“Love this place. Love their food, love the pick up window. Like all fast food restaurants today some of the employees don't always provide great customer service, but the general manager here, Andre, is a superstar. It seems like he never takes a day off but this guy really CARES about the customer.... so if you ever have any issues, just touch base with Andre the superstar.

Minor downsides: the food is expensive, but good. Love the fries - I wish Penn station would adopt the same attitude as 5 guys about over-serving the French fries.

“First off, we were here for dinner time around 5p, and we were the only people in the restaurant. That concerned us to say the least. But we were traveling, hungry and wanted something to eat now. So we went ahead and ordered. I am a firefighter in my home town. I get subs at Jersey Mike's a lot and they are pretty much my standard as to what a good sub should taste like. DiBellas is much better, actually much much much better. I got a club as I always do. You instantly can tell in the first bite that every ingredient on the sandwich was high quality. The meat, bread, the veggies were fresh and crisp, it was just awesome. Like, I Guess I didn't know my favorite sandwiches were lacking this much until I ate here. I realized I didn't get their oil dressing add on, so I went and asked for a little to add to my sandwich. Game changer!!! When we were done, we were so impressed with the sandwiches that we tried their cookies. Blown away there too. How in the hell was this place empty at 5-530p?! I don't get it, you locals better wake up. Hopefully they are slammed at lunch time. This isn't a place I'd want to lose.“

“Founded by Firemen...cool. A little slow when crowded during certain parts of the day but if you call ahead they'll have it ready for you. Well worth it. I challenge you to find a better steak & cheese around for $6! The italian is awesome too. Also, 120+ drink choices! Just Try it.. you'll be coming back for more.“

“Great place for authentic options for Philly Cheesesteak, although you do have to customize it for it to be authentic, but at least you can. Many other options for other sandwiches, hot and cold, wraps and salads. Wait times are typical and order to eat time is also typical for a properly cooked hot sandwich. Although they no longer have an app, you can still order online and pickup if you need to.“

“I will never have an issue or see anything wrong with these places or the food as long as they stay doing what they are doing! I love the flavors they create on the grill. The sandwiches are amazing! The place has a drive thru now! How awesome is that. Everything is always fresh and made to order. I don't eat fries but I do Penn station fries. I recommend everything to everyone! Please never change or go. This is one of the best and original sub places in the world!“

“I ordered the Angus beef hamburger & it was one of the best I’ve had in Cincinnati & definitely the best that I have had at that price point. I liked the way they had the pickles & Dijon mustard on the side, I used both & the pickles seemed homemade. My side was coleslaw & that was delish as well. I ordered online for pickup & even though they had a lot of cars in the drive through, my order was made quickly. I definitely recommend!!“

I was only in the location for less than 5 minutes from the time I ordered til the time I left. Grant is such an asset he is always happy and willing to help. “We had not been to Penn Station in a long time, but stopped by when we got a bogo coupon. We ordered toasted Italian subs. They were so delicious that we couldn't wait to go back. The employees are very efficient. The subs are always perfect. The fans are loud so it is hard to hear inside the restaurant. Last time we got take out. It was still excellent. Hope they send out more coupons. We'll be back.“

“I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad sandwich from jersey mikes. That being said, today’s sandwich was above and beyond. I came in today (2/20/24) around 12:30 and all the staff were incredibly friendly. The man who made my sandwich had some large tattoos on his forearms and I swear I never saw a more beautiful sandwich being made just for me. Another one had long curly hair tied up and was super kind, he hyped up my choice in toppings. The guy who sliced my meats and cheeses was very polite and the lady at the front was very sweet. I ended up eating my sandwich on fallen tree in the woods by the river, and I could taste the good vibes. I don’t do reviews often but todays crew was exceptional and I’m glad I stopped in.“

Main issue is the overpriced $18 cost for just a large sandwich & fries with no drink; & they rarely have any coupons or discounts. And bring back the tuna salad sub because the vegetarian options are scarce.

A few weeks ago a caterer called and cancelled our order with less than an hour until it was due. I called and Mr. Salaah answered. Other locations near me have been terrible, so it’s nice to have a consistently good location to go to (especially since I get Subway a lot😅). They are always friendly and attentive.
