“The staff at this location are very sweet. They can be a little bit hard to understand but they do their very best to make the food properly. I generally have no issues. I will say that the meatball sub is rather dry because there's just not enough of anything on it and the bread soaks up the sauce just drying it out. There's Subway anywhere that I've ever encountered that has any type of nice atmosphere and that is just how they are set up.

Parking: It is wheelchair accessible other than the fact that a person in a wheelchair would likely have a difficult time pulling the door open. Which is actually a big deal for a person in a wheelchair. But technically, there is wheelchair access.“

“I got the Tony and it was excellent. The menu is limited, might want to expand sandwich choices even just using different combinations of the same meats / cheeses and toppings. Sides and salads are limited, again might want to look at expanding. The grocery concept, I get it biggest complaint of downtown residents is lack of a grocery store. There selection is limited and didnt look like they covered the basics. I would either get in or out of thar business and maybe focus on being a sandwich shop.“

Dietary restrictions: I used to eat at Penn Station, but since I no longer can have gluten, I can't eat there. Penn Station doesn't have gluten-free bread, BUT Jersey Mike's DOES!! 🙂 It's soft too and tastes great!“

“This is the Subway located in downtown Franklin, OH. Everyone is always friendly and work hard to meet the demand of midsize and even large groups. The only drawback for these type groups is lack of available parking. The crew does a great job, though and the food is always good.“

Vegetarian options: They have some options for vegetarians but the veggie pattie was not available at this outlet when I last visited them.“

“I love this location and most of the employees are great and extremely friendly. On occasion there is one young lady that makes me feel like I'm a nuisance for being a customer and tells me they can't do basic things that other employees do gladly, like a bit extra toasting is taking up her time. ““My experience with this establishment began on a normal day, when I found myself in need of the perfect sandwhich. A footlong white bread sub with double provolone cheese. As a matter of fact, a sub with ONLY provolone cheese on it. This is when I ran into Brady, a graduate from the local high school. From the moment I made my order I knew my sub was in safe hands. I watched in awe as he skillfully cut the bread into two symmetrical loaves and placed my sweet provolone on one slice at a time. I used to never get subway because the price has become too much for the quality you get. However, recently with promos they run through their app, I feel like I'm getting a good deal for some quality food. $7 footlong are something I can get beside. Please add Hot pepper to your options. “It is a solid Penn Station location. It is never dirty or disorganized and the staff are always helpful and kind.

Ultimately it is just a sandwich shop and its not fancy inside. It is a great place to takeaway from although I have eaten inside several times and it works well enough for that.

The food is excellent in terms of price to performance but some options are greasy. The fries are excellent.“
