“Went to both this location and the Esso location and wanted to say how great the employees were, unfortunately I did not get the name of said worker but she was the supervisor on the shift on Tuesday the 11th around 6pm and she was so nice and went above and beyond with customers.“
“Enroute Peterborough from Etobicoke took a bit off route for this joint and we enjoyed our small detour for an delightful coffee and stacks experience.
This pleasant and prompt service plus attention by counter staff was justified by aroma coffee and bagels.
A short pit stop at this Tim Hortons joint had been an good experience.

“This location is exclusively for employees, making it a convenient spot to grab a quick bite before or after shifts, or during breaks.
The staff are incredibly friendly and efficient, ensuring you're in and out in no time. The coffee is always fresh and perfectly brewed, and the food is equally impressive. Sandwiches and baked goods taste like they just came out of the oven.
It's clear the team here takes pride in their work and it shows.
If you're lucky enough to have access to this hidden gem, do yourself a favor and check it out. You won't be disappointed!“

Parking: About 50 spots right across the road from a shopping plaza and convenient to Tim Hortons.“
“The staff is fantastic but the management lacks accountability when the machines breakdown and they don’t have them repaired or replaced in a timely manner. They are always short staffed as they only have one employee working on their own serving both the drive thru and the in store counter. They are expecting to service both counters and also to make sandwiches, pizza and any other food item. If they get a break or lunch time that would be amazing. If they need to use the washroom I don’t know how they are to manage this on their own. The franchise owner of this location and the other locations in Ajax should be losing these locations. The management is very poor. I’m a very regular customer only because of the staff and with the next staff change I think you will see customers leaving as well.“

“This is one of the location makes my steeped almost always right. But yesterday around 9:30pm I got my steeped tea and it was amazingly perfect. Just the way I love. I hope they make it like this all the time. I only get it once in a while made like this and I feel blessed when I get a cup. It’s rare. Posting a pic of my beautiful made steeped tea.“
“I work nearby and had Tim’s points to burn so came here to grab lunch knowing that the place might be overrun by students from the nearby schools… it wasn’t bad. I’d say it was full but not crowded and the kids weren’t being loud or obnoxious. The lady behind the counter who seemed to be in charge also seemed to have everything under control and keeping things moving well. I’m guessing it’s a challenging location but they seem to be handling it all well and I got a great turkey club sandwich combo with my standard vanilla dip and iced cap. This location gets the thumbs up recommendation.“

“Swung by for a coffee and Timbits. The one cashier was cooking up the sandwiches, pouring fresh coffee, and packing warm Timbits all by herself. At 8:50am on a weekday. She isn't paid enough for all that. Hire more staff or pay her significantly more.“
