“Swung by for a coffee and Timbits. The one cashier was cooking up the sandwiches, pouring fresh coffee, and packing warm Timbits all by herself. At 8:50am on a weekday. She isn't paid enough for all that. Hire more staff or pay her significantly more.“

“This location is exclusively for employees, making it a convenient spot to grab a quick bite before or after shifts, or during breaks.

The staff are incredibly friendly and efficient, ensuring you're in and out in no time. The coffee is always fresh and perfectly brewed, and the food is equally impressive. Sandwiches and baked goods taste like they just came out of the oven.

“Had to write a review because of how great the service is here. I come here frequently before heading to work most mornings and this location never does me wrong. Every time i come im welcomed with a huge smile and the worker I usually enconter named Shim always greets me so kindly and knows my exact order every time. Not to mention I have never recieved bad service/food from here. My go to triple triple with milk tea bag in, an everything bagel and sometimes a sweet if im feeling it! Anyways great morning service great work!“

“They need to keep more vegetarian options. Only few options available. And they don’t have any vegetarian soups available at all. Maybe some other day they might have vegetarian soup available but not today. They should have available ministrony soup every day. And add few more vegetarian options too.“

“After reading so many negative comments, I still came, if the other commenter reflect as they were treated. Customer service seems much better. The lady responds smiling and very nice. The bagel with cream cheese and jam was just touched with cheese and jam. It was at unacceptable level. Washrooms were clean and tidy.“
