Using either entrance you must walk through cars in an active drive up lane/s . “Really only leaving a review to give credit to the amazing employee that worked the register tonight. He was extremely charismatic and had a great energy about him. I couldn’t find his name on the receipt but I called the store and they believe I was referring to Jacob. He had longer black/brown hair and worked on register 1. He told us to “come on down for some great food” and then delivered our Togo food by saying “got some delicious food for you”. I haven’t seen energy like that from a fast food worker in a long time. He definitely deserves a raise and I hope he is valued by management.“

He is always smiling, has a GREAT attitude and is the real reason we go there . If I owned a company, I would do everything I could to hire him away. The food is always good, Gilbert is great!!“

Because Mr. Hero is an Ohio thing.
People outside of Ohio do not have the opportunity to enjoy the Romain Burger.
