why have restaurants stopped cutting sandwiches? If you're driving or just not going home, you have to hold the whole thing to take a bite. Please cut the sandwiches/hoagies.👍🏾“

“The food was amazing as always and the workers were very pleasant. The music was a bit loud for me and the tables were slightly sticky. They were also chanting out trash during my visit. This will not be during everyone experience though so not a key take away. Over all this place is great!“

Parking lot is big and right near the entrance. Had the unsweetened iced tea with a splash of the sweet tea. Sheesh! still so sweet. Dumped it out and went with unsweetened iced tea.“

“I ordered the Angus beef hamburger & it was one of the best I’ve had in Cincinnati & definitely the best that I have had at that price point. I liked the way they had the pickles & Dijon mustard on the side, I used both & the pickles seemed homemade. My side was coleslaw & that was delish as well. I ordered online for pickup & even though they had a lot of cars in the drive through, my order was made quickly. I definitely recommend!!“

“Jersey Mike's is a sub place that you pay for what you get. The quality is one of top out there, but you will be paying for that quality. Club sub is a go to for me. The hot sandwiches are also good. Mike's way gives the sandwich the finishing touch.“

“Great place for authentic options for Philly Cheesesteak, although you do have to customize it for it to be authentic, but at least you can. Many other options for other sandwiches, hot and cold, wraps and salads. Wait times are typical and order to eat time is also typical for a properly cooked hot sandwich. Although they no longer have an app, you can still order online and pickup if you need to.“

“Love their sandwiches, probably the best portion sizing around. The bread is always light and fluffy, and the there's enough meat on it that you don't just feel like you're eating bread. I like to get the customized sandwich with turkey, but all their standard sandwiches are pretty tasty.“

They were apologetic especially since it was a sensitivity issue and they remade the sandwich without that ingredient.Fantastic staff, great food, and an overall good experience.I look forward to coming back!

“We had not been to Penn Station in a long time, but stopped by when we got a bogo coupon. We ordered toasted Italian subs. They were so delicious that we couldn't wait to go back. The employees are very efficient. The subs are always perfect. The fans are loud so it is hard to hear inside the restaurant. Last time we got take out. It was still excellent. Hope they send out more coupons. We'll be back.“

“I don't live in Ohio but every time I visit I try to seek out McAlister's deli as I usually love them. At this location the food was solid as usual but the interior design was dated and cramped compared to most locations. We also had to wait much longer than usual to place our order. Price ended up being about $25 for two of the pick two options with tap water which seemed like a big price increase compared to last time I had been. The chain needs to rain that in or else they're going to lose customers. $25 for two small soups and salads is not a bargain.“

“My wife's favorite place for take out or a quick lunch. The subs are all fantastic. Every restaurant that serves French fries should learn how to make them like Penn Station. The fresh squeezed lemonade is also top notch. A great value. The only thing they need to improve on is cleaning the dining area. It always seems to need cleaned.“

I came in today (2/20/24) around 12:30 and all the staff were incredibly friendly. The man who made my sandwich had some large tattoos on his forearms and I swear I never saw a more beautiful sandwich being made just for me. Another one had long curly hair tied up and was super kind, he hyped up my choice in toppings. The guy who sliced my meats and cheeses was very polite and the lady at the front was very sweet. I ended up eating my sandwich on fallen tree in the woods by the river, and I could taste the good vibes. I don’t do reviews often but todays crew was exceptional and I’m glad I stopped in.“

“I cannot say that the food wasn't good....it was. I prefer this Subway to the one on the West side of Hamilton or Oxford. I am a bit ticked off over their coupon procedure. I receive coupons in the mail. Was looking forward to 2 footlongs for $12.99. The young sandwich artist told me their register wasn't equipped to handle the coupons and it was online only. I attempted to order online while there only to have the code rejected. 4 people tried to read it and no combination worked. I was po'd at that point and ordered one 12 inch and one 6 inch which cost almost $17.00....a far cry from my coupon value. Why mass mail coupons that don't work no matter what you do. Next hankering for a sub I'll bite the $$$ bullet and give Jersey Mike's a try.“
