Tim Hortons in Beamsville

“I have concerns about the service and hygiene standards at some Tim Hortons outlets. As a frequent customer who enjoys the classic plain bagel with egg and sausage, and a medium double-double, I was disappointed by my experience at this location today.

I observed the staff member preparing my bagel without wearing gloves. When I inquired about it, she became defensive rather than addressing the issue. While she offered the bagel for free, my concern is more about the attitude and hygiene practices than the cost of the food.

Additionally, I felt that my concerns might have been dismissed due to my race. As a Black customer, I want to emphasize that hygiene is a priority for everyone, regardless of race. In a multicultural country like Canada, it's essential for customer service representatives to receive training that ensures superior service and minimizes personal biases.

Before we identify with any nationality or race, we are all human. Let's strive to embody the best of human characteristics and make our interactions more respectful and considerate.

“This Tim Hortons here 4725 Ontario Street is so far one of the best in customer service for Tim Hortons here in beansville .that is on Ontario street.. if there were mistake on the order or if you weren't happy with something they are never in no hurry to rush you they'll take the time and help ..is very much needed in this world today... thank you Tim Hortons being so patient“

“Had an absolute blast coming here. I was skeptical at first about the line, however you could tell the staff were well trained and quickly helped everyone out. The staff - specifically Noah was super friendly and made us excellent sandwiches that tasted fantastic. Definitely would recommend trying out this Tim Hortons and I am planing on going back shortly.“
