“I came today and I feel bad that 1 customer is trying to embarass one of the employee just because they made a mistakes of her order and doesn't want to wait. Like why are you ordering in the first place if you know that this place is busy and you don't have time to wait. People make mistakes and they can just change whatever your order. I know it is a frustration to get your order wrong but be kind and ask nicely. To that lady that got yelled at just ignore her you are doing great!“
“We hosted my child’s 5th birthday party here yesterday, and while there was a mix-up at first (the previous manager hadn’t passed along the booking), Malesha and Kayla absolutely saved the day! They rallied the team, got everything set up in record time, and made sure the kids had a fantastic time.
