We had an incredible meal at Chef’s in Buffalo, NY, and it absolutely lived up to its legendary reputation. The spaghetti parm with meatball was out of this world—perfectly cooked pasta smothered in gooey, melted cheese and topped with a rich, flavorful meatball. We also tried the sandwich parm, and it was just as delicious—crispy, hearty, and smothered in that unforgettable red sauce.

Speaking of the sauce—it was the real star of the show. Bold, savory, slightly sweet, and perfectly balanced. You can tell it’s a family recipe perfected over generations. “This place was great! I’m an NA beer drinking and my husband prefers tea & vodka. We came to this bar not knowing what to expect. We sat at the bar and we were greeted by both bartenders. I ordered an NA Italian beer and my husband asked them to make him something like a White Russian. The first bartender (we didn’t get his name) said he could make something even better, so he did. My husband really enjoyed it. It took some time for us to finish our 1st drinks because we were watching Aaron making the most beautiful drinks ever. There was so much passion into the drinks he was putting out. So we asked him if he could make us each a drink. I explained to him that I don’t drink alcohol, and he asked me a lot of questions, to see what types of drinks I like and flavors. He also asked if I had any dietary restrictions, which I answered, no. He then asked my husband the same types of questions. and then, he went to work. He was like a drink wizard! He served us two stunning looking drinks and words cannot even describe the way these drinks tasted! I don’t remember what was in my non-alcoholic cocktail, but I do know it had lemon and lime juice, and part of an egg white. It was phenomenal! Another great thing about him was that he told us the history of some of the liquors he was using in my husband’s drinks and the different flavors. He was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and a fantastic bartender! I work right around the corner, so my husband and I are looking forward to going back to see what Aaron can create for us next!

Now every time I’m in the area I have to come here to get the Rosemary Lamb Chops.

We weren’t sure if it was open in July 4th and when Jenna answered the phone we were relieved.

Our meal didn’t disappoint. I ordered the lamb chop dinner with rice pilaf and zucchini and squash. My boyfriend had the potatoes, lamb chops, eggs and toast. The lamb was juicy and tender.

We left full and satisfied. We can’t wait to visit again soon.

Absolutely the best food in Buffalo and our favorite hands down Italian restaurant with the best meatballs I ever had besides my grandma's, that I haven't had since she passed, so these are now the best I can get. The menu is great with something for everyone and whatever you're in the mood for from flatbread pizza to homemade pasta with the most amazing sauces, delicious salads, fantastic steak and the freshest Italian desserts. if you can save room. We have to get them to go home. It's so hard to decide that we get several things and go family style sharing and going around the menu. bravo Nani in the meatballs! they are a must! great friendly service and beautiful atmosphere. sometimes the acoustic music in the bar. what a gem we love walking distance to the theater district, we try to go before shows and park and enjoy the evening starting with the best meal and drinks before a show downtown.
