“The staff at this location are very sweet. They can be a little bit hard to understand but they do their very best to make the food properly. I generally have no issues. I will say that the meatball sub is rather dry because there's just not enough of anything on it and the bread soaks up the sauce just drying it out. There's Subway anywhere that I've ever encountered that has any type of nice atmosphere and that is just how they are set up.

Parking: It is wheelchair accessible other than the fact that a person in a wheelchair would likely have a difficult time pulling the door open. Which is actually a big deal for a person in a wheelchair. But technically, there is wheelchair access.“

“We ordered takeaway for Thanksgiving, and everything was cooked to perfection—the lasagne, brie, and olive cake were outstanding. The flavors were exquisite, and the staff was friendly and very service-oriented. Parking downtown Dayton was easy, and we’ll definitely be back.“

“I got the Tony and it was excellent. The menu is limited, might want to expand sandwich choices even just using different combinations of the same meats / cheeses and toppings. Sides and salads are limited, again might want to look at expanding. The grocery concept, I get it biggest complaint of downtown residents is lack of a grocery store. There selection is limited and didnt look like they covered the basics. I would either get in or out of thar business and maybe focus on being a sandwich shop.“

“I'm a stiffer for a great sandwich. Lord knows that I love a good, well put together submarine sandwich, and Jersey Mike's delivers that every single time I eat there. Hands down, they have the best submarine sandwiches in the game today. My favorite is the ham and turkey. I destroyed the first sandwich quickly, so I went back in and ordered another one for lunch tomorrow. This place is a must-have if you love the submarine sandwiches and customer service is very elite and super fast. I like that.“

“If you like Penn Station's food, this location is almost always on point. You'll wait for the food to be done, but no more than about other PS location. The inside is always clean, staff is kind and efficient. You won't regret stopping here.“

“I love the food at Jersey Mike's. No matter the location food is always top quality. The store itself is clean and well-maintained. My wait wasn't too long so that was great. The two problems with this specific location are: the staff and handling of foods with allergies. I'm giving grace on these things because most of the workers were young and it seems liked the one guy was new. They were very loudly talking about various places they vacationed while also helping customers. Not a huge issue for me, but you could tell they were distracted by trying to carry the conversation on and help customers. As for my allergy, they handled it like every other shop - wiped down the machine and the areas around the line, they also put my bread on a different paper, and changed gloves. Where the issue happened was that the newer guy used the mayo that was on the line, which the knife was on non-gluten bread so cross contamination happened. This is just a good relearning moment on allergies for your staff. Every other Jersey Mike's uses the squeeze bottles for allergies. Not sure if this was just a new person who didn't know, but nobody else guided him to do anything differently.“

“I love the Godfather’s sub cold but today it fell short of the standard. I ordered as usual with light mayo and oil. It came with mustard and no oil, also quantity of lettuce and tomato were light. Disappointed mustard ruined it!“

“Service is always great at this location. I rarely eat Penn Station because everytime I do, I'm disappointed. Only ate here today because We was kind of in a rush (quick lunch break). I swear Penn Station puts the least amount of Meat on Their Cheesesteaks out of everyone. And always so dry.
Service was great, Food was average I guess and atmosphere is ok. It was $11.09 for a regular cheese steak and a water. And like I said, the Regular Cheese Steak is VERY VERY light on the meat😞“

“I stopped in to this subway yesterday for my first time to try their new protein pocket and it was good , I mean really good. I picked the Italian trio one. “The Springboro, OH Jimmy John's is 'Deaf Friendly.' I ordered lunch using paper and pencil and the cashier gestured to an item on the menu to clarify. He communicated everything (i.e. credit card, where to pick up) with gestures. I love it when I meet people who 'go with it' and try their best to communicate even if they don't know sign. So I walk in and I'm glad that I did, as I was met with a New York chic, who was just happy to be alive and it showed. “Ordered online for pickup on a Friday at 710 and was given a pickup of 730. Because it was Friday night, I gave it a little buffer (based on my map history I arrived 738p). There was only one car in line and no one inside except workers so figured I'd get served right away, the other car pulled away almost immediately, but it still too until 750. The workers were very friendly, the food came out exactly as ordered, and I didn't have anything to rush for so it wasn't a big deal but it was a bit excessive for the lack of other customers/ business.“

“The Subway located inside of the Franklin Walmart is a convenient location, when you are shopping & don't want to cook when you get home after a busy day you can just pick up a couple of sandwiches, salads or freshly baked cookies literally on your way out the door. “After watching an episode of the Foods that Built America that included Blimpie and Subway I wondered if there was still a Blimpie around because I hadn’t had it years. At first I was let down when I saw it was in a gas station but I went anyway and was pleasantly surprised. The station and restaurant look to be family owned and operated and were extremely clean inside. I ordered a sub and the meat and cheese was sliced fresh in front of me. This was actually better than I remembered Blimpie being when I was younger. The bread was thick and fresh and they used to use premade rolls and pre sliced meat. They used to be about like Subway only slightly better. This was far better than any Subway. It was actually right in line with Jersey Mikes. I definitely recommend going here. They aren’t very busy so I fear it will close from lack of traffic but that would be a shame because it’s absolutely delicious.“

Never have we been disappointed, maybe wondered why this time the mayo is in excess or is there hardly any lettuce etc.. consistency could be worked in. I used to never get subway because the price has become too much for the quality you get. However, recently with promos they run through their app, I feel like I'm getting a good deal for some quality food. $7 footlong are something I can get beside. Please add Hot pepper to your options. Go buy jimmy peppers if you need too. Store was clean and staff was friendly.“

“I went on 6/26/25 and it was pouring down rain. There was a puddle of water on the floor with no wet floor sign. I took a while to review the new menu and wanted to an Italian BMT however I wanted to substitute the ham for turkey. I asked the girl and if this was possible and she thought about it and then said she couldn’t do it. Since when was it made to where meats couldn’t be substituted or that I couldn’t customize my sandwich the way I wanted? I couldn’t even do it through the app or remove anything. What if someone is allergic to something? Do they still have to get it or prove the allergy at this point.“
