“From the time I walked in, until the time I walked out we witnessed and experienced the best fast food experience I’ve had in my life. A young gentleman named James helped us out when we went and ordered and was extremely nice and professional. After we received our food another young gentleman whose name we did not get stopped and asked us how our food was as a manager would do if you were at a high end restaurant which was great. As we ate our food we noticed that James was helping an elderly woman to her car. Me and my girlfriend both looked at each other and in unison said “ whatever they are making it is not enough”. If I were to recommend any location in Ohio it would be this location if I could give 10 stars I would.“

“It's fast food so that why the three. We constantly are at this place. Flamethrower burger is good, so are the chicken tenders. We go thru drive thru. No matter how long the line is the line moves fast. No attitudes and customer service is up there with Chic a Fila.“

“We loved the food. The service was terrific.
However, the new booths in the renovation are not only ugly and gray, lacking color and ambiance, but they have a smaller seating distance between table and seat. If you're plus size or just have a large chest, it's not comfortable.
The other thing : we were freezing inside. I don't like to eat with my coat on, and shivered throughout my meal. The food got cold fast because of this, and even the lovely manager was dealing with a chronically runny nose from the cold. Turn up the HEAT.“

“My boyfriend and I ordered online pick up and he went to get it in store but ended up getting super dizzy and passed out onto the floor. The staff was super concerned and made sure he was okay and gave him water and some ice while he came to. They even went out of their way to make sure he was telling the truth about me driving us home to make sure he got home alright. I didn’t get their names but I am really grateful for their act of kindness. This never happened to him before and he was super embarrassed but I’m glad there’s still good people out there to genuinely cares for their customers.“

“Bubbakoo’s is super delicious. I tend to get the crispy chicken with shrimp burrito with pineapple, corn salsa, pinto beans, and some sour cream. That combination is very delicious I’d say Chipotle has nothing on Bubbakoos and Chipotle is one of my favorites. The portions are good and very friendly employees and service!“

“I ordered a little bacon cheeseburger, regular fries and a large fountain drink. The burger was delicious, perfectly cooked with a good amount of crispy bacon and melty cheese. Bun was not soggy even after waiting 10 minutes before I had a chance to eat it. Fries were undercooked but still good, not super fresh but they still hit the spot. Restaurant was clean and staff was super friendly. I would for sure eat here again. The only cons I can see would be the price. My total was $19.53… 6 bucks for underdone, greasy, lukewarm fries would make me reconsider and the gentleman who took and handed me my order had really long fingernails which was off putting.“

“Jordin took my order in the drive thru she was very efficient and got several cars out in a timely manner. While also managing to be very personable and friendly yet professional. She helped me make a decision on which item from her own experience and also upselled the newest drink. 10/10 highly recommend. Every chick-fil-a needs a Jordin . “Chick-fil-A sandwiches have always been a great go to for that chicken sandwich itch. I also do love their salads as they are pretty hefty with the quantity you get in each bowl. The quality of the lettuce is also nice compared to other food chains. The waffle fries are good, but I have experienced at the Willoughby location that they will go very heavy on the salt sometimes where my family and myself just cannot eat them.

My real only complaint is the drive thru service. I would say that in my last 10 visits here, 3 of those times I was missing food. Now, it is my error for not double checking my bag, but in my defense I have been to other food establishments that I have not had issues with any of my orders exceeding at least 30+ trips. This location has dual lanes, and sometimes you can feel pressure of being in lane waiting for food when the car behind you has already been serviced. With the amount of staffing, I feel they need to have someone double check orders.

The staff though is polite and kind, which is nice. I feel the accuracy in which the orders are packed needs to be checked.

Update: I had an issue last night 3/7/25 where my order was missing a sandwich. I noticed this once I got home. I called the store with no answer. I was instructed to leave a voicemail which referenced that I would receive a call back. I never got a returned call. I went back to the store the next day and brought in my receipt showing the clerk how my order was incomplete. They remade the sandwich but referenced to me that they would only do this, this once as they only remake food same day or send me a coupon in mail. Here is my issue, if you aren't picking up the phone and are not returning my phone call as you stated you would, your establishment will not be getting $7 from me for free. I WILL receive my food. I do not want to rely on the USPS to give me a free coupon. If I have to drive back up to your store because of your error, you should be more welcoming and apologetic. Heck, give me a free fry to compensate my gas. Sadly, this left a strong bitter taste on my mouth.

The fast food industry can be very tough on stores depending on location. But you also gain high rep for service quality. Chick-fil-A usually pushes itself as setting a high bar for quality in food and service. So far, my opinion is dropping into the negative areas though as I am continuing to get bad service quality at this location.“

If you people can't read your tickets, or tell the difference between a single and a double burger, if you don't know what medium well is, and all you can do is send people cold, limp, soggy fries every single time they order you should not be in business, period. “It is a good Arby's. Typical Arby's food, which is usually pretty good. Parking lot is a little tight, but should have room. The bathroom was clean, glad they gave paper towels, and the water out of the faucet was a good amount. I'd definitely eat here again. Staff was friendly too.

They have never gotten an attitude when I ask questions about menu items (unlike other fast food places I won't name.) The food is always hot and fresh, and their chicken products are made with real chicken not processed chicken which I really appreciate!“

“I love me some Arbys!!! Anytime I go there I absolutely love their food. Their service is usually spot on as well. One of my favorite things to do there is ring the bell before we leave if our service was good!! Here's a tip....sign up for their app and there is always offers and rewards that they give you. Usually some really good percentage off of your bill on the weekends if you use their app!! You should try their Arby's sauce as well. Great stuff!!

“Visiting from Canada, this is our first stop and special request for my son's 13th birthday. Immediately as you walk in, you're greeted with a welcome by all of the staff and smiling faces. The ladies behind the counter were very helpful with all of my questions. The food came out quickly and was to die for! We were checked in on at our table by a few different staff members, all of which were very friendly. The restaurant was spotless, the staff were great - 10/10! Wish we had one here in Ontario!“

“The person serving us here was absolutely amazing. Full of life, spoke clearly, made me feel welcome and just nice to talk to (from the few exchanges we had from when I was ordering). I’m not sure exactly why I enjoyed talking to him so much, he just seemed like a great guy. “I had never been to Panda Express and the lady who helped me was so cheerful to help me and talk about each of their dishes and way to either make up plates or order ala carte. I was very happy with the food and service both. My favorites were the Mushroom Chicken (Mala) & the Pepper Chicken. The egg rolls were so good. Plenty of cabbage in each one. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.“
