I had a craving for something yummy so I decided to give this place another go.
I was received by a very lovely young lady who was more than willing to assist me The only problem was the machine in front of her was refusing to cooperate so I took 3 strong ladies to get it to cooperate and comply with their requirement. I was finally able to place my order it came out in a timely manner and with a smile and it is all abilitious so thank you.

Highly disappointing, I went there for 11 because that is what the website said however on the door there was a note that they will open at 11:30 instead. And then 11:30 came 11:30 went another customer showed up. I was calling and the customer was banging on the window but nobody was coming after a little bit over 5 minutes someone finally came telling us that if we want to order we can but we will have to wait a half-hour more. I wast here 1/2 hour already, I was not going to stay for about a half hour more waiting for the food. I will not be going back there.“

“The manager a young man by the name of Andrew is always professional, patient and just an all around good employee. He and the wait staff always take good care with a smile. I don't usually do reviews or post comments in general but I had to in this case.“

We got the pork cheburekki, lamb lula kebab with rice and vegetables, and the dumplings (not the pelmeni, but the other option they had, at our server's recommendation). All of it was delicious and I'd love to return!“

“V was so attentive to what I wanted her food outstanding and portions large. We have enough to feed my husband and my nieces family for tomorrow. “This is my favorite SW location in all of Toronto but for Thanksgiving it was next level!!! They had all hands on deck and the food was hot and fresh and tasty. They were really prepared for the long weekend and our server was smart and efficient with other runners helping to clear tables and bring out perfectly prepared appetizers. Thank you Shantae for your patience and professionalism while we figured out what we wanted to eat with a few plot twists. The manager also checked in with us to make sure our order had been taken. It was an impressive operation for a holiday crowd and we were so pleased we chose to eat at this Swiss Chalet rather cooking turkey and dealing with dishes. “A friend and I went to the restaurant for lunch yesterday. All of our food was excellent and the service was the best I've ever experienced at a restaurant. Our waitress was kind, attentive and had great menu suggestions. When we stayed for coffee she even put on a fresh pot.“

“My partner and I have been to other Kelsey’s locations in the past, and we decided to check out this Brampton location yesterday for some wine and appetizers. We had a great experience!

Our server, Antoinet, was excellent! She was warm, welcoming, and attentive. When we noticed the menu looked a little different, she made great recommendations and answered all of our questions. She even asked what temperature we preferred for our wine and thoughtfully arranged for an ice bucket.

We also asked her which sauce she would recommend for the chicken bites, and she shared her top picks. We went with her suggestions and were very pleased.

“Tonight (Monday 29th September) we came in sometime after 7:00pm and had an amazing evening. We’ve come to this location several times and we’ve been lucky enough to have Komal as our server a few times. She is by far our favourite server and she is always so kind! If I could give her service more than 5 stars I would!

Tonight the food was also particularly amazing, the chefs did a great job! The fries and chicken were cooked perfectly!

The manager was also super friendly. We really love this location!“
