The short ribs special was very good and we all agreed that the bay scallops and shrimp risotto is an outstanding dish! “Our first dining experience at this restaurant and we will return. Khi our server made certain we were comfortable, explained the menu and specials. Was friendly and polite. Perfect. Camerons Old Fashion and Smokey Margaritas were delightful. The short ribs were tender, deep in flavor, enjoyed the horseradish puree (more horseradish would make it perfect). The duck breast had well seared skin, was perfectly tender, and a enjoyable depth of flavor. The sauce gravy was excellent. I highly recommend the lamb meatballs as an appetizer. Soak up the remaining sauce with the bread. Excellent. The pineapple upside down cake was a pleasant dessert surprise and delicious.“

With the high ceilings, any heat never makes it to the patrons inside (please learn to use your ceiling fans to help with this). Also, having doors that open straight to the outside doesn't help. Each time they are opened, it is a blast of cold air for half the establishment.“

“Rossi Kitchen is a great place to dine on the Short North. Our party of three sat at a high-top and received excellent service. We shared calamari with an excellent pesto aioli. Caesar salads were crispy and briny. Our entrees included the ragu, lamb lollipops and salmon over a mixed green salad. All were nicely prepared and tasty. A good time was had by all.“

“If I could leave more stars I would. My child was recently diagnosed with Crohn’s disease and we haven’t had the easiest time finding restaurants that have reasonable accommodations. The staff was so patient and kind while I asked our list of questions to ensure they eat safely. I hadn't been to this area since Covid hit and that has changed everything but I'm happy this restaurant is still in business. I came to eat there because I wanted to eat a fine meal before seeing the German band Kraftwerk that evening. The waitress was very quick in serving the food and very friendly. Sure, the dinners may be more expensive and there's not many restaurants in the Nationwide Arena area now, but why not go for something unique and special to add to your fun day? I have eaten here before and after attending events such as hockey games, Phil Collins, Bruce Springsteen, RUSH, (Jeff Lynne's) ELO, Adam Ant, Noel Gallagher and more throughout the Arena District. I'm glad this place is still around after all that's occurred during the past few years, and I highly recommend it to anyone who attends any event in the Arena District. “We come to this location every month for a professionals luncheon in their event space upstairs. The team takes such amazing care of us. James is extremely accommodating and always communicates back quickly. Stew always checks in after our lunches to make sure the service was good. Giovanni takes such good care of us, always patient and kind, always in a good mood. He makes it such a good experience for us. The food is always hot and fresh, and it is always good. Highly recommend for just casual dining or if you have an event. You won’t be disappointed!“
