“I just met Carson who just might be the very sweetest barista I have ever met. There was a lull in business when I pulled up. Since the girl who made my drink was getting a fresh pot of cold brew to make my drink there was time for conversation which rarely happens. Carson just made my day by actually having a real conversation with me. He didn't have to, he chose to. And I wish I got the young woman's name because she was lovely. What a great team they made! Thank you Henry St you guys are amazing!!“

“5 Stars for Fernando! I brought in cash, and realized I didn't bring in enough change for the coffee cake, so i ordered a cookie instead. Fernando immediately said he would cover the 15 cent difference I was missing. That is the type of customer service that is hard to find nowadays. Not only going above and beyond, but just being such a pleasant man, and you can tell hard working. You're lucky to have him! Give that man a raise!“
