“I live in town and frequent this location as I have had nothing but poor experiences at the north side location.

I just wanted to share a positive shout out to the young lady working the cash at around 10am today. I enjoy the hot hazelnut lattes and more often then not they are made poorly (not specific to this location just in general) & I end up throwing most of it away.

This young lady made it with love. It was absolutely delicious and her customer service was wonderful.

Along with that the gentleman, whose name I believe to be Jim, that I suspect is either the owner or a manager constantly hustles and provides the best customer care. I have seen this man juggle several food orders at once and keeps his cool as best you can in that type of environment.

Just wanted to give you all a positive shout out that is well deserved. We notice you and your efforts and we appreciate you!“

“A good example of how a McDonald's should be. Only improvement would be to watch for people at the desk wanting to order. I find personnel are in the back too long while a customer wait with cash in hand. Very minor but it will take you to the next level of service I find at McDonald's. Good work team!“

“Always a great experience at this Tim Hortons, and a big reason why is Lynn. She’s consistently friendly and genuinely makes each visit enjoyable. I was away working in another city for a couple of months, and when I came back she noticed right away and asked where I’d been. “Ive been going to Tim Hortons for years and while its not fancy,its consistent and sometimes that's exactly what you want. Their coffee is smooth and comforting especially the classic double double.Its not as strong or rich as some boutique coffee shops but it hits the spot on a cold morning.“

“I recently switched Starbucks locations after having issues with my drinks not being made correctly at another store. I have been coming to this location for about the last week and it has been excellent every time.I order the same drink I have had for over six years a strawberry açaí with lemonade and today it was one of the best drinks I have ever had. Not just at Starbucks but anywhere. It was made perfectly and you can tell real care went into it. The staff here are incredibly kind and welcoming. When I place a mobile order it is always ready when I arrive which I really appreciate.Even though this Starbucks is a bit out of my way on my drive home I will happily keep coming here because great service and great drinks are worth it. I cannot say enough good things about this location. The team truly deserves recognition. ☕💛“
