“The staff at this location are very sweet. They can be a little bit hard to understand but they do their very best to make the food properly. I generally have no issues. I will say that the meatball sub is rather dry because there's just not enough of anything on it and the bread soaks up the sauce just drying it out. There's Subway anywhere that I've ever encountered that has any type of nice atmosphere and that is just how they are set up.

Parking: It is wheelchair accessible other than the fact that a person in a wheelchair would likely have a difficult time pulling the door open. Which is actually a big deal for a person in a wheelchair. But technically, there is wheelchair access.“

“I got the Tony and it was excellent. The menu is limited, might want to expand sandwich choices even just using different combinations of the same meats / cheeses and toppings. Sides and salads are limited, again might want to look at expanding. The grocery concept, I get it biggest complaint of downtown residents is lack of a grocery store. There selection is limited and didnt look like they covered the basics. I would either get in or out of thar business and maybe focus on being a sandwich shop.“

“Finally got to try out the Grist and we weren’t disappointed. To be honest, the food was just good, maybe not great, but the servers and the aesthetic of the restaurant were really great. We were surprised to still have a 10 mins wait for a table at 1pm on a Thursday but good for them! We’ll be back.“

“On 12/3/24 My fiancé and I put in an order pretty big order, not huge. He comes back to the house and I Look at the Receipt and look at my bank account... And realize they tacked on 10 extra dollars onto my order. If I wouldn't have checked my bank account I'd never would have known that they were stealing from their customers. They were rude because he came in at Seven thirty In the evening. They were not busy So that's no excuse as a matter of fact. When he walked in, they were wiping everything down the walls, the oven.

“I love the Godfather’s sub cold but today it fell short of the standard. I ordered as usual with light mayo and oil. It came with mustard and no oil, also quantity of lettuce and tomato were light. Disappointed mustard ruined it!“

“This is the Subway located in downtown Franklin, OH. Everyone is always friendly and work hard to meet the demand of midsize and even large groups. The only drawback for these type groups is lack of available parking. The crew does a great job, though and the food is always good.“

“We have come to love Penn station subs this is our closest location so obviously our most visited. Never have we been disappointed, maybe wondered why this time the mayo is in excess or is there hardly any lettuce etc.. consistency could be worked in. Sammich are always good and craveable enough to be back. Like that we can order in a salad to help with keto meals when that’s our goal.

“I love this location and most of the employees are great and extremely friendly. On occasion there is one young lady that makes me feel like I'm a nuisance for being a customer and tells me they can't do basic things that other employees do gladly, like a bit extra toasting is taking up her time. The store is generally well kept and clean and items are always fresh but lately lacking in variety they once had. I hope this doesn't mean change. Subways been a favorite since I was a kid and I love the nostalgia and that they stay true to their original values rather than changing with the times like so many other chains have. It makes it personable! Great store and great team, better than other locations.“

“The Springboro, OH Jimmy John's is 'Deaf Friendly.' I ordered lunch using paper and pencil and the cashier gestured to an item on the menu to clarify. He communicated everything (i.e. credit card, where to pick up) with gestures. I love it when I meet people who 'go with it' and try their best to communicate even if they don't know sign. “I went on 6/26/25 and it was pouring down rain. There was a puddle of water on the floor with no wet floor sign. I took a while to review the new menu and wanted to an Italian BMT however I wanted to substitute the ham for turkey. I asked the girl and if this was possible and she thought about it and then said she couldn’t do it. Since when was it made to where meats couldn’t be substituted or that I couldn’t customize my sandwich the way I wanted? I couldn’t even do it through the app or remove anything. What if someone is allergic to something? Do they still have to get it or prove the allergy at this point.“
