“Genuinely the best Chik-fil-A I ever been to! I utilize the Macedonia location for catering for my company quite often and their customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced!!!! The Catering Director, Aaron, is fantastic! He is one of the kindest & most helpful individuals I’ve ever come in contact with! He goes out of his way to make sure my orders are always perfect. He & his team at the Macedonia location do an amazing job! In addition, the Owner Dan Stanko & Catering Director Aaron, went out of their way to graciously donate food & gift cards for a large community church event my company was sponsoring. “So I told y'all I went to thecrispychick_cle and I ordered the Mega Meal since it was our first time there that way me and babe can eat so I get the food and we pull off and start on our way then babe look in the food and sees that there are only four tenders well in the Mega Meal is supposed to be six tenders a french fry two sauces garlic bread and a drink so I busted you turn and went back and explain to the cashier that I ordered a mega and there were only four Tenders in there well she says I'm sorry about that let me let them know and so she says okay they're going to bring you to tenders up I said okay thank you when she comes up to the window she hands me a box and says im so sorry well I opened the box and here is five more Tenders in the Box... no arguments or nothing... no let me see your receipt it was just very pleasant they made a mistake and they corrected it right off of the drib and plus the food was good even for me with no teeth the Fry's (crinkle) has season on it so I didn't need ketchup salt and pepper the chicken was nice and hot out the grease but not greasy the honey mustard sauce was like no other honey mustard sauce that I have tasted the only regret that I have with this $12 purchase is not getting the lemonade Because by the way that chicken taste I know for sure that that lemonade was good as hell but here are the pictures and I did a video but I'm going to put the video on Tik Tok with a little editing and stuff and tag them in it so if you're ever by 55th and Woodland drop by they are really good and they are #blackowned“

The entire. restaurant was clean well lighted. Their prices are moderate for what we ordered. But let's talk about the onion rings and the sauce that comes with it...ohhh yessss, my nephew didn't get a chance to eat his onion rings right away but EVEN COLD, they were so good and so were the fries. I like fresh cut fries vs a bag of frozen processed garbage. I would drive back again, just to eat and then go back home. Everything was fresh...I even got a drink and even that didn't disappoint, and I don't drink pop. I forgot I was supposed to take a picture of my burger, sorry ya'll..it was because I was too excited to eat. You could tell the meat wasn't from a box or frozen and processed, like McDonald's but it was fresh. I would recommend that if you do not have a big appetite, don't order a lot because you're hungry because they give huge portions. Very good food and service. Thank you for that experience.“

“Our first time at Bubbakoo's - we chose the Broadview Heights locaiton - was stellar from start to finish. We weren't familiar with the menu at all and the person putting our bowls together was really helpful and even suggested pairings and offered to let us take as many sauces home on the side so we could try different ones and see which we liked best. Everyone on staff that day was kind and welcoming and gave us exactly what we asked for.

We went to the South Euclid location a couple weeks later because we wanted to try some different stuff and the experience was exactly the opposite. Very cold, not friendly, not very welcoming, a lot of sighing when we asked questions, and they wanted to upcharge for every sauce we wanted on the side.

We won't be back to the South Euclid location, but we'll definitely return to Broadview Heights so long as the vibe remains as good as it was on our first visit.“

“Really like rallys and the location of this particular restaurant is super convenient right by the highway so it's easy to find and get too and the good is really good for a fast food restaurant and you can't beat the value of their 4 dollar meal deal that comes with a hot apple pie for dessert and the fries are a seasoned fry and really tasty with a decent crunch to them and the burger is really good that comes with sweet pickles and onions so it's a very tasty burger as for the parking lot it sits right on the corner of brookpark road and pearl road so sorry accessible but the only thing about this place is the lot is on the small side so they do have some tight turns and only about 10 parking spots is the only downside but most of the business here is thru the drive thru but hey it's still a great spot to get you burger fix quickly I'll certainly will be back time and again😎“

Bun was not soggy even after waiting 10 minutes before I had a chance to eat it. Fries were undercooked but still good, not super fresh but they still hit the spot. Restaurant was clean and staff was super friendly. I would for sure eat here again. The only cons I can see would be the price. My total was $19.53… 6 bucks for underdone, greasy, lukewarm fries would make me reconsider and the gentleman who took and handed me my order had really long fingernails which was off putting.“

“It is a good Arby's. Typical Arby's food, which is usually pretty good. Parking lot is a little tight, but should have room. The bathroom was clean, glad they gave paper towels, and the water out of the faucet was a good amount. I'd definitely eat here again. Staff was friendly too.

This McDonald’s on Pearl & Denison is more than just fast food — it’s a reminder that kindness still exists. I’ve eaten at many McDonald’s locations, even the mansion one in Independence, OH… but none compare to this one.

What makes this spot so special isn’t just the food — it’s the people. We live in a beautifully diverse neighborhood, but with that comes real-life challenges like poverty. I once saw a man loitering outside, and another customer stepped up and gave the cashier money so he could eat. No questions asked. No judgment. Just pure compassion.

The employees here treat everyone with respect, no matter their background or situation. They don’t just serve — they care. Even my service dog-in-training, Hazel (or as I call her, my angel), has been welcomed warmly. We’ve sat and eaten together with zero issues — just smiles and kindness all around.

Love sees no color at this McDonald’s. The atmosphere is warm, the people are real, and the compassion is unmatched. If you’re looking for more than just a meal — if you’re looking for humanity — this is the place. Thank you to the staff for being the heart of the neighborhood. ❤️“
