“Great staff, cheap decent food. However the name says Caribbean but being from Barbados and travelled throughout the islands. I can say it is just food. Need to remove the Caribbean part. Not one thing authentic from the Caribbean.But that being said decent quality food just not what it says it is“

“Best Caribbean food in Toronto! The only reason I gave the atmosphere 3 stars is it's not a restaurant you go to for the decor. You order your food, you sit and you love what you're eating. The macaroni salad is the best. The oxtail gravy is unreal, and the jerk pork is the best I've ever had.“

“The owner at this restaurant is absolutely amazing every time I see Lila she has a smile on her face and recognizes you right away with a friendly greeting she is to the point and always offers recommendations and is quick to take your order it's amazing to see how much energy she has and how much pride and joy she takes as a restaurant tour and where she manages to keep up that amount of energy to take care of so many patrons. Hats off to you I always enjoy the food and the service don't change a thing.“

“Went to have lunch and was pleasantly surprised! Food was flavourful and the portions were extremely generous. The customer service was great - they even let me sample one of the meats before deciding on my order.
I ordered the curry chicken bowl — the chicken was perfectly seasoned. The coleslaw was a nice refreshing touch to the bowl. The corn and pineapple salsa was also a nice sweet touch.

“I was in Woodbridge working, and I stopped here for some Jamaican food, I was blown away, wow! 👌
I had steamed Red Snapper with provisions,
Steamed whole snapper, peppers, onions, okra, Jamaican yam, boiled dumpling, boiled green bananas.
It was one of the best I have ever had. Every bite was cooked perfectly.
Wasn't really escovitch, didn't have the vineger bite, but was amazing.
The staff were friendly and it was extremely clean in both the restrooms and dining area.
I would drive there from London to eat again.
Thanks to the guys at the Car wash at 4000 Steeles Avenue West for the recommendation.

I went at 10 pm and didn’t leave until 1 am. The dj and vibes were 100/10. The music was from reggae, afrobeats to dancehall. It was a good variety of everything. Any and everything no one couldn’t dance too. As a Indo West Indian, very much enjoyed my time. I had read the reviews prior to attending and I had read there was an entrance fee as a “regular club”; I very much appreciate to know this that I was safe; with security at the entrance. I am very much surprised there is not much marketing being done as I found this place by word of mouth.The prices as very much lower than the major restaurants/ bars when it came to alcohol. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff was friendly. Overall great experience would recommend this place on a Saturday night and look forward to visiting in the future. Highly recommended to any and everyone who is trying to stay local and cost efficient.“

“This was a really great discovery. The Hot Pot reminded me of my Jamaican vacations and getting street food.
The food was DELICIOUS....so tender and tasty.
Would definitely recommend them.
Unfortunately I have awful sinus and mild asthma so the smoke caused sight irritation however the service was great, the portions were good, people were orderly and it was a really nice time. Simple, non-pretentious, non-complicated little spot.

“A hidden gem in Mississauga I came across by accident. The restaurant had an offer on Skip the Dishes for free delivery over $30, a late night special. I checked out the reviews and decided to give them a try. Being a Guyanese girl myself, our standards for authentic Guyanese Chinese food is very high. And we tend to already have our usual go to spots for these dishes. But boy was I surprised and in luck! Just opening the fried rice box and the smell alone, I knew that I was in for a huge treat! The special fried rice is served with crispy fried chicken on top. It was exceptional and the chicken was juicy and tender inside and very crispy on the outside. I also ordered the pepper wings. They were very well seasoned, spicy and extra crispy. I was shocked that both dishes were still piping hot and super crispy despite my home being almost 15 minutes away from the restaurant. I also ordered a few shrimp rolls, that were also very crispy and delicious! If you’re looking for the real deal authentic Guyanese Chinese food in Mississauga, definitely check them out! I’m so happy I found this spot and will be back!“

“Got some Doubles and a Chicken Roti. Very friendly service, and a tasty meal. They're using a turmeric based gravy for the curry and not the Red Tin darker curry mix. The curry gravy is also a bit on the oily side; its something you'll notice. The roti size is a bit smaller than other places, but they do put a good amount of chicken, and its soft, and the roti is not dry. The Doubles were good, but they dont have any chutney inside, like some other places do. Also of note is that there is no seating area. But overall, I'd return here“

“Small restaurant with a super hospitable, approachable and friendly staff. While dining, there was nice reggae music playing in the background. Typical Jamaican restaurant menu with a few unique items and custom drinks. The food was average tasting and well presented. I was educated about the history and how the restaurant was established which was enjoyable. “I love to be there when there's an event, because it gets really busy, and that for me, is when one gets to know a great restaurant... service is still amazing...busy or not! Great place to be, for lunch, dinner or special events... please don't forget 1/2 price wings on Tuesdays...throw in some festivals too eh! I usually order some steamed broccoli on the side, to balance out the wings and festivals! ;)“
