McDonald's in Downsview

“Asked for the simplest drive-thru order to ever exist: large coke with no ice. The first time, they handed us one cup full of ice and another half-filled. We went inside in person for a replacement, and guess what they gave us: two cups of coke, both FILLED with ice. I simply don’t wanna have cold stuff when it’s -10 degrees outside, i genuinely don’t understand how hard it would be for them to just communicate. Went back for the second time, manager seemed like they could not care less. If it was busy, then we’d just let it slide, but there’s like 2 customers in store. Never coming back“

“I came today and I feel bad that 1 customer is trying to embarass one of the employee just because they made a mistakes of her order and doesn't want to wait. Like why are you ordering in the first place if you know that this place is busy and you don't have time to wait. People make mistakes and they can just change whatever your order. I know it is a frustration to get your order wrong but be kind and ask nicely. To that lady that got yelled at just ignore her you are doing great!“
