“I had Amutham last night for the first time and everything was amazing. The owners are so kind and generous and the food was delicious. We had the biryani, rolls, kothu roti, beef curry, chili chicken, tandoori chicken and tried a Sri Lankan juice too. The spice was perfect, the flavours were amazing and the service was excellent.

I definitely recommend you check it out, I’ll be back for the idli and sambal this weekend.“

“We have passed the sign for Dhillon's Karahi many times without eating there. That is our loss. We decided on a whim to check it out this evening and were delighted with our meal. The samosas were delicious: having the sauces on top, rather than on the side, gave them a special flavour. The mixed vegetables and Lamb Korma were perfectly done. Their 3 course menu had lovely options and the server (owner?) asked if we would like to share so we could try more dishes and it was a great idea. All dishes were put in the middle of the table. We loved everything! It's the best Indian food I've had and the others in our party agreed. It's definitely worth a try and we will be back!“

Shayona did the catering and the universal comments from participants was how delicious the food was. There was a good selection of flavourful dishes which we all enjoyed very much. “This is such a lucky find. I was craving samosa for the last two days and I was going to make them myself only to discover I don’t have all the spices needed. Being a rainy day February 20 2026 and not feeling the greatest I didn’t want to drive around in rush hour traffic. I came upon this place and I’m really grateful. They really do serve hot fresh home cooked food. I got three samosa and Chana masala and plain naan. Everything was made fresh by the three family members. Everything was flavourful without being too overpowering (I was worried about the Chana masala being too heavy on the onion and garlic but it’s wasn’t). The sweet sauce with the samosa was so good. I was sweating eating everything lol (I don’t think it’s every spicy it’s likely because I have been eating a lot of bland food lately) but I think that’s a good sign and just what my body needed to help me feel better. Overall my total was either $14 or $16 and it was really filling. While I was waiting there was another man there getting a large order and then another man came in and asked me if the food was good there. So we both came across this place randomly today and were trying it for the first time. If you see this I hope you also enjoyed your meal!

Food is delicious! I recommend goat curry, tandoori chicken, and eggplant/okra curry. Selections are decent - fish/veggie pakora, rice, Hakka noodles, ice cream, gulab jamun and rice pudding — also coleslaw and veggie mix. Naan comes with buffet and can be refilled — butter, garlic or you can get roti.

Customer service is great! The owner goes above and beyond for customers — there was a time I dined in with my daughter for buffet at 2:45pm — the owner extended buffet time so that my daughter and I can eat, and had refilled the dishes on the buffet table so that we had fresh food.

Overall, buffet price is great, food is delicious and the service is what stands out — the owner treats his customers like family and ensures that the dining experience is great! I have been dining here once a week with my family for the buffet and I highly recommend for everyone to come try the food.“

“This was the most phenomenal 5 star Indian restaurant that I have been to in Canada. My family and I were coming from The United States of America and we came to this restaurant with our family members that lived in Canada and as soon as we went in, the interior was so clean and luxurious. Even the bathrooms looked so clean. I was also very impressed by the glowing lights on the serving cart and the table lamps and you can make them light or dim which was very cool. The drinks were refreshing, the Paneer appetizers were delicious, and the main was absolutely mind blowing. It was like you got your food served on a golden dish. The Paneer Butter Masala was nice, the Kaju curry was flavorful, and the hospitality was amazing! I unfortunately have to go back to my home in The United States but I can't wait to come back to this restaurant when I come back to Canada!“

“We had an early reservation on a Friday evening. The dining room was quiet at this point which is the way we like it. They said they had more reservations later in the evening. The servers were excellent, friendly and helpful. The servings were a generous and came at a good pace. We chose the Thali dinner for two and had enough for leftovers at home. The Thali dinner is good value comprising a platter of starters, three mains and naan for $68 or $69. We enjoyed our meal and the restaurant, and will return.“
