Colleen has been very professional and extremely helpful in helping out with cold beverage selection. We were served with so much attention. “This Tim Hortons is by far the the most well and beautifully decorated store I have seen this year. Congratulations to Sheila who decorated the store in incredibly beautiful way. Mom's with kids take pictures of large inflated Santa Claus and the comments from customers are so warm and positive. There are elderly customers...some who live alone...and the reaction and smile when they see the festive environment of the store is so nice to see.. I have been coming to this store for 25 years and the current management and staff truly take pride how their store looks. It definitely shows in this year's Christmas decorating. I have been to Tim's in the Niagara -Hamilton area with my work...and none compares to this store. The extra effort and time in decorating thr store so well is appreciated by all...and it would be nice if someone from corporate came to store and took a few pictures and put in news letter..bulletin etc to both thank and show appreciation for all the extra work in Christmas decorating. I am confident both staff and management would be so appreciative..especially Sheila.

Parking: Plenty of parking...large lot and more parking adjacent to Pioneer gas station“

“I stopped by this store today, and it was a good experience! The ambiance was simply magical, with Christmas vibes everywhere that instantly lifted my mood. The washrooms were spotless—something I rarely see at Tim Hortons—and it was such a pleasant surprise. I ordered a coffee and a wrap, but what really stood out was the welcoming attitude of the employee who took my order. This truly made my day!“

“Been coming to this location of Tim Hortons many times as I live in the area, and not once have I ever had a negative experience except for one time they got my order slightly wrong and gave me the wrong frozen lemonade, but that was ok for me, as long as it was lemonade! I will keep coming back to this location for that good experience and also as well, for the food being slightly better at this Tim Hortons compared to others.“

“I passed through the drive through today...as i do most times on occasion I do go in. I always recieve great service. I never wait long, food is always as it is expected to come out. Never mix ups . Im happy . I can not recall a time that i visited this location and recieved bad service. Staff is always pleasant, and happy to take my order. I will keep coming back . Even with the volume of business they are doing, they still manage to smile Good job to all.“
