“I was at Kelsey’s Georgetown on Mar 28/25 at lunch time. A kid’s hockey tournament was in town and Kelsey’s was “packed with parents and kids”. I sat at the bar. I always make it a point to learn the names of staff. Krista was the bartender, as was Lilly. Both were exceptional in their professionalism, and in particular their patience, in dealing with a “barrage of orders”. I saw Louise, Samantha, Ryan and other servers constantly on the go to appease customers. Even Steve, the owner, was a significant factor in navigating a well run restaurant in light of all the nuances associated with accommodating a kid’s hockey tournament. In the past I have not taken the time to write a review. But, I was so impressed from what I had witnessed and experienced – I felt it appropriate to share my thoughts. Glen D.“

“This was the first time at this location and the best so far that I have been too , my server Kris was so polite , kind extremely helpful , kept coming around asking If everything was ok , I never get this kind of service in Toronto , really pleased now I will be bringing my family to this location

“I come to this, Kelsey‘s quite often and this is the first time I’ve had such great service. Everything was great from beginning to the end Jennifer S was our server. Our wings were hot. They came on time. Very impressed. Will be back again.“

“I’ve never had pastizzi before and I had the cheese. It was warm and crispy and I enjoyed it, but I think I would have liked just something a bit more flavourful. Maybe that’s normal. The service was wonderful! They made fresh coffee for us. The ring cookies are but a hit doughy tough… again, maybe that’s how they’re supposed to be. Good for dunking in coffee.“

“Hi everyone I came back to Canada from a vacation in Italy with my 2 daughters and decided to come to this Swiss chalet close to my home to celebrate the festive season with my youngest brother before he left on vacation, and we all had a great time great atmosphere food and especially we had a kind and loving older lady who was our waitress and she was great wish I could remember her name , food came fast tasted great clean friendly restaurant in my neighborhood“

“Went there with a few friends that haven't had the opportunity to hang out in a long time. The server was fantastic. The food was really good (we all ordered the Pit master combo). Simple men for sure. We continued to have a few pops after dinner. We noticed they slowed the service down a bit, but we gathered it was a non confrontational way of smart serving us. I've been to this location several times. Most times we have a great experience.“

“Service was great, serves by Helena. My kids said wow she's so nice and calming! We waited a while at the front to be checked in but we weren't in a hurry so it didn't bother us too much. Kids food was good, brought out quickly. Hubby & I had the festive combos, fries were cold but everything else was fine. We ordered one alcoholic beverage, the festive rum punch and it was delicious!“

From the moment we walked in, the warm, inviting atmosphere paired with the incredible smoky aroma set the stage for an unforgettable meal. Every single item we ordered was an absolute winner. The meats were perfectly smoked tender, juicy, and packed with flavour. Whether it was the melt-in-your-mouth brisket, the fall-off-the-bone ribs each bite was a revelation. Equally stellar, Creamy mac 'n' cheese, smoky baked beans, and crisp coleslaw balanced the meal beautifully. And those signature BBQ sauces; Divine, Truly, everything was downright yummy. What truly elevated our experience was the amazing service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and genuinely passionate about the food. They offered great recommendations, checked in just the right amount, and made us feel welcomed from start to finish.
