“Hannah did a great job of serving our family! Bathrooms were a bit untidy but it’s Sunday brunch and it’s quite busy. Some of the options were additional charges when that wasn’t very clearly stated (fruit instead of fries, maple syrup etc). We had a bit of waiting to do for our food too but we were a family of 6. Great atmosphere! Very bright and clean! The skillet was awesome!“

“was absolutely disgusted with the way I was spoken to after your mistake. never have I felt so disappointed in someone's behaviour and service. will never use or recommend again. spent £7 for someone to be rude and my autistic son wouldn't drink his drink after your bad behaviour.“
“I recently visited half moon and had a fantastic experience! The ambiance is cozy, the staff is friendly, and the variety of shisha flavors is impressive. The hookahs are well-maintained, providing smooth and flavorful sessions. The music adds to the laid-back atmosphere, making it a perfect spot to unwind with friends. I highly recommend a delightful shisha experience.“

“Wonderful food, fantastic interior, and great location--on Northfield, between Bridge and University. Also a community-minded business. A must-visit establishment. Dog-friendly for well-behaved dogs on leashes. (I'm not a dog person, and I didn't feel nervous for a second.)“

“Came here recently to order a 30 box after I found out about this place from being with my girlfriend in Quebec. The environment was very clean and friendly, staff were easy to take my order and friendly as well. My order took a bit to wait for but I guess that's okay. The only thing I noticed is when I was in Quebec and ordered extra icing they didn't put it in a cup like they did here, instead they put it on the puffs. The only other thing is the taste was very different from the Quebec stores as well.Other than that it was great.“

“This place is popular and busy!-big variety of specialty drinks!!! Super fun and the menu seems to change regularly.-big variety of foods as wellI ordered the st Jacob’s sunrise. Asked for blended but got over ice which is fine, it was busy so I don’t blame them. Drink tasted really good and refreshing, but I just know if it was blended it would’ve been 10x better haha. Also ordered the beef empanadas with mayo it was really tasty. Came out nice and warm too.Space is a little tight inside but the food and drinks are well worth it.“
“This is our favourite local place to go. The staff is the absolute best and all of their beers are outstanding. As if that weren’t enough their coffee is also delicious. It’s such a great family vibe in the brew house, there’s no other place that we want to go when we want that experience close to home.“

“It was love at first bite. Despite being deep-fried balls of dough, they are a world of difference from a Timbit. Sooo crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. Loved the Bueno and Biscotti flavor; you won’t regret it!I wish they had area for seating as its a bit congested during rush hours. Overall great experience and do recommend them.“

“We had Monigram provide our wedding favours and they really knocked it out of the park. We had custom labels printed out on our bags, and their Eureka blend is fantastic. I’ve had so many guests tell me how delicious the coffee was. The favours were also reasonably priced which was an added bonus. We like their coffee so much that we now buy our coffee beans exclusively from Monigram. I love this place!“

“Have been a long time fan, from the delicious drinks and treats to the adorable decor and merchandise. Today was my first time back post Covid. Staff was friendly and cheerful but the wait time was actually really bad. Had I known it would take 25 minutes to receive one bubble tea, I would have gotten my drink before my lunch. Unfortunately couples coming in after me were receiving their drinks before I did. Love the new straws and can overlook that they do break easily, because they’re much better than paper!“

“Very nice little shop. The lady who served me was very nice and apologized for making me wait but it was apparent she was busy so I didn't mind. She was very nice and professional. Like the open kitchen makes for a nice show while you wait. Service was quick and easy. Will be back to try something more.“

“Met up with a friend here just for a coffee and I’ll definitely be returning. The staff were very friendly and the environment was nice.I miss those days when there was a Starbucks attached to Chapters and so this had a nice bit of nostalgia with it as the wall is open into the Indigo right next door.“

“Good food, great service. Huevos Rancheros were simple and delicious. The kids got hash browns but both weren't a fan - more of a cumin homefry plate. Lattes were delicious all around, I had Lavender, the others had Chai. The music was a bit loud given the vibe. The counter service was extremely friendly.“

“Cafe O is a wonderful place to meet friends and spend some time. The food is very good. Coffee is top notch. Service is wonderful. The only thing is i wish it would be a little bigger. But yhen again if it would be bigger for more seating it still wouldnt be big enough. Highly recommend. Keep up the good work.“

“Visited this cafe on a Sunday morning and indulged in some iced coffee, peanut crunch, magic bar, and chai latte. Everything was delicious, but the sweets were a bit hard and tough, not exactly amazing, but good enough. The atmosphere was pleasant, perfect for simply sitting and chatting. Overall, I'd recommend it for the cozy environment and friendly conversations.“

“I had a really good breakfast sandwich and coffee here, but I was confused as to why they would place the sandwich in a to-go bag with ketchup packets when I said I was eating in. It seems they do this for most of their items, which defeats their purpose of reducing waste.“

“Rose Cafe in Town it is rare to find such a beautiful place, relaxing and tasty food. My husband and I go there for a date as it is not only food but the vibe is needed after a busy and hectic day. Yes the items might be more expensive than other places, However we should remember that we are paying for something unique, the place, the food. Highly recommended for relaxing and good food . “I have visited Queen of Hearts a handful of times and every experience is different… however the quality of the food and the very friendly service is always the same. We love it there and take friends and family visiting from out of town as a treat. The team really put their heart and soul into everything from the service, to the tea and the food itself. Highly recommended!!“

“AMAZING donuts and service. We loved everything we tried, and our kiddo with celiac had their first donut in months. They had three choices for gluten free donuts that were all delicious. (The Marble is the best though!!) It was so good that we came two days in a row. We’ll definitely visit every time we vacation!“

“I enjoyed coming here with my two year old for an hour during a cold day. He LOVED the jungle gym (much more his size than the ones at most parks) and kept asking to go back for weeks. It’s a little pricy if you want to go with more than one adult, in my opinion. If adults were slightly less expensive I’d get coffee with a girlfriend here more often. As an indoor activity for just one adult and young and kiddo it’s great. Will definitely be going back.“
“This place is fantastic! Lots of selection, great prices, delicious treats, and an owner that is incredibly thoughtful and kind. We’ve just started coming to this store and my only disappointment is that I didn’t start going earlier. If you’re looking for something…more…try coming here. It’s conveniently location being close to St Jacobs market and Conestoga Mall“

“As my last undergrad finals season comes closer, I am constantly on the lookout for cafes to study at while I enjoy a delicious cup of tea. During the last weekend, my friend and I took a bus to Kitchener to visit Matter of Taste (115 King St W, Kitchener, ON N2G 1A7). A quaint and picturesque coffee shop on King Street, this cafe is perhaps best known for the warm and friendly staff who go above and beyond to create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.Hoping for a warm beverage on the cold day, we ordered a chai latte and a cappuccino. With the spice blend including a delightful mix of cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and ginger, the chal latte had a warm and comtorting tlavour protile that provided a cozy embrace with each sip. The cappuccino was a stark contrast in terms of the flavour profile, with a bold and robust character from the espresso offering an invigorating kick that motivated us to finish the rest of our studying.Should you find yourself craving a good beverage and pastry, looking for a place to catch up with your friends, or simply a calm spot to finish your work, Matter of Taste is the place to be. Conveniently located on one of Kitchener's most active streets, this is the serene haven that you are sure to enjoy! Warmly recommended! To hear more about this review, follow us @eatinontario on Instagram, TikTok, & Facebook. ✨??“

“What a delightful café. It's rare these days to get attentive and warm table service in cafes-- and the coffee and tea menu is great, as are their selection of sweets and sandwiches of all kinds. “Stopped in during St. Jacob’s Sparkles event and had the BEST pickle grilled cheese. The guy who made it, Curt, was very friendly and fast with service. It was busy but the staff was on top of it and making sure everyone was having a great time. The store was very well stocked, they had plenty of staff who were very friendly. Seems like a really great change. We will definitely be back. They need to keep the pickle grilled cheese on the menu!“
“Friendly fuel supply where each and every service with these folks is a welcome break in our day. They like to chat and seem interested and conversant on a variety of topics. “Delicious croissants but I'm not convinced it's worth the $6 price. The chocolate did taste premium and the croissant was flaky. Lots of delicious looking choices, but you need to go earlier in the day or most will be gone. The bubble tea was good as well and typically priced. The service was good and the girl behind the counter was meticulous and friendly. I would not say it was slow, but it was not fast either. Nowhere to eat inside, and a small space. It's only takeout or you eat out on the patio.“

“Grand Cafe is a super cute little spot downtown right by the water. You can sit inside or out, or walk just a few steps away to the main street bridge or walk down to the water. Prices for food is commonly 3-4$ for muffins, cookies, etc. You can get a coffe, tea, or hot chocolate for a similar price. The staff is so lovely! Shocked l've never come here before, but will definitely be back. I go here for the service and spot, food sometimes isn’t the freshest or best I’ve ever had, but no complaints!Parking: There are a few seats inside the establishment and a few parking spots out front but more than likely you will need to find street parking!“

“I went through the Woodstock drive thru today and was helped by the most amazing employee. He was so upbeat and funny while taking my order and honestly made my day. When I got up to pay he told me that the drink was on him. I was having a crazy day and he will never know how much this gesture coupled with his great attitude meant to me. I believe his name was Shane or Sean, I know through past interactions he has transferred from a Toronto location and I just hope Starbucks Canada recognizes how amazing he is!“
“I was trying to find an online survey but couldn’t find it. I came here to get my drink because I work in the same plaza. The person that served me her name is Berry. “I love this place. Usually I go here with a laptop. It’s busier during weekends but still the wait time is very less compared to other breakfast places nearby. The hosts are wonderful. The coffee and food is great. I’ve loved everything I’ve ordered till now.If you are looking for a brunch then - Taaza Bowl is a very good option. The quality of food is excellent. I always have to take away as I can never finish.Love their house coffee. Probably it’s Vincenza. But I’m not 100% sure about it.The music is a bit loud so if you’re having a company then might have to talk a bit louder than normal. “The barista's have always been kind whenever I go there, and the food and drinks are always tasty! The place is decently sized but if it's a lunch rush or when kids get out of school the place can feel very crowded. If you're in a rush it's always best to order ahead on the app so they have time to make your drink by the time you get there.“

“We had some cakes and latte here, and bought some bread. Cakes and breads were amazing but the latte was not good. It was like watery coffee with milk and some foam on top. When I reached out to the staff asking to remake my latte, they told me this is how latte is supposed to be! I insisted that do they always make it this way that they confirmed so! Dude, latte is steamed milk and espresso and must have a creamy texture not watery milk at the bottom and some bubbles on top of it. While the cakes and breads are great i hope Nova improves their coffee quality as well.“
